It provides a hosted service at ntfy.sh, open-source Android and iOS apps, and a server that can be self-hosted; scripts can publish notifications from any computer without requiring an account or fee. Paid plans are available for the hosted service. The project is dual-licensed under the Apache License 2.0 and GPLv2.
