Bare Browser is a de-Googled Chromium-based web browser for Android developed as a patch series rather than a fork. Its 99 patches remove Google tracking, telemetry, sign-in prompts, and AI integration while retaining desktop browser extensions, including Manifest V2 extensions such as uBlock Origin, Bitwarden, and Dark Reader. It adds background video playback, media saving from sites that normally block downloads, optional handoff to an external download manager, custom search-engine management, link handling that keeps supported links in the browser, and Android video behavior including H.264/AAC support and rotation-lock-aware fullscreen. DuckDuckGo is the default search engine, and the project documents two network connections that remain outside the browser's direct control. The repository states that Bare is not affiliated with Google or the Chromium project.

Herdr Browser is a deprecated browser-automation experiment that renders a real Chromium view inside a Herdr terminal pane. It captures Chromium frames through the Chrome DevTools Protocol, encodes them as PNG images, and sends them through Herdr's pane graphics stream for display in the terminal; automation clients can drive the browser over CDP while users view or interact with the persistent session. The project is no longer maintained and directs users to Terminal Browser, which uses Electron offscreen rendering and file-backed raw RGBA frames instead of the PNG encode/decode path.

Brave is a privacy-focused web browser for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS, used in the videos for agent-based internet browsing and trend research. It is built on the open-source Chromium web core and blocks third-party ads, tracking software, fingerprinting, third-party data storage, and cookie-consent pop-ups by default; it also upgrades eligible pages to HTTPS. Lightpanda Browser is a headless browser built from scratch in Zig for AI agents and web automation. It is not based on Chromium, Blink, or WebKit; its implementation includes an HTML parser, V8 JavaScript support, a DOM tree and APIs, network loading, cookies, form input, proxy support, network interception, and optional robots.txt compliance. It can dump pages as HTML, Markdown, PNG, or PDF, or expose a Chrome DevTools Protocol and WebDriver BiDi server for clients such as Puppeteer and Playwright. Its native agent mode uses an LLM to navigate pages, click through flows, fill forms, and extract structured data. Sessions can be exported as deterministic, token-free PandaScript JavaScript and replayed without a model at runtime. The browser also provides an MCP server over stdio or HTTP, with isolated or shared browsing sessions for multiple agents. The project distributes nightly binaries for Linux and macOS, Docker images for Linux amd64 and arm64, and packages for Homebrew and the Arch User Repository. It can also be built from source with Zig and its V8, Libcurl, and html5ever dependencies.

Ladybird is an independent open-source web browser developed around its own web-standards-based engine rather than an existing browser engine. Its multi-process architecture separates the main user interface, WebContent renderer processes, image decoding, and network requests; each tab has its own sandboxed renderer, while image decoding and network connections run out of process. The project is pre-alpha and intended for developers, with builds for Linux, macOS, Windows through WSL2, and other Unix-like systems. It is licensed under the 2-clause BSD license.
