Almanac

Almanac is an always-on AI agent from Almanac that maintains a continuously updated wiki of company knowledge. It connects to selected business tools, compiles their useful context into linked wiki pages, and uses that context when answering questions or carrying out work.

The agent runs on its own computer with a browser, files, and logins, allowing it to work through tools that lack integrations. Users can delegate tasks from the app, Slack, or text messages; Almanac reports completed work and can notice tasks worth doing. It pauses for approval at logins, payments, or decisions requiring human judgment, can hand over the live browser, and makes runs watchable. Connections are visible and revocable, wiki entries can be edited, and each line links to its source. The service is backed by Y Combinator and offers a free starting tier.
