Open Policy Agent

OpenAPPA is an open-source security tool for agentic applications. It sits between an agent and its tools, tracking the sensitivity and trust of data the agent reads and checking every outbound action against a policy before dispatch. Its APPA (Agentic Permissions Policy Algebra) engine uses declarative TOML policies and a pure decision core based on the event log, so it can run in-process from Rust or Python or as a sidecar. The project includes integrations for Claude Code and Amp, with checks applied to tool calls and results. OpenAPPA is currently a preview and RFC, and its configuration and wire interfaces may change.

OpenBot is an open-source AI agent platform from CopilotKit that gives each agent its own computer with a browser, logins, files, tools, and a dedicated interaction channel. It runs in the user's infrastructure and accepts agents that speak the AG-UI protocol, including agents built with LangGraph, Mastra, CrewAI, Pydantic AI, Google ADK, or custom code. A single gateway mediates actions involving the computer, files, MCP servers, and UI components: it decides whether an action is permitted before execution and records it afterward. Agents can operate their own browser screen, hand control to a human for restricted actions, and return component-based responses. Docker Compose runs the application components and PostgreSQL, while the administrator supplies the model credentials; the repository describes the project as alpha software under active development.

Kubernetes (K8s) is an open-source container orchestration system hosted by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation. It manages containerized applications across multiple hosts, providing mechanisms for deploying, maintaining, scaling, and scheduling workloads. Applications can be configured with YAML and deployed across hybrid-cloud environments; the platform is also used for production operations involving storage, databases, networking, and security hardening.

AgentOps is an open-source observability and developer-tools platform for building, evaluating, and monitoring AI agents. Its Python SDK records agent sessions and LLM calls for dashboard-based session replays, step-by-step execution graphs, debugging, analytics, cost tracking, and benchmarking. Developers instrument code with decorators for sessions, agents, operations, tasks, and workflows; these support nested span hierarchies, input and output recording, exception handling, asynchronous functions, generators, and custom attributes. The SDK provides integrations with agent frameworks and LLM systems including CrewAI, AG2/AutoGen, Agno, LangGraph, and the OpenAI Agents SDK, and the platform can be self-hosted with its dashboard and API backend. The app is released under the MIT license.

OpenCode is an open-source AI coding agent developed by anomalyco. It is used as a terminal-based coding agent and external coding harness, with a beta desktop application also available. The CLI includes a full-access build agent for development work and a read-only plan agent for code analysis and exploration; the plan agent denies file edits by default and asks permission before running shell commands. OpenCode also provides a general subagent for complex searches and multistep tasks, and can be installed through its shell installer, package managers, or platform-specific desktop packages.
