rl-env-use is an open-source tool from Browser Use for building reinforcement-learning environments for arbitrary domains from real cases mined from the web by Browser Use agents. Given a one-line skill description, it finds source materials and later-published outcomes, computes gold answers in code, generates difficult tasks, and rejects tasks with leaked answers, memorized outcomes, or ambiguous prompts. It can hill-climb a model's system prompt using train/test splits, a noise floor, and paired confidence intervals, then export the resulting dataset for an RL trainer or serve it in code through an environment interface. The repository provides a command-line workflow, requires Python 3.11 or newer, can use Node.js 18 or newer for HTML reports, and is licensed under MIT.
