Tool Open source
net-merge is a free, open-source networking tool for Windows, macOS, and Linux that combines Wi-Fi, Ethernet, phone hotspots, and USB-tethered connections. It creates a virtual network adapter using TUN and Wintun, assigning each new TCP or UDP connection to one network link and balancing more connections toward faster links; links that lose internet access receive no new connections until they recover. This can increase aggregate speeds for applications that open multiple connections, such as browsers, game and software downloads, cloud uploads, download managers, and torrents, but a single connection remains limited to one link. It requires administrator or network capabilities, supports IPv4 and IPv6, and is distributed under the MIT license.

Combines several internet connections like Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and a phone hotspot so apps use all of them at once. Written in Go, it creates a virtual network adapter with no account, server, or VPN, distributing new connections across links and shifting load away from ones that drop.
Free open-source Go app that spreads new connections across Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and phone tether at once, so apps opening many connections like downloads or games get combined speed; works on Windows, macOS, and Linux with no account or proxy.
