Grepr

Grepr is an observability platform that reduces telemetry noise and manages observability data without replacing a team's existing tools. Its Autonomous Telemetry Pipeline ingests and normalizes telemetry, extracts and compresses signals, and uses a Babelfish query engine and user-defined streaming SQL to determine what to forward to observability platforms or data lakes. Grepr preserves raw data for investigation and compliance while sending compressed signals and summaries to platforms such as Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, and Grafana; the videos also describe an AI layer that detects changes, forms hypotheses, and troubleshoots production and security problems.

  • An observability platform founded by Jad Naous that sits in a company's data stream to extract signal from telemetry, cutting observability costs by around 90%, and feeds those signals into an AI layer that detects changes, forms hypotheses, and troubleshoots problems in production and security before they become incidents.
