Strata is a fast, keyboard-first file manager for Linux, developed for Omarchy and compatible GTK4 environments. It combines Miller-column navigation with thumbnail Grid and sortable Explorer views, supports fuzzy filename and path search, and provides previews for text, source code, images, camera RAW files, PDFs, audio, and video. The application loads directories incrementally and virtualizes large directory listings. Its recursive search indexes a selected tree on a background thread and retains the best fuzzy-ranked matches while results are published in bounded updates. It supports native Linux paths, including filenames containing invalid UTF-8 bytes, and GIO/GVfs locations such as SMB shares. Native parser-backed previews run in isolated Bubblewrap helpers with no network access, restricted mounts, resource limits, and fail-closed behavior on errors or timeouts. Strata is distributed as dynamically linked release archives for x86_64 and aarch64 Linux systems with glibc 2.39 or newer, and is licensed under GPL-3.0-or-later.

Omarchy is an opinionated Arch Linux-based desktop distribution and ready-to-use Linux setup by DHH. It provides a preconfigured, terminal-oriented desktop with a tiling workflow and includes applications and tools such as Neovim, Chromium, Obsidian, LibreOffice, Kdenlive, and OBS Studio. Its documentation covers navigation, themes, hotkeys, clipboard history, text extraction and dictation, screenshots and recording, the Omarchy CLI, development and shell tools, browsers, gaming, configuration, updates, hardware, networking, troubleshooting, and installation options. The project is released under the MIT License.

Flectar Mail is a native, open-source email, calendar, and contacts client built with Rust. It uses a local-first data path, stores synced mail and calendar data locally for offline use, and connects to Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, IMAP/SMTP, JMAP, CalDAV, and CardDAV services. Instead of opening email in a WebView, Flectar Mail renders HTML and CSS through Blitz, a Rust renderer from the Dioxus team. It does not execute email scripts and blocks remote images by default; HTML rendering remains experimental, so complex messages may display incorrectly. The client also provides local access to attachments and WebDAV/JMAP files, account signatures, and desktop OpenPGP/MIME signing and encryption through installed GnuPG 2.x. The project is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3. It provides desktop builds for Linux, Windows, and macOS, plus an experimental Android APK, and can be built from source with Rust. It is currently in development and not yet stable; early releases require users to configure their own OAuth applications for Gmail and Outlook or use IMAP/JMAP accounts.

Omakade is a local-first Linux game library for Omarchy, developed as an independent community project. It discovers games from installed Steam, Lutris, Heroic, Faugus, RetroArch, Epic, GOG, and Amazon sources, then presents them in a cover-focused library without modifying launcher data. Games are launched through their owning platform, while discovery, browsing, artwork, local Steam achievements, search, favorites, collections, tags, completion states, source filters, and controller navigation work offline. Optional Steam Web API synchronization adds public owned games and ready-to-install views, and optional IGDB credentials provide critic aggregates and game-length estimates. It is distributed for Omarchy and Arch as a package and stores its library in a local SQLite database.

Try Omarchy for Windows is a Windows launcher maintained by Omacom that runs the full Omarchy Linux desktop in a window without dual booting, VMware, or VirtualBox. It uses QEMU on the Windows Hypervisor Platform (WHPX), boots a prebuilt x86_64 Arch image with Omarchy, and renders the desktop through virtio-gpu, virgl, and Venus Vulkan via WINQ-EMU, with automatic CPU-rendering fallback. The console-less launcher enables Windows virtualization, downloads and SHA256-verifies the GPU runtime and guest image, creates and supervises the virtual machine, and stores its data in a chosen local folder. It provides GPU or CPU rendering, clipboard sharing, an optional shared Windows folder, port forwarding, backups, diagnostics, updates, and optional Start-menu and Desktop shortcuts. The project also includes reproducible guest-image build tooling, QMP controls, PowerShell scripts, and an experimental offline portable mode. The application is built in Go for Windows; the repository's scripts and documentation are MIT-licensed, while Omarchy and the guest image contents have separate licenses.
