InfoQ Online Certification Programs is a set of five-week professional-development cohorts for senior software engineers, architects, and technical leaders, covering software architecture, AI engineering, AI security and privacy, AI-assisted engineering, and high-performing teams. InfoQ adds and schedules cohorts on its online program site.
Each week, participants watch a QCon talk, join a four-hour live session with a facilitator and a confidential peer group, and apply a framework from the talk to a decision from their own work. The program includes time-boxed homework, a capstone technical article presented in the fifth week, and the possibility of publication on InfoQ. Certification requires consistent attendance and active participation in the live sessions, along with successful completion of the group capstone project; sessions are not recorded to preserve confidentiality.
