Agent Standup is a local developer tool that turns Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and Mistral Vibe session files into a live, animated team-call visualization. It shows which agents are working, waiting, stalled, or need attention, along with sub-agent hierarchy, prompts, tool calls, command output, files, diffs, token counts, voices, and screen sharing. It can also replay past sessions, generate recaps, and export calls as video clips. The project reads the session files these coding agents already write, merges leads and sub-agents into a timeline, and incrementally parses new lines for live updates. It runs as a VS Code extension, a Node.js terminal command, a macOS desktop app, or a standalone local server; it requires Node 18+ for the command-line and standalone modes. The server listens on localhost and sends nothing by default, while translation, jokes, music, usage counting, and optional natural voices are separate features. Agent Standup is an unofficial community project, distributed under the MIT license.

agentacct is a local-first audit and observability tool for coding-agent work. It reads session logs from Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and Hermes, combines them with recorded tasks and test evidence, and produces a Work Receipt for each task covering commands run, files touched, tools used, time and token usage, cost, outcome, and evidence strength. Agent claims and machine verification are kept as separate axes, with verified status reserved for tasks whose live checks pass after the latest recorded work. The data is available through a macOS app, the live terminal dashboard launched with `agentacct tui`, and a local JSON API. State is stored in local files; the API listens only on loopback, and the project states that it has no login, cloud sync, or telemetry and does not request provider API keys.

Agent Console is an open-source, local-first observability tool by LockedIn Labs for AI coding agents. It reads Claude Code and Codex transcripts to show token usage by cache reads, cache writes, output and uncached input, model and session activity, list-price cost estimates, burn rate and dollars per hour. A self-hosted hub can combine privacy-limited usage metadata from multiple machines over TLS, while keeping prompts, replies, file paths and file contents local. It also provides optional Claude Code OpenTelemetry and Kong or LiteLLM metric ingestion, a Prometheus endpoint, Grafana dashboard, presenting mode, alerts, and policy hooks. It runs locally from source or release downloads on macOS, Linux and Windows, requires Node.js 22 or newer for the source route, and is licensed under the MIT License.

Agent Deck is an open-source terminal dashboard for running and monitoring multiple AI coding agents in parallel. It displays each session’s status, active tool, working directory, and last prompt in real time, with Vim-style keyboard navigation for creating, focusing, closing, and renaming panes. It supports Claude Code and OpenCode through automatically installed hooks and runs as the single-binary `dot-agent-deck`, with native embedded terminal panes and no external terminal multiplexer required. The dashboard runs inside terminals including Ghostty, iTerm2, Alacritty, Kitty, and WezTerm, while preserving the agent clients’ existing shortcuts, skills, and configurations. Per-project TOML configuration can pair an agent with side panes for test runs, log tails, or `kubectl` watches. macOS and Linux installation is available through Homebrew, Nix, prebuilt binaries, or source builds; Windows use is currently through WSL. The project is distributed under the MIT license.

Multi-Agent Workbench is a local-first browser control room for orchestrating coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex CLI, and generic PTY-based command-line agents. Agents work in task rooms under editable YAML role cards that define permissions, speaking style, and decision boundaries; a rule-driven orchestrator pauses execution and risky commands for human approval, while persistent sessions expose terminal activity and status. The system uses a local event-driven architecture with a React interface, Fastify backend, REST API, server-sent events, agent adapters, an approval service, and a SQLite event store. Every action passes through the API and is recorded in an append-only event log, whose events are projected into timelines, decisions, terminal views, artifacts, and diff views. It also provides task templates, Markdown reports and decision logs, real-time room updates, and configurable risk resolutions. Code-writing agents are intended to use isolated Git worktrees, with diff and patch review before changes reach the main workspace; the repository marks this worktree and merge flow as in progress.
