All Historical Evidence of Jesus Christ

An evidence-first genealogy skill for AI agents such as Codex and Claude Code. It supports family-history research across the former Soviet Union and Russian Empire, covering church books, civil, military, deportation, repression and unindexed archive records across all 15 former Soviet republics. The skill resolves historical jurisdictions for each event, generates name-variant and transliteration matrices, prioritizes original records over catalogs, indexes, trees and forums, and maintains registers of people, artifacts, claims, relationships and searches. Its evidence protocol separates records from interpretation, assigns statuses such as hypothesis, corroborated, contradicted and unresolved, groups copies of the same record to prevent false corroboration, and keeps namesakes separate until distinguishing evidence appears. An audit script checks register integrity, citations and corroboration before reporting. It also provides workflows for targeted FamilySearch research and World War I source searches, archive correspondence, multilingual source queries and final reports that document relationships, contradictions, failed searches and next steps. The repository includes Python scripts using the standard library, with Chromium-based browser support required for PDF generation. It is distributed under the MIT license and is maintained by Denis Shiryaev.

Hyperresearch is an MIT-licensed Python command-line research harness that extends Claude Code with an agent-driven, persistent research knowledge base. It classifies a query into light, full, or opt-in dissertation work and runs a tier-adaptive pipeline covering query decomposition, source search and fetching, contradiction and locus analysis, depth investigation, evidence digestion, multi-angle drafting, synthesis, adversarial criticism, targeted gap fetching, surgical patching, citation checks, and readability review. The pipeline stores fetched sources as Markdown notes with a rebuildable SQLite index, provenance links, lifecycle statuses, full-text or optional semantic search, source-quality and retraction metadata, and resumable per-run manifests. It can fetch PDFs, seek disclosed open-access replacements for thin or blocked academic sources through Unpaywall and Europe PMC, and apply structural checks for citation bindings, quote integrity, provenance, retractions, and patch-only editing. The vault can also be accessed through an MCP server or a dependency-free local web UI. It is installed with pip for Python 3.11–3.13 and is intended to run with Claude Code; model assignments and research scale can be configured per project.

GitNexus, developed by Akon Labs, is a code-intelligence engine that indexes repositories into a knowledge graph for code exploration and AI-agent context. Its indexing pipeline walks the file tree, parses source with Tree-sitter, resolves imports, calls, inheritance, constructor-inferred receiver types and other relationships, groups symbols into functional communities, traces execution processes, and builds BM25-plus-semantic hybrid search indexes backed by LadybugDB. The resulting graph supports MCP tools and CLI commands for process-grouped search, symbol context, call-path tracing, blast-radius and Git-diff impact analysis, structural checks, coordinated renaming, API and route mapping, taint and dependence queries, and Cypher access; repository groups can link contracts and impacts across multiple repositories. The CLI runs locally and can connect editors such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and others through MCP, skills and selected hooks. GitNexus also provides a browser-based WebAssembly UI with an interactive graph explorer and AI chat, plus a local HTTP server and Docker deployment mode for accessing indexed repositories through a backend. The web-only mode keeps repository processing in the browser and is constrained by browser memory, while the native CLI stores indexes locally in each repository's .gitnexus directory and uses a global registry for multi-repository access.

Jevgrep is a command-line tool for coding agents that finds relevant files and source context in unfamiliar repositories from natural-language questions. It uses Jev to judge relevance across folders, files, and declarations, explores qualifying branches of the repository hierarchy, selects files through content previews, identifies useful source units and surrounding context, and returns a summary followed by file locations, reading leads, and verbatim excerpts with line references. Python and TypeScript/JavaScript support declaration parsing, while other text uses a fallback. It also includes an agent skill that teaches supported coding agents when to invoke the CLI and how to use its results. The CLI is distributed through npm as @dzhng/jevgrep, requires Node.js 22 or later on macOS or Linux, and requires authentication with a supported AI provider. Searches send eligible source content to Jev through the selected provider; local filtering excludes ignored, hidden, dependency/build, binary, and obvious credential files but is not a guarantee that sensitive data is removed. The project is MIT-licensed.

Jevbox is a self-hostable, permission-aware document library from Extend for uploading, visually browsing, and inspecting parsed documents. It uses Extend for document parsing and stores parsed structures, heading outlines, source passages, and original files; supported viewers include PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, Markdown, code, JSON, CSV/TSV, images, archives, audio, and video, with a safe download fallback for unknown formats. Its JEV retrieval system performs permission-filtered hierarchical beam search across categories, documents, and sections, followed by usefulness scoring of source passages. Users can ask questions through the AI SDK or web chat, view inline citations and source previews, attach accessible documents to scope an answer, and connect through REST and MCP APIs. Uploads can be automatically filed by walking existing folders and validating model-proposed branches, while organization permissions are evaluated through SpiceDB. The repository supports local operation with Node, pnpm, Docker Compose, PostgreSQL, and SpiceDB, and provides Docker, Render, Helm, and AWS/EKS deployment options. It includes organization accounts, invitations, role-based sharing, durable background jobs, queued chat processing, and configurable model providers. Jevbox's original code is licensed under the MIT License; third-party code and assets retain their own licenses.
