Mariana OS

Marin is an open-source research program, software platform, and community for developing foundation models, with a focus on large language models. It covers data curation, transformation and filtering, tokenization, pretraining, posttraining, and evaluation, while recording processes, experiments, decisions, artifacts, and failed experiments from raw data through final model. Marin experiments are defined as dependent steps executed in topological order, similar to a Makefile, and the platform can scale from small language-model runs to large TPU deployments. The project has also been used for audio-text, DNA, and protein models and provides documentation, experiment code, checkpoints, and reusable training pipelines.

Microsandbox is a local-first microVM runtime and library for running untrusted workloads, including AI-agent tasks, user code, plugins, CI jobs, development environments, scrapers, and automation. It uses hardware-level isolation and runs standard OCI container images from registries such as Docker Hub and GHCR, with Docker-like image, command, shell, and volume workflows. The project provides SDKs for TypeScript, Rust, Python, Go, and Ruby, along with a CLI for booting and controlling sandboxes. Applications can create microVMs as child processes without a setup server or long-running daemon; sandboxes can also run detached for long-lived sessions. Agent Skills and an MCP server support agent-created sandboxes, and the project documents secret handling intended to keep keys out of the VM. It runs on Linux, macOS, and Windows, with platform-specific virtualization requirements, and is described as beta software.

Kaneo is an open-source, self-hosted project-management tool for teams, focused on issue management and kanban-style workflows. It is designed as a simpler alternative to more complex project-management platforms, keeping project data on the user's infrastructure. The project can be deployed with the drim command-line tool, Docker Compose, or a Kubernetes Helm chart. Its Docker Compose setup runs Kaneo with PostgreSQL, and the project is distributed under the permissive MIT license.

OpenWorker is an open-source desktop AI coworker that produces finished deliverables from everyday tasks, including code-security reviews with proposed fixes, cloud-configuration audits, incident reports, documents, spreadsheets, drafted messages, and scheduled briefs. It runs on the user's machine through a native desktop app and a local Python agent server built on aisuite, working across local files, the terminal, connected applications, and more than 25 connectors. Specialist coworkers cover security review, cloud posture, incident triage, everyday work, and recurring automations; security review combines deterministic scanners such as Semgrep with model reasoning, then re-scans and diff-reviews proposed fixes before approval. The agent breaks requested outcomes into steps and uses models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, open-weight providers, or a local Ollama deployment, with the user supplying model access. Consequential actions—including sending messages, changing calendars, and running commands—are approval-gated. Its governance design includes human-only floors for dangerous or irreversible operations, explicitly granted and revocable autonomy rules, circuit-breaker escalation for uncertain or repeatedly denied actions, and an audit trail recording tool calls, approval provenance, and reviewer reasoning; unattended runs cannot self-approve. The project is in open beta and provides downloads for macOS on Apple Silicon and Windows on x64.

Euro-Office DocumentServer is a browser-based document editing service used with OpenCloud. The video describes it as an OnlyOffice fork that performs more processing on the client side, potentially reducing server load. The project describes itself as a sovereign office and provides a Docker image for testing and integration; Debian and RPM packages are stated to be forthcoming.
