Picsou is a self-hosted personal finance dashboard for tracking bank accounts, brokerage accounts, crypto wallets, debts, property, and net worth in one place. It aggregates data through Enable Banking's PSD2/OAuth connections, local read-only sidecars for supported financial services, CSV imports, exchange and on-chain tracking, and market-price providers; it also supports French property valuation from public data, linked mortgages, ownership shares, historical net-worth snapshots, and savings goals.
The application uses a React frontend, a Spring Boot backend, and PostgreSQL, with Docker images and Docker Compose deployment. Accounts and other entities are scoped to family members, with per-resource sharing, optional TOTP two-factor authentication, audit logging, GDPR data export, encrypted API secrets, JWT authentication, refresh-token rotation, and rate limiting.
Picsou is intended for personal use on a local machine or home network and warns against exposing financial data to the public internet. It supports English and French, and is distributed under Apache 2.0 with Commons Clause; commercial SaaS use requires permission.
