VoCat

VoCat is an open-source web control panel and engineering toolkit for Quectel EC20-, EC25-, EG25-, and related Qualcomm-based cellular modems. It provides automatic serial and USB modem discovery, live radio and registration metrics, operator scanning and network selection, AT and USSD terminals, SMS transmission and synchronization with delivery reports, Wi-Fi Calling through IKEv2/ePDG and EAP-AKA, eSIM/eUICC profile management, proxy routing, notifications, audit logs, and Telegram controls. The backend is written in Go, the interface uses React and TypeScript, and the production frontend is embedded in a single Go executable that uses SQLite for persistent state. It is distributed through static Linux binaries, a Docker image, systemd installation, and automated GitHub Actions releases; available functions depend on modem firmware, USB composition, SIM or eSIM capabilities, drivers, network, and carrier configuration.
