Google Cloud Console is the web-based administrative interface for Google Cloud Platform, provided by Google. It allows users to create and manage projects, resources, billing, Identity and Access Management (IAM), APIs, and monitoring through a browser-based UI and integrated tools.

Google Cloud is Google’s cloud computing platform, providing hosted infrastructure, managed services, security, data management, and hybrid and multicloud capabilities. It includes Vertex AI for building and integrating AI applications and can host development workflows such as Claude Code.

The gcloud CLI is Google's command-line tool for managing Google Cloud resources and services. It supports commands such as selecting a project, configuring authentication, and enabling APIs including Vertex AI.

Google Cloud Build is a managed continuous integration and continuous delivery service that executes build steps to compile source code, build deployment containers, run tests, and produce deployable artifacts. It can build from repositories and trigger pipelines from source changes, with configuration defined in build files.

Cloud Run is Google Cloud's fully managed serverless platform for deploying and running containerized applications and services. It automatically scales instances with incoming traffic, can scale to zero when idle, and provides load balancing, TLS, logging, and identity management.
