00:00 Altcoin season has 100% started. We see the Bitcoin price continues exploding. Hyperlid new all-time high. Zcash new all-time high. But what's the actual reason that Bitcoin is going up and the most undervalued altcoins that still have the most potential going forward? Watch today's entire video so you understand everything. And number one, I'm not a financial adviser.
00:22 I cannot see the future. Make your own decisions. But it's no secret why Bitcoin year after year seemingly over the long term continues to go up. VanX Matthew Seagull and I quote says, "We track the number of countries that are mining or holding Bitcoin at the sovereign level and that goes up every year. Let's watch then I'll react." >> Yeah. And adoption, you know, continues.
00:47 you we have a data set where we track the number of countries that are mining or holding Bitcoin at the sovereign level and that goes up every year. We're up to 25 different countries. Another one, Sagal, just this week uh piloting Bitcoin mining at the state level. Uh there is a way to to value the the kind of the fundamental value. It's through the opportunity cost of the electricity that is used.
01:11 And that's the way many commodities trade is when they trade under their cost of production for any meaningful amount of time, supply comes out of the market and usually there's a floor. Uh so Bitcoin is is not that different. Uh you know it's an intangible asset but twothirds of US GDP is generated from intangible assets and we know we do have ways to to value them.
01:33 So very volatile asset but our conversations with institutional clients whether it's advisers sovereign wealth funds they are buying >> and big money from the institutions are not only coming into Bitcoin they are coming into the broader crypto market around these levels for one very big reason and no other channel I see is talking about this that Bitcoin let's just say the $70,000 range Bitcoin in the high60s around here think of how much has changed in the crypto market in the last 5 years.
02:06 Prices on assets like Solana, assets like Chain Link, they're cheaper yet the fundamentals have only gotten better, which I'll share with you in a second. And the leverage, the market, the leverage in the market is at such a healthier place as explained by Matthew Seagull. Uh but last cycle, the companies that went bankrupt, uh whether it's, you know, Genesis or FTX, BlockFi, Celsius, they were all unregulated.
02:30 the leverage was invisible. This cycle the leverage is very clearly visible whether it's in the CME on the futures market or through Micro Strategy who's issuing convertible debt and preferred securities into the regulated uh US stock market. We can see the leverage >> where does it stand any kind of systemic risk? >> I I don't think so. You know, the bigger risk is people paying up for puts versus calls.
02:55 uh we're not noticing a lot of euphoria uh and kind of undue leverage in the Bitcoin market. I think it's a major difference from last cycle and it's a reason why Bitcoin volatility is down by 50% uh compared to four years ago. >> And pay attention to the crypto coins and their network network effects that continue to thrive. Hyperlid price surges 11% as hype hits new all-time high above $90.
03:21 If you're bullish on Hyperliquid, I think you're going to be bullish on this. I want to invite you to trade with me. This is through new exchange partner, Liquid Trading. And what I like about liquid, they are non-custodial, meaning they're built on Hyperlquid, meaning you control your private keys, you control your coins. You're not handing your coins over to an exchange.
03:44 I call liquid trading sort of the everything exchange because I can trade stocks, I can trade crypto, of course, I can trade commodities. I can trade prediction markets. I can even trade per on private companies like Anthropic and like OpenAI before they go public. Bottom line is if you're trading and you want an edge in the markets, you need to be trading on something like a Hyperlquid where you have access at nights and on weekends.
04:10 Now, here's the thing. Hyperlid doesn't have its own app. I love the liquid app, meaning I just love the UX UI. And on nights and on weekends as news stories breaks, I'm able to trade it when TradFi is asleep. Use code altcoin daily or the link down below to join me to get an edge. Trade like the 1%. We also know based on the data, the altcoin getting the most institutional inflows besides Ethereum seems to be Solana.
04:42 Solana spot ETFs saw net inflows on September 15th while BTC and ETH spot ETFs saw net outflows. So money is quietly seemingly flowing into Sana. The signal among the noise I think would be twofold. Number one, breaking. As we explained in yesterday's video, the SEC issues a temporary conditional exemption allowing onchain trading of tokenized US stocks.
05:08 This is all becoming legal and that's why the fundamentals continue to go up and to the right. Feels good, man. These are Solana tokenized equity holders. Again, just look at the data. Solana Dex's executed over 28 million trades last week, surpassing major American trades, including the New York Stock Exchange and reaching 88% of NASDAQ's 236 million trades.
05:38 Onchain trading and the protocols, meaning the coins that support onchain trading are the ones to watch. We also know that AI, specifically decentralized AI, I'm not talking about open AI the company, but open AI versus closed centralized AI. Zuckerberg is pushing for open AI models. Bit tensor is the blue chip for decentralized open AI. This is about three minutes long, but so so valuable.
06:09 This is why Bit Tensor is becoming the leader in decentralized AI and why more and more money is starting to see it. Watch this. >> So, because that's true, I'm just going to start the Bit Tensor Bungalow show with a description of Tao and Bit Tensor for all the newbies out there who have never heard about this and maybe you've heard about it, you don't understand it.
06:32 This is the very quick and dirty for dummies explanation. Um, everything I'm going to talk about, I actually made a little micro site called pill pil.ttowbubbles.net. So, if you want sort of the the written version of this, that's where you find it. So, this is Tao from the top. So, Bit Tensor, well, it's a chain. Uh, it produces open-source decentralized AI.
06:57 It has a coin. That coin is called Tao. And like Bitcoin, there's 21 million only TOAO ever allowed. Uh about 11.5 uh million TOAO has been mined to date. We're about five years into the chain. So it's, you know, basically 2013 in Bitcoin terms. And the Bit Tensor TOA price is is about the same as it was back in 2013 for Bitcoin. And the core idea behind Bit Tensor is to take Bitcoin's mining idea and make it programmable.
07:28 So instead of finding the hash of the previous block, you crunch GPU for AI. That's the basic idea. So we call this proof of useful work. Now there are 128 subnets or neighborhoods sort of at the next level down inside of Bit Tensor and each subnet mines for a different AI problem. So these are things like inference, decentralized training, uh computer vision, humanoid robotic brains, uh synthetic genome data creation or utilities that AI needs to use like bandwidth or storage.
08:05 So sort of commodities. So the subnetss that I'm discussing here, they produce products that frequently cost about onetenth the price of any competitor in any other market. And why is this? uh because of the Bitcoin mining dynamic. Now, if you recall when Bitcoin started um you know the achievement of Bitcoin was was multi multiaceted. One of the biggest things it did though that's sort of underappreciated was it booted itself into existence into the into Earth's largest supercomput which is 500 times larger than all
08:42 other supercomputers combined uh in terms of hash power via mining. So mining works. So, Bit Tensor saw that and said we should apply that same dynamic to AI. Now, each subnet has 256 miners competing to mine whatever the incentive mechanism of that subnet is and only the best get anything. So, you as a subnet owner, you get the best product made the fastest for cheap for cheaper for cheapest.
09:10 Why is that? Because the chain pays the miners in emissions. So this is literally the most ferocious form of capitalism ever invented and what Bitcoin did for stranded energy, right? Uh Bit Tensor does for stranded talent. Brains and GPU from anywhere on Earth can earn the ownership layer of Bit Tensor that they're helping to build just like early Bitcoin miners earn bitcoins for their contribution to that ecosystem and that product.
09:40 Now each subnet also has its own coin and to get a subnet token you must stake Tao and this creates demand for for Tao of course. So subnet tokens are in a certain sense rehypothecated Tao. There is a direct economic relationship. Uh so Tao basically functions as sort of the S&P 500 of all the subnet tokens. So if you don't know which subnet token to to own, well just just own Tao and it's like you own a piece of all 128 subnets.
10:09 Now so this is very so there's a direct economic relationship between Tao and subnet tokens. This is very very unlike the gas token chains like Ethereum or Salana or Bass where there is no economic relationship necessarily between those gas tokens of Ethereum, Salana or Base and Base and the protocols that are on top of it. So the protocols have their own coins, but they're completely unrelated to Ethereum or Salon Base or whatever.
10:38 To get a subnet, you must buy it using Tao. And to mine, you must register using Tao. And subnets will frequently sell you their services for Tao. So there's a lot of things creating demand for Tao. >> So that's a long explanation. I mean, that's a valuable explanation, but that's a long explanation to make the case that number one, we this is already given.
11:00 We understand that open networks are going to take a piece of this huge AI mega trend. Everybody says so. Uh the CEO of Nvidia, Zuckerberg, the all-in podcast, they all say so. Open AI is going to take open, not the company, but open AI models are going to take a piece. Bit tensor and the projects that the robotics and the AI companies that are building on top of it and how that directly relates to demand of token is significant and I think in a one to two to threeyear time frame bit tensor is going to be a whole lot
11:36 bigger just like if you believe real world assets tokenization is going to get bigger you would think that wow Solana probably will be a lot bigger in 2 three years just like if you believe onchain trading it's a mega trend, then things like Hyperlquid or the apps built on top of it probably about to be a whole lot bigger. Not that there won't be dips, but I'm talking in a one to threeyear time frame.
12:01 I think altcoin season has started. I think we're probably a little bit closer to a pullback. I mean, the minute channels start talking about altcoin season, that means sort of we're due for a pullback anytime. But altcoin daily watchers are smarter investors. There's hundreds of thousands. There's actually millions of us. This channel is growing like crazy.
12:22 Join us. Don't just be a watcher, be active, be a participant in this crypto AI, I'll say it, super cycle. But that also means that we're not going to get scared out of our bridges when nasty pullbacks happen, right? Pullbacks, I'm talking long ones, nasty ones, happen in bull markets. They happen. Wow. Would you have would you have called for the top in this bull market of 2021 or would you have rode the mega trend to a much much bigger place?
12:52 Again, I was in the market back in 2017. Pullbacks, nasty pullbacks happen. As a smart investor, we're going to be ready and we understand this mega trend is going to be a whole lot bigger and a one to threeyear outlook. I believe altcoin season has started with pullbacks along the way. Comment down below which altcoin you believe in the most that you think has is the most undervalued.
