Examples

• A paper-plane factory robot: the hypothetical example requires 1,000 perfect planes per day to be viable; acceptable failures can be sorted out; customers value rapid onboarding of new plane designs; adding a paper tray could reduce failures by 50%; and a later version could also pick up paper and pack shipping boxes.
