AINotes is a product of Crypto Dev LLC (also known as GulfCoast Dev LLC), a Florida limited liability company (“AINotes,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

AINotes does not claim ownership of YouTube videos, captions, audio, metadata, or other third-party content.
All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights remain the property of their respective owners.
AI-generated summaries, chapter titles, keywords, highlights, and other generated content may be produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies.
You are solely responsible for your use of the Service. You agree to comply with:

API keys are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Abuse of the API may result in suspension or termination of access.
AINotes respects the intellectual property rights of content creators.

We may also remove or restrict access to any content at our sole discretion.
Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may have their access suspended or terminated.

Transcripts, summaries, and related tools are provided solely for research, accessibility, search, and informational purposes.
AI-generated summaries, highlights, keywords, chapters, and other outputs are provided for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF ANY TRANSCRIPTS, SUMMARIES, OR OTHER CONTENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY TRANSCRIPTS OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRYPTO DEV LLC (ALSO KNOWN AS GULFCOAST DEV LLC), AINOTES, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
