Agent Experiments is an Arize feature for validating changes to fixed AI agents. It replays datasets of real failure traces against a deployed development endpoint and compares the results with production across quality, latency, and cost before a change is released.

Arize AX is an AI engineering platform from Arize AI for observing and evaluating AI agents, including voice agents. The associated workflow uses a five-step regression loop: curate datasets from production traces, score them with evaluators, run baseline experiments, compare changes, and gate merges in continuous integration.
