vegaml

vegaml is a Python package for producing typed decisions from frozen Qwen language models without generating text. Given a state and questions with predefined answer types—choice, score, or boolean—it pools features from one model pass and feeds them into a 64-dimensional decision-space physics engine, where candidate answers form Gaussian potential wells and a damped particle simulation determines the result. Each answer includes probabilities, a conformal prediction set, an abstain flag, and an indicator for decisions that settle outside the model's expected range. The package supports 0.8B and 4B backbones, image inputs, local inference, and long contexts up to 73,728 tokens; it also supports fitting gated adapters while keeping the language model frozen. It is distributed through PyPI and uses Apache 2.0 licensing.
