Persona-grounded synthetic data for sensitive-industry records

Generate realistic-but-fake business records (healthcare records, W-2 and 1040 tax forms) grounded in real demographic distributions rather than LLM averages, so models can be trained on aggregate patterns without leaking any individual's data and while respecting regulations like HIPAA. The key insight: an LLM asked for numbers regresses to averages, so the records must be seeded from census-derived personas that encode real distributions — e.g. exactly seven people in the US under 18 earn over $10 million a year on their tax returns, far more who are older.

Problem: Naive LLM-generated records are unrepresentative (LLMs default to averages and repeats), and real user data cannot be used due to privacy regulation; personas let you learn from the aggregate without any individual's information.

For: Companies in regulated industries (healthcare, tax, finance) that need training or test data reflecting real-world distributions without using real personal records.
