Flutter

Flutter is Google's open-source SDK for building mobile, web, and desktop applications from a single Dart codebase. It provides a layered UI framework with reusable widgets, including platform-oriented Cupertino and Material components, and supports custom visual components. Stateful hot reload lets developers view code changes without restarting the application or losing its state. Dart code can compile to native ARM machine code for mobile, JavaScript or WebAssembly for the web, and Intel x64 or ARM targets for desktop platforms including Windows, macOS, and Linux. Flutter is free and open source and supports integration with native code through FFI and platform-specific APIs.
