ha.mr

ha.mr is a static URL compressor and QR code optimizer that runs entirely in the browser without a back-end database. It detects common URL components such as protocols, www prefixes, and index.html, encodes ports as numeric values, matches domains and top-level domains against a Huffman-coded dictionary, and compresses the remaining URL segments using predefined character sets or Huffman coding. For QR codes, it uses the QR alphanumeric character set to reduce encoding overhead.
