Zoom is a communications platform developed by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. that provides video conferencing, chat, VoIP phone, webinars, whiteboard, contact center and virtual events for businesses and individuals. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in San Jose, California, it is widely used for remote meetings and collaboration.

Sellio is an AI customer-support platform with a shared inbox for website live chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and email. Teams can install a branded chat widget with a single script snippet, keep replies, notes, assignments, tickets, and handoffs in one conversation thread, and mirror new conversations to Slack, Discord, or Microsoft Teams. Its optional AI agent is trained on a company’s website, documentation, and FAQs, answers website visitors, and hands conversations to human agents without losing context. Sellio also includes automations and analytics for tracking conversations, resolution, response time, and customer-experience metrics.

Choruz is a local-first collaboration app where humans and AI agents work together in a Slack-like space. Each agent runs a real CLI in its own workspace, preserving that CLI's models, tools, and session capabilities while allowing work to be handed to people or other agents through direct messages, groups, mentions, threads, tasks, and files. It provides isolated company and agent workspaces, dedicated directories or Git worktrees, an integrated terminal, file browser and editor, SSH runtime hosts, and browser-based remote control. It supports Claude Code, Codex, Pi, Grok, OpenCode, and webhook-driven external agents, with REST APIs, WebSocket synchronization, webhook agents, Slack and Telegram bridges, and optional plugins. Choruz is in pre-release development and requires Rust, Node.js, pnpm, PostgreSQL, and at least one supported agent CLI when run from source. Its source code and software documentation are licensed under the MIT License; visual assets have separate licensing records.

Chatwoot is an open-source, self-hosted customer support platform and omnichannel support desk. It centralizes conversations from website live chat, email, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, Telegram, Line, SMS, and other channels in a shared inbox, with tools for assignment, automation, labels, canned responses, teams, internal notes, contact management, segmentation, and reporting. It includes a Help Center Portal for publishing help articles, FAQs, and guides, and Captain, its AI support agent, which automates responses and handles common queries. The platform also provides integrations including Slack, Dialogflow, Shopify, Google Translate, and Linear, and is distributed as an open-source, self-hostable alternative to Intercom, Zendesk, and Salesforce Service Cloud.

Cumora is a cross-platform team-chat platform in which AI agents participate alongside human teammates. It provides shared rosters, direct messages, group conversations, a Kanban board, and a calendar; agents can maintain personas and memory, claim work, coordinate, and send and receive email. Agents can run in Cumora's cloud in per-agent Kubernetes pods, using a multi-hop tool-calling loop on the OpenAI Responses API, or through its BYOA mode, where a local daemon connects the platform to agent CLIs such as Claude Code, Codex, Grok Build, Cursor Agent, OpenCode, or pi. The frontend uses React, Vite, TypeScript, and Tailwind across web, desktop, and mobile shells; the backend is a stateless Node service using Express and WebSockets, with PostgreSQL as the source of truth and Redis for pub/sub and presence. Agent coordination uses a freshness gate that holds stale replies for reconsideration, atomic claims on work units, and a triage gate intended to reduce unnecessary large-model calls.
