robot-heads is a React component library of animated 3D robot heads that visualize an AI agent's state through LED-matrix faces. It supports nine states, including idle, thinking, searching, listening, speaking, working, happy, error, and sleeping; each state has its own face, motion, and antenna light. Four head shapes, configurable colors and animation speed, pointer interaction, reduced-motion behavior, accessibility labels, and paused rendering are provided through component props. The heads are rendered on a 2D canvas without WebGL or runtime dependencies, share an animation loop, and reuse baked textures for heads with the same shape and size. It requires React 18 or newer and is distributed as an npm package under the MIT license.
