Tool Open source
OpenSlides is a free, open-source offline desktop application for creating animated code presentations. It turns source code into slides and converts selected lines into presentation steps, using Magic Move transitions to animate changes between code states and stepped highlights with configurable dimming, scaling, and transition timing. It provides light and dark themes, 16 syntax themes, slide search, thumbnails, keyboard navigation, full-screen playback, optional autoplay with per-slide timing, and project operations such as duplication, import, export, and drag-and-drop reordering. Built with Tauri and Svelte 5, it keeps projects on the local computer and provides installers for macOS, Windows, and Linux.
