Tool Open source · GPL-3.0
Sonarr is a personal video recorder (PVR) for Usenet and BitTorrent users. It monitors RSS feeds for new episodes, downloads releases, sorts and renames files, and can scan an existing library for missing episodes.
It can monitor downloaded episodes for higher-quality releases and automatically upgrade them, retry failed downloads with another release, and support manual searching. The software supports Windows, Linux, macOS, Raspberry Pi, and other platforms, integrates with SABnzbd and NZBGet, and can notify or update libraries in Kodi and Plex. Sonarr is licensed under the GNU GPL v3.
