00:00 Yes, guys. Welcome to another episode. And as you can see right now, Bitcoin is currently pumping. We're pumping higher, higher, higher, and higher. The golden bull could be back. Based on riskreward probabilities, we're still within a bare trend. But as we've been speaking during the last few weeks, we are very cheap. We are more than 50% down from the peak.
00:22 We have been here in the buy zone. And now there is a good opportunity and good possibility that this was the bottom still. It could be just a lower high because you can see we have a high lower high lower high lower high. But this is not the time to be depressed or super bare. DCAing Bitcoin now makes perfect sense. And then once we bull on the money line up only up only up only.
00:45 So all in all, Bitcoin is showing remarkable strength, but the structure has not shifted. We're still in the bare trend, but it's just a matter of few months. I mean, whether we go bull and whether we start seeing higher highs now or, you know, in September, it's so soon. It's July already. So, soon August, soon August. Yeah, soon August, then it's September, then it's October.
01:09 And approximately 12 months is the length of the bear from the top to the bottom. So, we just have a few months to go here. And uh that's why we have been quite bullish during the last uh month. That's why right here we said u listen this could be the bottom could also go down. The opportunity now is such that it's so cheap but still 50/50 chance that we may go lower and it's not the time to be super convinced about the bare case.
01:33 The bare case is still real. The bare case is still around. The bare case is still strong. But if you buy at 66 or at 50 doesn't really matter. doesn't really matter whether you buy here at 57 or at 50 or 60 or 50. We are around the 200E moving average which is the most important thing. That's when you know that an asset is a longterm is it's at a long-term moving average and longterm you will make money no matter what the coming year the coming two year if you buy it around 200 week moving average it's a good good
02:03 price good good deal. So fantastic guys fantastic the golden bull may be upon us. Now something that's interesting is that when you look at the World Cup and this is from our ever ever ever bullish Tom Lee. And now by the way that we're also bullish. We're on the same team. We said Tom Lee is Fugazi back in Q4. You remember we said clearly that when he's saying that ETH is going to go to 40K in Q4 we said it's Fugazi.
02:26 We're in the bare market. So we we were not on the same page as Tom Lee. Now we are on the same page as Tom Lee. So don't get surprised if we are now actually uh aligning and we are endorsing the dudes we said are Fugghazi because in Q4 they were full Fugazi all of this you know R Paul Tom Lee I mean they're great guys on a personal level great guys I love them on the market level they have been the worst Fugazi ever many people lost 90 95 99% of their net worth following the mega bulls and now it's time to be bullish
03:02 though I [laughter] mean now it's now We're aligned now. We're this close. We're such good friends, forever friends. And so, yeah, he's saying that World Cup was the bottom here. World Cup could be the bottom here. I mean, I'm telling you that World Cup is bread and circus for the pleb. Now that bread and circus is over. Oh, yeah. Spain again. You know, one in Spain, Argentina.
03:20 Okay. Yeah. You know, the same guys win again. Okay. Good. So, now plebe pays attention to the market again. Plebbe is back. Plebe is back. So, could it be that it's a repetition? Maybe [laughter] potentially, potentially. Now, Tom Lee, man, he gets very excited now. He's saying we're going to go to 250K for one ETH. [laughter] Listen, it's bull market, guys.
03:40 In bull market, anything is possible. [gasps and laughter] Tom Lee coming out saying that ETH 2.0. And he also also sees a rare pattern. A rare pattern for a parabolic rally. [laughter] This time, guys, is for sure. In Q4 2025, it was not for sure. Now, he says it's for sure. This time is for sure. He sees a parabolic ETH rally over the coming 12 to 18 months.
04:04 I actually don't disagree with him. It's bull market, guys. In bull market, you're bullish. In the bare market, you're bearish. Okay, [laughter] simple, simple. Ethereum's long-term price outlook has returned to the spotlight after Bit Chairman Tom Lee said crypto was entering its 2.0 era, highlighting predictions that ETH could eventually reach 250K.
04:24 Fantastic, guys. Fantastic. Tom Lee says Ethereum is entering 2.0. So yeah, let's see. It's could very well go to 250, guys. Now though, now though, we still need to go get out of the bare trend. I mean, ETH is the same. It's pumping, but you see clearly that it's a high. It's a lower high. It's a lower high. And this could be just be another lower high.
04:45 So until we go bull on the money line, don't get too excited. But DCAing and being part of the journey here is quite important because it could be that we just do a candle like this is possible. Like I don't know the future. No one knows the future. So, we just base our trades on probabilities. The trend is still bare for ETH. It's still bare for Bitcoin, but we're now so long time into the bear.
05:07 Anything is possible. Anything is possible. Big fat pump is possible. Anything is possible. The time to be mega bear was in Q4 right here. Now, it's time to see the bull opportunity. But still, don't go super all in. Don't go be part of Don't go super all in. Don't don't buy [Β __Β ] coins. Don't buy all coins. I think buying all coins now is a bad idea because Bitcoin is still in a bare trend.
05:26 Meaning that if we uh actually get rejected here and uh we don't continue the rally and we actually revisit 50k. If you just buy bitcoin here, it's okay. I mean you you don't care. You buy 60, you buy 50, it doesn't matter. If you buy shitcoin, your shitcoin may drop 50%, 60%, 70%. So now is not the time to buy shitcoins, guys. Be very careful. The only only way you can buy shitcoin is in case you're part of the bullman community, you have the money line, you can ride the trends.
05:51 You know when the trend is bare, you know the mechanical rules. for the average Joe it's very dangerous still very very dangerous but the bullish momentum is building many people are asking Ivan is Sana still going to 30 I mean the way it looks right now it's still below the the the line here below the support line it retested it got rejected so Sena still hasn't done too much to convince us that it's not going to 30 it needs to go above 93 to convince us that it's not going to 30 for now Sena is the same it has the
06:21 trajectory down to 30 looking at the overall market we have Bitcoin plus 3.5% % ETH plus 4.5% BNB plus 2%. So quite nice gains but nothing you know mega mega bullish either. It's not like you know you have 20 20 20 25 30 let's see the biggest gainer who we have biggest Dexi 18 uh provenance blockchain 16 ono 14 Venice 12. So good day. Good day. I mean one of the best days during the last months.
06:48 It's good that we do see some movement. But but but for Bitcoin it's time to be time has been for the last month to be more bull and DCA. For shitcoins stay away still stay away. It is not the time for shitcoin. And again guys you know in bull market we're all about the shitcoin. I mean you I know you guys love shitcoin. I love shitcoin. In bull market we're going to be all about the shitcoin.
07:09 Now it's it's still not the time. It's still too early. It's still too early. The shitcoin is not gonna run away from you. The shitcoin is gonna be here with us no matter what. Okay, no matter what. Okay. And also there are many new shitcoins that are coming as well in the new bull market. Guys, we have so many new shitcoin. You don't have to buy, you know, avalanche at the at the low.
07:26 And by the way, avalanche is barely pumping. How can how how can it barely pump? I mean, you see what's what's going on here? What's going on here? Now, Ansom said that that Solano is down so much is down 85%. Let me uh say 75% from the highs and he's saying you know the tech is so good everything is so good guys when Sana is down 75% it can it can easily go down another 75% like just I'm just telling you about the shitcoin here and Sana in this case I'm also pushing it in the old coin shitcoin bucket because of
07:57 volatility because of tech Sana is the best but in terms of volatility Sana is altcoin shitcoin still and if and if by the way the same not that ETH is is better everything that's not Bitcoin in crypto is shitcoin Okay, when it comes to buying for the long term, but see Sana down 75%, in the last bare market, you remember it went down 75% and then it went down another 75%.
08:20 So just that is not a reason to be super excited. And uh instead you need to have a confirmed trend. For example, here you remember we show it all the time. Here it went down 75% from the peak here from like 220 260 to uh to $64. And then from $64, you remember what happened? It went down another 84%. So listen, down 75 can go down another 84. [laughter] Okay, your [Β __Β ] is only down 75% this far.
08:52 You know the meme with the who is it, Homer or Family Guy? Your [Β __Β ] is only down 75% this far. It has another 90% to fall. Another 100% to fall from here. Okay. So that's why we are bullish but we have the brain. I mean many people they don't have the brain. They're just bull blah blah blah. Listen yeah it's bullish but you need to have the brain.
09:12 Always think for yourself. Think for yourself. Like in crypto there are not many independent thinkers because why? Because everyone is a bag holder. So when you're a bag holder you cannot think independently. You cannot use your brain. You just beg for your shitcoin to recover for your bag to recover. So you cannot think independently. You just parrot whatever people are paring online.
09:28 You're a parrot. You say oh you know you heard this. Oh it must be the bottom. Must be the bottom. People tell me since October. Oh it's the bottom. It's the bottom. is the bottom. You need to be an independent thinker. Now, many people are saying we're going to go lower. It could happen and it could happen. I don't know. But now, through a riskreward perspective, buying here in the buy zone has been great.
09:46 Has been great. Should you keep still dating here? I if you have below 15% uh allocated in Bitcoin of your Bitcoin exposure, I would still DA here. Uh I would still DA here. It's Bitcoin is still cheap. We also expect downside until we go to bull trend. So, you can have two thoughts in the brain at the same time. You DCA with a minor position and then you wait for the big position to be deployed once you are in a bull trend.
10:10 This way no matter what happens you're good. We pump to bull trend. Good. You're you you are already part of the game and then you allocate here. We go lower. Okay. Good. Good. Yeah, you still have a lot to allocate. Fantastic. Fantastic. So that's that guys with Bitcoin as always. Welcome everyone who is watching live. Big shout out to Guzman for time stamping us.
10:27 Today we are opening up uh Bullmania weight list from the summer break which we had during the last uh one and a half weeks or so. If you haven't joined the weight list and you want to join Bulmania before the next bull run which is very important, highly highly important. I mean people are going to tell you you're lucky but what really happened? You learned the system before the bull run.
10:51 It's very important because once the bull run happens each day cost you a lot. Each day being a uh lost pleb cost you a lot. I mean it's a lot of opportunity cost. Each day you go around being lost, you know. Oh, it pumped. Oh, should I should I should I should I jump on it? Should I What should I Oh, new coin. Oh, did I miss it? Did I not miss it? Should I oh man, it dumped.
11:11 Oh, what should I do? You know, each day is big opportunity cost. In the bull market each and every day literally can cost you thousands of dollars, tens of thousands of dollars in missed profit if you're just oh bull market well maybe I should study [laughter] and okay oh it pumps it pump oh then you round trip your round trip guys very important it's very serious many people it's crazy but sometimes you speak to people you ask them how long have you been here oh I've been here many cycles okay are you rich okay Oh, I
11:45 mean what happens, man? What? How? How? Oh, no. I roundt tripped like this and that. And all of these mistakes, they make sense. I mean, I have a whole book on my mistakes here. Big profit. They make sense. But man, don't repeat them every cycle. Please don't repeat every cycle. Please, please, please. So, anyway, uh weight list here, bulma.com. You find the link in the description, first link, and then if you want to do something fast because we're still not open for new uh users in Bulman.
12:09 We're going to be open in uh probably the coming uh day. I mean maybe Sunday like until the end of the week should we should have a few spots. If you want something instant go to the investor quiz. So it's a it's the second link in description if you check uh and you may have to refresh the live stream because we updated the link. So if you don't see refresh the live stream but anyway if you want something instant do this investor score uh so you understand your profile your weaknesses your psychological weaknesses.
12:36 Very important to do this. You're going to get answer instantly. You're going to see your what you can improve right now because guys again bull market is coming back. Bull market is coming back. Being a lost uh you know deer in the headlight. Oh you know everything is happening. You're here. Oh yeah I missed this. I missed that. Should I go meme? Ah man meme was uh rugpull.
12:54 [laughter] It cost you a lot man. It cost you a lot. [gasps] Now look here. Psychology is very important now. Very important psychology because people are kind of feeling that we are at the end of the bear. Yet many people still uh are afraid that it's going to go lower and they don't have a practical guide here. For example, Anam is saying this is the part where people start getting anxious if they're sideline.
13:16 It's true. It's true. So you don't want to be fully sidelineed. That's why you know we've had the buy zone here for the last basically since June for the last two months. We've been in a fantastic buy zone and uh now that we are moving up being allin [Β __Β ] your bull is still too early guys. It's still too early but to be part of the journey is also important.
13:33 Uh that's why we we play it like we like we do like I told you and the reason why many people are excited is of course the clarity act. People are saying it's the clarity act. They're so excited for the clarity act. Now uh what h what has happened here is that um uh the white house has reportedly agreed on ethics package for the cryptoclarity act. As you can see President Donald Trump takes ethics very very seriously very seriously.
13:58 uh Trump coin, Melaniacoin, that was uh before. Now it's serious, guys. Ethics, ethical package at the top of the agenda. [laughter] He is the man for the ethical package. His picture is right here just as the ethical package is being deployed. No more scamming, no more rugg, no more memecoin to zero. Ethical, ethical, ethical, ethics, ethics, ethics.
14:31 So that's what's happening right now. White House has reportedly agreed on an ethical package for the Clarity Act. Uh this this woman, Eleanor, who is she host Crypto America good. I'm hearing from multiple industry sources that the White House has agreed on an ethics package for the Clarity Act and send the language to certain Senate Republicans this afternoon.
14:54 It's still unclear what details of the agreement are, but industry participants are hopeful this could clear the way for the updated bill. Good. Let's go. Let's go. Practically, what does it mean? So, the clarity act adds safety for users. For example, Senators Lumis is saying when Celsius and Voyager went bankrupt, customer deposits did not stay customer deposits.
15:20 They became assets in a bankruptcy pool fought over by creditors who had never even heard of the customers who owned them. The CLA act changes the rules so your crypto stays your even if the company fails. I mean it's good. It's good. It's like you have your um stocks in a brokerage. If brokerage disappears, what happens? Uh your stocks still belong to you.
15:41 So your stocks are disconnected from the balance sheet of the uh crypto brokerage or wherever you have your stocks. So now in crypto is the same uh going to be the same. Very very good. Um in the meanwhile Mike Michael Ser saying that they increase the USD reserve by 225. What does it mean? It means that they dump the hell out of Micro Strategy stock.
16:04 If you hold MSTR, you are a plebe. You are being dumped on MSTR. Uh let me just confirm with Gro. Did they sell MSR? So sailor he can either sell MSTR or he can sell a stretch. Stretch he cannot sell because it is below 100 and he cannot really get it to up. He's trying so hard. I mean strategy sold MSTR shares. Exactly. So getting dumped on every day.
16:30 I mean maybe you guys like like it like it. Uh but uh yeah it's uh you you are being used as literal ATM. Okay. [laughter] Now uh see and stretch is still so far below 100. He's raising the money to show the markets listen I have money to pay stretch I have the money to pay stretch but still the stretch doesn't want to go to 100 so he will have to increase the dividend I guess but then he when he increases the dividend what happens now he has to pay every month more money to all thresholders so he's just digging the
17:02 grave even more basically if he has money that's you know one one lever he p he pulls he he says I have a lot of money to pay you but if he increases dividend now that money runs out faster, but it's more attractive for investors in the short term. So, yeah, which lever you pull is is it's not easy. There's no clear answer because it's a bit of house of card like [laughter] you pull this lever, the other one deflates.
17:26 You pull this, it infl Yeah, you understand? So, it's it's a bit tough. It's a bit tough. Uh we're very fascinated how it's going to how it's going to be. Ron Niner saying right now there's nothing that seller can do to get rich to 100. If he raises the dividend, he's digging himself in a deeper hole and the market didn't respond. on the last time he already raised dividend a few a few weeks ago.
17:47 Raising his cash pile coverage also did not help like he did yesterday. Selling Bitcoin or Max to buy Stretch would be a desperate move. Stretch would spike and holders would use it to exit. He's totally in the hands of the market and I don't believe Stretch will become effective in buying Bitcoin until we get a wild upswing in BTC price. Uh I actually agree with this.
18:08 Uh yeah, Bitcoin needs to pump. Like the whole industry has to pump for Sailor to be able to do something. For now, he's just uh getting cash, preparing for the bull. Once the bull returns, I'm sure that the stretch will recover temporarily potentially, but for us, it's not for us. I mean, listen, if you want volatility, you want to make money, uh join Bulmania, apply mechanical rules, use leverage, then you're in control of the leverage.
18:32 You don't have to be with this, you know, trying to figure out build the plane as it crashes kind of situation. I don't I don't get it. So, Sana, Solana, guys, um uh look, it's down 75%. It can easily go down another 80%. Like it always is possible in a bare market. So, don't get too excited. But it is true. Here's why I'm very bullish for the next bull once we actually enter bull trend.
18:56 So, with Sulana now chart looks very bad, guys. And the chart looks very bad. can still go to here to 30s. Uh but as soon as it goes bull trend, we're very bullish. We're very bullish. So we you need to keep two two thoughts in the brain at the same time. Can you do that? Please confirm in the comment section that you can do that. I mean most people they they cannot do that.
19:15 They're like so are you bullish or are you bearish? I'm telling you now it looks bad. If the chart looks good, okay, good. We're bullish. And there are many reasons to be bullish. Once the chart is bullish, there are many reasons to be bullish also on the fundamental. But being bullish just on fundamental is very bad, guys. It's very, very bad. I mean the clearest example before I go into the Solana the clearest example being bullish on fundamentals is very bad is SpaceX.
19:36 SpaceX is down more than 50% or actually exactly around 50% from alltime high. As you know in bull mania but also here on YouTube we've been saying to stay away stay away. Literally 50% loss from the alltime high. And again fundamentals are the same. It's literally the same company that that that was a few weeks ago. Okay, very important. It's the same company.
20:03 Fundamentals have not changed. The SpaceX is still SpaceXing. The rocket is still flying. So, everything comes down to the knowledge of the market and understanding the mechanical rules. Very important. Just like people are saying, I got most people got absolutely smoked in in SpaceX. I mean, it's alltime low. Everyone got smoked. 100% of people got smoked except Bulmania.
20:22 Except Bulmania. except our members who are now ready to buy as soon as the bull flip happens and we have all the money to buy with. So uh not green sign for the rest of this one trillion IPOs coming down. I I I don't know. Listen, it's for us doesn't matter. For us doesn't matter. We We stay away until we see clear supply demand, clear bull trend. And so for us, it's been fantastic.
20:46 Actually, I mean, this SpaceX is a gift. I wouldn't be angry. You're only salty because you lost. I mean, yeah, I'm not angry. I actually think that SpaceX is kind of they did what it expected. I mean, what we expect, I mean, every everyone who knows the mechanical rules, who understands the trends, I mean, it's is the easiest chart in the world. And by by the way, it went to alltime low the yesterday.
21:07 So, let's see what's going to happen here. If it can bounce around or what's going to happen, but as soon as it goes bull, I would love to own SpaceX, guys. I would love to own SpaceX. I love it so much that I have more shares than anyone because everyone bought it too expensive. Now, we have the same ice cream, but it's cheaper. Okay? The same Xbox, but 50% cheaper.
21:29 Fantastic. You only get that if you understand the market. If you are in the fundamentals la land, you you get used from all directions by market participants that are smarter. Okay, very important, very important. So anyway, uh back to fundamentals. As soon as Sulana flips bull, all of this will activate as a market force. Now, this is more for the future, but it's true.
21:48 For example, we have better mobile and consumer UX experience for trading the cycle crosschain and easy to onboard with zero crypto experience. That's true. I mean now you can just login with your Gmail and everything uh works. More qualified builders aligning token equity for diversified sector exposure. Interest of institutions picking up with RWA, Clarity Act, yada yada, Stripe and Robin Hood ing their names to ring.
22:11 True people realizing how much you can make in a short amount of time trading because of stock performance past few years and existing proof of concept in crypto specifically with people making a lot of memes past couple of cycles. So the basically he's saying that everyone knows that there's a lot of money in the markets and next thing is going to be crypto and you can make a lot in crypto just look at the last cycles you can also lose a lot [laughter] you can also lose a lot I mean most people going to lose a lot
22:37 also most people they actually don't make any money even if they make money temporarily because uh to keep the money is is very hard it's very even if you make it to keep is very hard that's why I'm telling you you you need to understand you need to learn sign up for the weight list because you're going to you're going to be in a position that you cannot even imagine right now.
22:57 Right now, everyone is thinking, "Oh no, if I make money, I'm going to be so responsible. I'm going to take profit. I'm going to put stop loss, take profit." Man, when bull market comes, you're not thinking. You're not thinking. Let's say you are at 70K, you're going to say, "Let's go to 100K." It's it's very natural. It's very natural. If you don't have a plan, the market creates a plan for you.
23:15 And the market, you know, there are some sophisticated players here at uh that that are that are participating in the market. They're going to make the chart look that if you're at 70K in your portfolio, the chart is going to look like it's almost going to go to 100K tomorrow. You're going to be waiting, waiting, waiting. Please go to 100K. Then what happens?
23:34 Boop. You lose 90%. You were so close to 100K. You wanted to reach 100K. For some people, it's a million. You're at 800K. The chart looks so nice. The market maker draws draws you a very nice chart. They they draw you fantastic chart. It's almost at you're almost at 1 million net worth and boop minus 90%. Why do you think it's like that every cycle?
23:56 Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Because it's by design. Like this is by design. It's not random, guys. It's not random that uh it happens to everyone. It It's not It's not by random. It's not by random. It starts to fall. They give you a bit of hope. It recovers a bit. You're like, man, oh yeah, let's recover. I was at 800K. Now I'm at 500. Now I'm at 650.
24:16 Let's recover. Let's go recover. They give you a bit of hope so you don't sell. And a boop, another. They gave you hope. Three weeks. Three weeks you were in paradise. Then bam, another. Now you were 800, 500. Then they gave you a bit of hope to 650. Then boop, 300k. Now you are 300k. Oh man. Now you feel it's too late to sell or Yeah. Yeah. [gasps] And the crazy thing is you're down 70%, just like Sana, and it still goes down another 80%.
24:48 Soon enough, you're there with 50K. You were almost at one. Now you're with 50K. You You didn't even understand what happened because this was all during just six weeks. [laughter] It's crazy, guys. I mean, I'm laughing because I've been I mean, if you read my book, I've been there, you know, back when I joined crypto in 2013. I I'm laughing not not because it's funny, but because it's it's I mean, so ridiculous that it's funny.
25:14 You understand? It's so It happens to everyone. It happens to everyone and most people they don't do anything about it. They're like, "Oh no, next cycle I'm gonna I'm gonna pay attention, man. The grid is going to be so big. The grid is going to be so big. You most likely without the uh training, without the tools, without knowing bull or bar, you're going to get cooked.
25:34 You're going to get cooked. 100% cooked. So, uh let's speak about uh uh BIP 110." Bip 110. Michael Sailor coming out saying, "The impulse to change Bitcoin's rules merely to prevent others from using Bitcoin in ways you disapprove uh disapprove of is a statist and alien to a community rooted in liberty, property rights, free markets, natural law, and Austrian economics."
26:00 There you go. B 110 would impose monetary purity by fiat. So yeah, Michael S is really taking the stance against BP 110. Um, yeah. I mean, you know, my my view I just want them to do quantum quantum quantum quantum. There's less data, more data. Let's see, guys. Let's see. Let's see. Uh, yeah. Um, let me know what you think, guys. If you're if you're BIP 110 or not BIP 110.
26:22 I mean, now Bitcoin works good as is. Uh, they did increase the data. They should, in my mind, they shouldn't have done it. But this splitting, this insane splitting in the community because of this data question blows my mind. It's crazy. How we going to do quantum? We cannot even decide how much data we should have [laughter] in each blog. It's crazy.
26:42 It's crazy. It blows my mind. That's why currently currently Bitcoin is not really comparable with gold. Uh I need to be honest with you guys. Gold is now if you have a u generational like multigenerational time horizon, you want to leave money to your kids, your grandkids, you know, you want to build a dunasty with your wealth. Unfortunately, now Bitcoin is not an alternative right now.
27:08 Right now, I need to be upfront with you. Without quantum protection, you you don't know if Bitcoin exists in 100 years. Yeah, you don't know. Gold, you know, I'm just telling you it up front. So, we have the priorities straight. If we don't fix the quantum protection, no one knows if Bitcoin is going to exist. If these drama queens are going to be able to figure it out or not.
27:31 I mean, they have so much drama just for this thing. how they going to figure out quantum because quantum asks way harder questions. What to do with Satoshi coins? Do we freeze them? Do we leave them to be taken? What what happens? [snorts] So, yeah. Anyway, that's that. Uh Jim Kramer says that the market is miserable likely we're going to see some pump soon.
27:49 Inverse Kramer as always. Jesse Jesse Jesse, what's happening guys? There's a lot of talk about base the other few days. Uh yeah, the other days. Do you say other few days? The other days. Let me know which one is English. He says, "One thing Robin Hood chain has done right is have tokenized equities in an EVM environment. We've been behind on this on base.
28:12 Guys, guys, I mean I I don't know how much I should, you know, speak about it, but but someone is saying Google BIP 361 there is a BIP for quantum how much focus it has zero. How much discussion it has? Zero. If you compare to discussion with this BP 110 data, quantum is zero. zero. No one speaks about no it's not it's not a priority. Uh I don't know how much I need to speak about but I love speaking about base and dissecting them as a failure this far because it is classic business mistake that you guys need to pay
28:50 attention like to make the mistakes that bass has done is very easy. Maybe you do a startup maybe you do whatever is it's very easy. Basically you're nothing for nobody. You understand? you are trying to please everyone so no one cares about you. Uh normally in business when you build a product it needs to be highly specialized for some kind of user at least in the early stages before you go broad otherwise you're going to uh fumble you're going to fumble so uh bass is like an example of this is so perfect they try to
29:21 do this meme they try to do this token coin uh content coin content coin they try to so many different things they try to be everything for everyone and no one cares because bass is not perfect at anything even their core which is trfy they they fumbled they fumbled like this stocks for example tokenized stocks bass doesn't have too much he's saying we've been behind on this on base and I'm frustrated that that's the case man I could have told you that long time ago but okay but we're close to fixing it with Coinbase
29:50 and when we do we'll have one to one backed equities versus Robin Hood's derivatives so he's throwing shade on Robin Hood he's saying that tokenized stocks on Robin Hood are derivatives But but but but it's a lie. It's a lie. This guy is saying, "Hey, Jesse, nothing against Bass, but if you're going to compare yourself to a competitor, at least guess the facts right.
30:13 The tokenized stocks currently trading Robin Hood chain are not derivatives. They're one to one back. The derive product you're talking about is Robin Hood's classic stock tokens. Those are only available in the U only trade inside." So you understand five years ago, Coinbase was known for breaking through technical and regulatory barriers before anyone else.
30:33 Now it feels the strategy is to wait until someone else proves the model then vertically integrate it. As someone who genuinely loves this industry, I would love to see Coinbase stop making excuses, get back what made it great and start leading again. So that's why I I'm I'm telling that for the best thing for Coinbase would do would be to do the best possible corporate chain in the world.
30:55 Like make something for someone, you know. Don't make don't try to be trenches. Don't say that you love memes like Jesse said. I mean you you're clearly a corporate chain. So you cannot love me. Don't say you love me. Don't say please don't say you love memes. [laughter] Be the best corporate chain there is. I mean what is your problem? It's uh it should be straightforward.
31:12 But let's see what they're going to do. Now there is an interesting there is an interesting turn that could happen for base which would actually make me a bit more excited and that's that they are considering token. When you look at their uh reporting uh from Q4 2025 they have been considering a talk. So, Coinbase considers a base token a uh uh 12 to 34 billion opportunity.
31:37 We see the potential for Coinbase to generate significant value with the launch of a base token. I mean, that would actually make it better because then at least there is something on chain to hold. So, you can root for Bass. Now, you you can only hold Coinbase stock. Recall that Bass is Coinbase proprietary L2. It's proprietary L2. It's proprietary L2.
31:56 It is corpo chain with other words proprietary L2. Okay. Okay guys, another thing you know when Democrats come to power, holy crap, they're going to grill this industry. Oh yeah. I think uh when Democrats come to power, there's going to be there many questions. If you have a proprietary L2, what is your responsibility? Because you could shut it off.
32:25 You have a sequencer. you are the entity that is prophecing from your proprietary L2 and uh what if Kim Jong-un is using your proprietary L2? What what happens? What if Kim Jong-un funds his nuclear with propri your proprietary L2? Big question. Big big question. So uh yeah uh currently no one is asking those questions because Trump is in power but uh that's going to be very interesting.
32:55 But anyway, so launched in August 2023 and has grown to be the largest L2 by many metrics. So basically, yeah, they maybe going to do a coin [gasps] that would be great if they do, but they're they're so risk averse that uh yeah, I don't know. Brian Armstrong said that all of the memes he's above it. He's above it. You can read more, but he says basically, if you want me to quote unquote support, you know, you guys are speaking about support from base team or Coinbase, there seems to be confusion around it.
33:27 So, guys, you're confused. You want us to [Β __Β ] you, support your coins, maybe you're confused, quote unquote support, you know, [laughter] you want the support, you know, on Twitter, you want support. There are many tokens we would like to list on central exchange but can't for compliance regulatory. If you want Jess or me to pump your bags or or shield certain coins, we're also not going to do that.
33:48 Yeah, here's what we're committed to support. We run in-person base batches and issue grants to high potential builders. Coinbase ventures and base eosystem fund also invests promising. Yeah, I mean a fair fair I mean it's a fair position like listen by the way I have nothing against this position but it is a corporate chain. It's a corporate chain position.
34:08 So when you say like this, don't say that you love memes because then Jay says, "We love memes." Okay, don't say that you love memes. This is a this is a fair position. If you are a corporate chain, say we're a freaking corporate chain. Say it, Brian. Say we are a corporate chain. Then everyone understands. Now people are confused. They you know you you send confusing signal.
34:27 You send confusing signal. Either yes, no. But Jesse is like meme come let's go. And then Brian says, "No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. You need to be high potential builder." And then Jesse is like, "I love me. Come build me." And Brian, "No, no, no, [laughter] [gasps] no shilling coin. No shilling coin. You may like this approach or you may not." [laughter] But there's something about his like how he writes, I don't like it.
35:01 Like if you read the the tone here, it's you know, you guys are a bit [Β __Β ] here and I'm building something great and you want me to pull down. You want me to be pulled down into your dirt. Okay. Okay. You want me to be in the dirt with you, [laughter] but I don't want it. You may like it or not, but I don't want to be the pig in the dirt. [laughter] You guys are pig in the dirt, but you may you may or may not like it.
35:30 But either way, hopefully it creates clarity going forward. You guys are a hard dirt pig [laughter] [gasps] and I am building great stuff and giving grants to high potential builders and all of the trenches. I'm not there. [laughter] [gasps] So you can decide what you want to do. I respect your choice either way. If you get lost, you go to Sana. I don't give a f.
35:58 Amazing. Amazing. Yeah. I mean then you can read the replies here. >> [snorts] >> You're terrible and tone there. I I agree. Listen, I I love Brian. I love Brian. Bishop to Brian, but he should make it clear that bass is a corporate chain. Then there's no confusion. Now it's a bit confusion. And also here Yanu is saying something good here. I totally agree.
36:18 I'll take the other side of the base debacle. Most have no idea how hard Coinbase fought for crypto this past years. True. True. This is fully true. Fully true. Uh Brian has basically singlehandedly I mean more or less single-handedly taken on Gary Gensler more or less singlehandedly done so much for crypto in regulation more or less single-handedly uh created pressure on regulators via this you know uh app where you can see where you live which politician is pro crypto anti-crypto so yeah I mean it's true it's true uh
36:50 I I fully agree singlehandedly he has done a lot Um so um that's true that's also true but uh they doesn't take away from the fact that they are forgizing the the onchain they are fumbling the onchain okay so anyway that's that uh funny part is all of this I guess base launches a coin at some point yeah if they launch a coin everything is forgotten guys everything is forgotten then we are uh we're bullish depending on the chart depending on the chart if there is a bull trend in the chart we're bullish we're bullish
37:25 we're bullish Uh moving on uh speaking about tokenized assets um Sana growth a lot. Boop boop boop boop big growth big growth mainly in equities. Equities are growing a lot. Token as asset by equity by by category a lot. Then you have credit not growing too much but still equities are big big big Sana Q2 token holder report. Let's see what they say.
37:49 Institutional demand for soul held through the quarter despite significant outflows both from Bitcoin and east spot ETPS. Soul spot ETPS recorded 120 million in net inflows ahead of Q1's 113 million. Uh so yeah basically yeah a slight increase and stoked staked and stoked uh sold ended the quarterly the quarter at new quarter and high of 427 million twothirds of supply good stable coin supply stayed relative yeah you can read more you can read more but basically bullish but chart is not bullish so we're not bullish yet
38:26 but they say everything is bullish but chart for some reason guys I mean I don't make the chart but the chart is is not So that's why we have two thoughts in the brain at the same time. We can be bare chart bull fundamental and when chart is bull we're mega bull because then chart and fundamental is bull. Let's see this uh some kind of bank Sana bought or some kind of uh woman bought bank.
38:49 Let's see. >> So we bought a bank in 2021. >> Doesn't everybody buy a bank? [music] >> The bank we wish we had didn't exist. So we went to build the bank we wanted to see in the world. Traditional banks are [music] just banks in a box. Antiquated rigid architecture. All of these systems need to be rethought in order to decide what rules you want to have around your money.
39:13 So we went to Missouri. It's an amazing [music] state to do banking. There are two federal reserves. There's an FDIC. We bought an amazing institution and then [music] added the technological resources from our engineers. LEAD was one of the first banks in the US to do onchain products. My team [music] and I built all of the code and all of the policies from the ground up.
39:30 takes old school bank in a box and [music] allows any client to embed it in their own products. The crypto industry went from believing that banks were unnecessary to all of a sudden having an oh my god moment where they realized that they needed the banking system. Onramps and off-ramps are such a critical part of any piece of a crypto transaction.
39:47 You have to get there somehow and you have to exit somehow. I want to see the rails of the financial system. >> So, so guys, do you use it lead bank totally different than they are today? clients and so [music] Salon partners actually Salana we're bit of Switzerland we work with lots of parties specifically we like to work with partners who have the infrastructure that enables us to make scalable reliable products with our clients and so Salana is obviously an important partner for us it is a weird thing when [music]
40:13 you're like I'm going to go buy a bank but a lot of my friends who've known me forever basically say like of course you did I wake up 7 days a week like total nerd and I can't [music] stop thinking about cool products that we could go build that make that future here Today I think the future of banking is going [music] to look like you won't see it at all.
40:32 >> That's it. Okay. I mean it's a good story. It's a good story. I thought he was she was she she would say I built my whole bank on Sana. I follow to I buy shitcoins on Sana. But he just she just said yeah we're Switzerland. We use Salana a bit. Anyway, good good. Uh, ETH is for shipping. Here are some of the things ETH ecosystem launched, upgraded, and announced over the past month.
41:01 Robin Hood launch Robin Hood chain. It's It's not going to help it. I'm sorry. Maybe it's going to help Arbitum. Not really. Arbitum cannot be helped. There is nothing that can help Arbitum, guys. It cannot be helped. I'm sorry, guys. It cannot be helped. It It cannot be helped. It's worse performing than many memes. How is it going to help Arbitum?
41:26 It's not going to help Arbitum. It's going to help Robin Hood stock. It's going to help um everyone who does meme launcher on Robin Hood, but it's not going to help arbitum. It's not going to help ETH either. Okay, that's it. That's it. Aztec network achieve stage two ro decentralization. Okay, another L2. Okay. Vitalic shared updates to ETH evolving road map.
41:46 That's good. That's good. This is good. This is good. I call out was good was bad. This is for guys. this another L2. No one cares. Uh, this is good. This is good. Long-term direction with quantum with making E layer 1 more fast yada yada. ETH labs launch as nonprofit R&D. I don't like nonprofit. I don't like this R&D lab. I don't like it. I don't like nonprofit R&D.
42:09 I don't like it. I [snorts] don't like this uh you know NGO nonprofit R&D. It's a lot of paper pushing. It's a lot of uh uh money extracting drinking coffee saying you're a researcher you don't do too much. Oh, fugi ethereum uh in institutional launched an independent another nonprofit man. The non get rid of the nonprofit. Nonprofit is bad. Bad bad bad bad bad nonprofit, man.
42:37 Nonprofit, no KPI, no success, no no nothing. Another nonprofit. Yeah, you have you have two nonprofits. Okay. What happened to the previous one? Ethereum Foundation was also nonprofit. It constantly dumped ETH. That's what happened. I've introduced stable vault. Good. That's good. Zama launch first defi yield venture confidential USD. That's good. That's good.
42:58 Some confidential. Good. Good. Good. This is good. Swiss knife launched a new, by the way, guys. This post in itself is good. I need to give it some shout out to maybe, you know, this new nonprofit that is doing marketing. If they have another nonprofit, [laughter] [gasps] but uh this is good. ETH did not do it before. Let me actually retweet it also because this is something that Sena did.
43:19 Sena has always been good at u posting the wins. ETH never did that. And this is very good for ETH. I think that this, you know, communicating is and basically having a contact with the clients. See, ETH has been the worst at that. If they spoke to clients, the DAB builders, the developers, they would never have done L2s. If you ask Unis swap, hey, unis swap, do you want to have 500 copies of your exchange with split liquidity split everything?
43:44 It's siloed on 500 L2s. Wouldn't that be great? It's all split. Oh, it's all yeah, slippage is going to be massive. You have all pools are separate. No, no, no connection. All separate. All separate. Slippage. Biggest slipage. [laughter] You want your lensing to be on the 500 million chains, which by the way, for you to make it work is going to be very expensive.
44:11 You know, to run apps that speaks to many chains, it's very expensive to call all the chains, read from all the chains, write to all the chains, keep all of the infra sync. Especially different chains have different flavor. Some of them produce blocks fast. Some of them don't produce fast. Your infant needs to keep all of that. And if they just spoke to freaking devs, do you want it?
44:32 Everyone would say no thank you. But no, now they have to pretend. You know, now they have to pretend we love L2. We love L2. Shortterm. And by the way, short-term for them, it has also been profitable because then all of this L2 industrial complex, they had to pay a lot to unis swap to chain link, but it's short-term short-term. So they profited from that shortterm but long term where's the end user end user.
44:56 But also I don't think maybe it wasn't really for end user because L2 industrial complex is not about the user. It's about the bull market announce that you are pro ETH. We're building ETH. We are ETH. Our FU guys L2. It's ETH. We're extending ETH. Then your coin pumps maybe in bull market and you cash out and you do some integration. You give some money to chain link to unis swap so it looks good.
45:19 You have all the logos or you have announcement. You have announcement and then the end user where is the end user? Who the hell knows? But you see orbitum they didn't even get so much of initial pump. They just launched the coin so expensive. It didn't even pump. Okay. They didn't even you know instead of launching it cheaper so it pumps. They just launched it super expensive and they just dump.
45:37 Okay. [laughter] [gasps] Okay. Optimisentos official signed an agreement to explore bringing Korean one onchain. That's good. So all the Korean gamblers can now gamble more on chain. That's great. Octant app completed. Epoch. I don't know. Privacy tools. Good. Some new privacy tool. Some other stuff. Privacy boost. Good. Good. So see there is stuff happening.
45:58 There is stuff happening. Spark. Launch. Stable coin. E systems launched a company building module privacy in. Okay. Okay. Okay. Wow. Wow. Hosted by web a lot of privacy. Hosted by web3 privacy. New Cyber Punk Summit brought together thous yeah yeah yeah good good good let's see if the price pumps if we go to 250k like Tom saying another milestone unlocked for tokeniz equities on BNB BNB has also some tokenized equity here some tokeniz equity there btos btos like Bcash BT stocks near has mainet upgrade quantum safe
46:31 signing is now live on mainet near is already a quantum safe this makes near one of the first blockchains with a n approved post quantum signature scheme in production. So just copy the freaking uh near. If you're Bitcoin, copy near like copy it. Copy. It's done. It's done. Like just get everything quantum safe, guys. Get it quantum safe. The upgrade also launches dynamic reshorting so new product can scale itself automatically.
46:54 Good. Good. This is very good. Avalanche in the toilet token in the toilet. Very very very very much in toilet. But 80,000 people went to FIFA World Cup watch party using a ticket on Avalanche. Really for the watch parties at SI stadium fans scanned in like any other event while Yeah. So why you need why you need tickets on blockchain guys? I don't I never got it actually.
47:28 I I have to make an admission guys. This uh onchain tickets I never understood it. I pretended to understand it in 2017 because it was cool. I admit it. I admitted. And then I was at ETH Barcelona. I think it was ETH Barcelona. And holy crap, the ticket was NFT. You could not get into conference without NFT ticket. Oh my god. [laughter] [gasps] Open Metam Mask.
47:56 Metam Mask does not show the picture not loaded. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh, then you know. Oh, you didn't know it's NFT ticket? I didn't know it's NFT ticket. Oh no, you need to download. Oh my god. You need to Why? Why you need ticket on chain? What's the point, man? What's the point? What's the point? Just send a freaking PDF to my email. You don't need it on chain.
48:23 Ticket on chain. I don't like I don't like guys. It's for guys. If you create an event and it's ticket on chain, I will not comp. Ticket needs to be PDF in the email. Ticket needs to be in Apple wallet so it's easy. Boop boop. This take we don't have to reinvent it, guys. We don't have to put everything on chain. Fans didn't need to know. Ticket just worked.
48:45 Yeah, they also work just in email and just Apple wallet. What's the point then? Fans didn't need to know. So, no one needs to know. What's the point? The ticket just worked. But yeah, they still have to pay like gas fee and so no one no one noticed. So what's the point then? Am I not getting something like what's the point? Okay, maybe if you keep building I mean the only thing I can think of is that now they're at but see if the fans don't know you don't even know the fans addresses then you know normally what would
49:20 make sense is you come to event you get some NFT now in the future I know you came to event so I maybe give you airdrop but if the fans did not notice they just use it as normal ticket they don't know crypto what's the point man but you cannot airdrop to them anyway Yeah, it's so [Β __Β ] Like, are they just pretending that it's a thing? I I'm telling you, most people in this industry, they're parrot.
49:41 They're a parrot. Ticket on chain, ticket on chain, ticket on chain. Now, I've been the parrot. I I fully admit. I fully confess. I've been a parrot before because I was thinking maybe it's going to make sense. Yeah, maybe you get airdrop. Maybe then you Okay, time to use yourself. If Barcelona, it was the worst ticket experience I've been is the worst.
50:02 Anyway, guys, you you're understand. Moving on, 1.3 billion in tokenized equities, 0.1% of it actually doing anything. The tokenized equity market cap on defama was only 5 million at the start of 2025 and now it's at 1.3 billion billion billion billion. Massive, [laughter] massive. Yeah, I mean the growth is crazy. Up 250x with no sign of stopping. Yet it's only 0.001% of 134 trillion global stock market.
50:31 Fantastic. Yeah. So token talk is coming. Very good. Zcash iron wood going live in 10 days. So all of this uh discussion about inflated coins will go away. And this guy is saying that he made some privacy thing for for ETH. U you can check more guys. On this note, let's go to a bit of Q&A. We have 10 minutes to one hour. Welcome, welcome, welcome everyone to the chat so you don't parrot for guys that is being told to.
50:59 I'm telling you. Booming.com. Sign up for the weight list so you actually see the markets for what they are. And if you want a fast diagnosis of your brain of the issues that you have in your trading, go to quiz.bullme.com/startnow. It's in the just use the link below. There's a link in description for it. And do the quiz. Answer questions about your trading.
51:21 Very very short quiz. And uh uh you will understand a lot. You will understand a lot of the problems you have. Very important. >> [gasps] >> So, [sighs] but but how can they then airdrop a worthless token after event? Exactly. They cannot they don't if if the user does not use crypto, they don't even notice it. You cannot air drop. You cannot airdrop.
51:45 Do you think Democrats holding up clarity act should be the setup to do a slightly lower true bottom? Guys, clar ignore clar like whether it happens or not happens. we pump uh anyway like the bull the bull market is going to start anyway. Uh the the this clar don't worry too much about it. Uh it's good for the industry but yeah some people are saying oh we pumped today because of clariac.
52:10 Not really. We've been pumping since end of June. I mean it's don't try to connect news to whatever is happening on the chart. Don't try nothing changes here. Democrats holding up and the bot and connection to whether we go to 50k or not. It has no connection. Don't worry about it. Don't worry about it. Any connection is random and accidental. Okay.
52:32 Uh now I told you the situation where we're so far in the bare uh that being too bearish doesn't make sense, but we're still in the bare trend. So being [Β __Β ] bull also doesn't make sense. That's why we have 50/50 here. Now you DCA here slowly up to 15% of the portfolio. You could go higher also if you want. I'm just I'm just saying what I do 15% of the uh intended Bitcoin location and then when we go bull trend Valhalla Valhalla you go heavy Valhalla then whether Democrat is going to stop whether that's going to
53:04 create a bottom don't worry don't worry it's uh it can be a million different things can be Iran can be anything like the news letting the news be the news doesn't matter it's the same four cycle anyway that will it's more but why news doesn't matter because it's psychology ology the mass psychology mass psychology is that you need one year to reset from the bull.
53:26 So everyone sells everyone gives up hope and that's when new bull starts. It doesn't matter what news is. We just need to go one year from this peak and that's when on average that's when you have the uh plebe selling plebe that said that it's not bare market it's still bull market that said that Ivan you're wrong you're wrong to be bare in Q4 2025 that plebe has to give up hope has to dump approximately takes a year they dump boop we go up good what do you think about McDonald's quarter pounds less than quarter pound.
54:03 No idea. Ah, you mean there is a like cheeseburger with that is quarter pound. It's less than is maybe shrinkflation. It's shrinkflation. Shrinkflation. Yeah, but but don't eat there. I mean, for your brain to work properly, don't eat. Don't eat it, man. Don't eat. Don't eat it. Don't eat it. Eat octopus. Octopus, man. Amazing protein. Amazing, man.
54:27 Octopus. I love octopus. Eat uh steak. eat. Uh, I mean, eat anything except for cheeseburger at McDonald's. [laughter] Octopus is kind of a hack with how much protein it is, how Yeah, I love octopus. Calorie to protein fun is the best is the best. Not the cheapest. Not the cheapest, but if you have money, I mean, what else you're going to you're going to buy?
54:54 What else you going to invest in health? Octopus too intelligence for me to eat. Squid is okay. Yeah, maybe. Maybe. Uh, big news for McDonald. The quarter pounder is now 0.2 pounds. Exactly. Exactly. Switching to octopus and steak. Thank Yeah. Exactly. Switch for bull market. Switch to octopus and steak. Exactly. In guys, is it intelligent? I don't know.
55:24 I'm it's it's up to the nature guys to make regulation. There is no regulation against eating octopus. So I I'm not too much into this, you know, nature analysis. If there's no regulation, there's no regulation. That's it. We eat octopus. Is best uh protein to we're not against nature. Nature is we eat animal. That's how it was created. Animal eat animal.
55:51 That's it. That's it. We're just monkey. Does monkey think before eating? I don't know. Does lion think about intelligence when they eat gazelle? I I don't think so. That's how it is, guys. That's how it is. Uh first, okay, here here's the thing. If you're super healthy, you have 10% body fat. You can be this philosopher. It's okay. If you are fat, first get healthy 10% body fat, then you can be philosopher.
56:17 Okay? You can be philosopher. When I'm 10% body fat, I will also be philosopher. I will say octopus too intelligent. If you're fat first fix that fix that fix that. So yeah when I get to 10% body fat guys we will potentially switch from o but man octopus is is too good stats like the stats is too good. Like is there anything better? Maybe chicken breast but I don't like chicken breast.
56:52 I mean, it's okay. It's okay, but in comparison to octopus, it's uh Yeah. Anyway, 10% is no not healthy. You're low tea at 10%. Uh potentially, potentially. Uh I mean, normally my experience is that fat dudes say that, you know, oh no, you you that's too low. Okay, bro. You're at the 40, [laughter] you know. Let let me see how it is. I'm going to tell you.
57:18 I'm going to tell you from experience. Most people tell it just in crypto. They pirate stuff without experience. Like don't pirate me about uh the the body fat stuff. Let me see. I'm going to go to town. I'll tell you. I'll tell you. See, you know, just in general, people they pirate so much. They pirate stuff about uh Okay, let me tell you. I went high school.
57:41 Uh people they start pirate. Oh, we need to take a gap year. Gap year. I'm going to take gap year. Gap year. Gap year here. Gap year there. Everyone takes. I'm like, man, what gap year? What's gap year? A gap year is not a thing in Eastern Europe. But all no, I'm going to take gap year. Gap year. You need gap year. And then they have like for guys reasons why you need gap year.
57:57 I told no gap year. Go. Yeah. Go university. Bam. No gap year. You don't need gap year. You don't need to find yourself. You're a poor. You you're not going to you're not going to travel. Nice. It's not going to be good. Go university. Make money business. Do make make business trade trading. You you travel. You can travel. There's a lot of travel. Traveling.
58:18 You need money to travel. Good. Otherwise it's you know anyway uh crypto they pirate like most people they just pirate stuff they pirate oh I saw a real why you pirate stuff don't pirate stuff to me okay very important be independent thinker it's all about independent thinking and then they come into crypto they they're surprised by the wreck because you you parrot stuff here okay you maybe if you parrot stuff about uh you know body fat it's okay like you don't see the difference because you can kind of survive at 30%
58:47 body fat 40%. Then in crypto you cannot survive. I mean if you pirates in crypto you lose your money. So that's that's what people realize. Boop they they lose. So guys independent thinker independent independent confirm that you're an independent thinker. Very important. Don't pirate me stuff. [sighs] [clears throat] So uh by the big shot thank you thank you for comments but I appreciate your your expertise.
59:08 I I I appreciate the expertise, but just uh I know it. I I'm immune against this uh professor telling me stuff. Uh you know, you tell your family you want to get healthy, they're going to tell you, "Oh, it's unhealthy." Man, you eat freaking cheeseburger. Your your uncle eats freaking cheeseburger, he tells you, "Oh, no. If you lose weight, it's unhealthy."
59:29 Well, what you mean it's unhealthy? It's not unhealthy. You're unhealthy. I mean, you eat five cheeseburger. You tell me that uh because uh I I want to lose weight. I want to be disciplined. I'm unhealthy. I have an unhealthy fixation. What do you mean? I mean, your family is going to be a big source of this pirating stuff. Okay. So, I'm just immune.
59:46 I'm immune against like when people tell me Fugghazi because people told me Fugazi from day one. From day one. Uh, since I was born, people tell me Fugazi here and there. You need to be immune. You need to be independent thinker. Most people have no clue. Now, by the way, with BIP 110 is the same. People, you know, people tell me I'm a computer scientist.
01:00:08 People tell me, "Oh, no. I mean, you don't understand the Who are you? [laughter] Oh, no. I'm telling you quantum is most important." I know. I know. Quantum is most important. No. People tell you who [sighs] it's crazy, guys. I mean, the And also, it's going to get worse with AI, with real scrolling. people, they just pirate stuff. Techl had a brilliant video about it the other day.
01:00:37 Uh Techllet, okay, ignore that he did a coin that went to zero kind of pump and dump, but he did a brilliant video the other day about how everyone now is not experiencing anything. People are just scrolling reals and then they tell you stuff they heard in the real as if they're like expert. [laughter] Okay, there's Yeah, I mean people spend so much time scrolling now.
01:01:02 That's their like world experience. Anyways, let's move on to other stuff. Cheeseburger for a happy retardio pleba. Octopus for wealthy. That That's true. That's true. That's true. I mean, even if you are uh a poor pleba, uh you can have a bit octopus. You can have you can figure it out. Health is very important. [snorts] Without health, no wealth. I mean, it doesn't matter.
01:01:25 Uh but anyway guys, anyway guys, let me tell you once I get to 10% body fat, I'll tell you guys. Maybe I it is low tea. Who the hell knows? I don't know. I'm still above that. I'm still too fat for you for for me to give you advice on 10% body fat. I'm still too fat for that. Uh but soon enough when I get there, I'll tell you. I'll tell you. I'll tell you.
01:01:43 I'll tell you [gasps] because I've been at the higher end. I can tell you there is no glory in being above 30. There's no glory in being above 30. There's no uh uh yeah, it's it's above 30%, but it's it's very bad, guys. It's very bad. Uh let's see what's going to happen. Um, calamari sounds amazing. Calamari, don't. Yeah, it depends what you mean. Sometimes people eat calamari.
01:02:10 It's in this I don't know glazing what they have. You need pure octopus like one ingredient food. One ingredient. One ingredient. [sighs] Uh, octopus. One ingredient. Not octopus like that's also like deep fried or something. No, no. One always one ingredient. Food. One. You have octopus. you have um steak one I only eat one ingredient and okay salt two ingredient uh but yeah guys listen I on health is too early for me it's too early I when I'm at around 10% body fat I'm I'm going to tell you everything now uh it's uh
01:02:45 it's early people used to say don't believe everything you hear on the internet now they believe everything that's true that's true parigano reano is actually more protein dense than beef or chicken provising about really but uh what about the protein? Oh, sorry. What about the calorie? Because that's that's another thing because you need to feel full and so you can be in a caloric deficit.
01:03:10 So the good thing with octopus is like low calorie also. Parigano Reano sounds like heavy calorie but I don't know maybe it is low calorie. [snorts] It needs to be high protein like ideally big in size. So it takes a big place in your stomach so you you feel saturated and like a bunch of vitamin and uh big protein. Yeah, [gasps] this is correct. Who is this?
01:03:40 Citi overco. This is very correct. This is very correct. I can uh I can attest to that. You need big fat sleep. This is very important. I never set alarm. I never set alarm. If I wake up and it's below 8 hour, I try to push above 8 hour. I I never set alarm. I Yeah. Uh now the thing is like all of this becomes easier when you trade guys like when you're trading you can and especially if you know the mechanical rules you can you can put in stop loss like it manages for you can be anywhere in the world.
01:04:21 You can decide your schedule. It's very important. If you have job, you have to wake up. You have to go somewhere very bad. Very bad because then you don't decide your sleep. But here it's very true. It's very true. Um if you sleep a lot also what happens the day runs faster. So you don't have to eat a lot. Like the day is over. You wake up a bit later.
01:04:43 You all of the stress is gone. It's already like a bit later in the day. So you don't have to. The problem is if if you didn't sleep good and you wake up early, man, there are many hours still to get hungry. Many many hours. So that has worked for me a lot. That's that has worked for me a lot. So that that I can fully parrot because I know it from experience.
01:05:19 Get Garmin. I have Garmin, but I don't like this, you know, gadget stuff. Uh, yeah, I don't like, you know, wearing gadget is like scans you, put some signal in your hand. Uh, maybe it's okay. Maybe it's okay, but I I I don't want I don't want um I not setting an alarm explains why why we're not at 8:00. Exactly. [laughter] Exactly. You got me there.
01:05:45 Exactly, guys. Exactly. Exactly. Before we were 8:00, but uh I mean what's the point, man? I need to wake up early. What's the point? And also when I changed my uh thought on what sleep is because before I was saying, oh no, I have to get up early, I have to hustle, I have to take ice bath, you know, all these for guys tell in this, you know, uh success industry.
01:06:09 It's uh it's bad, man. It's bad. You don't wake up. I I I don't wake up early guys. I wake up when I when I wake up you know it's eight hours at least if nine is is better. And also you know sleep it is like it's work. I see sleep as work you know it's is good like it's uh it's so it's so nice like it's benefit it's like working out because in my experience again I'm not at 10% body fat.
01:06:34 I cannot tell you from that perspective but um soon enough but anyway in my experience number one sleep number two diet high protein maybe octopus very good uh stuff like that and then training is like lower you know depends on who you are of course but for me personally I have a lot of muscle like I'm a big dude it's just that uh for for my life I had a lot of fat on top of the muscle but you know I'm a big dude I lift I heavy already so for me like you know I just I I need to lose fat.
01:07:04 That's the main that's the main and for that sleep uh diet caloric deficit actually counting and also one hack which works good for me is eating just one time per day. Now uh the Tate guys they have a bit of trouble but I for the first time I actually heard it from them one meal a day. I remember Andrew Tate said I just eat one meal a day and uh that that way he can travel.
01:07:30 He doesn't have to be like super consistent with workouts. I mean, listen, if you have time to get super consistent is good with workouts. I mean, I try to be super consistent, but it's good to understand the priority because the priority is not workout is not number one. It's not even number two. It's number three. And if you get sleep and good diet, uh, you're still going to be okay.
01:07:48 You're still, of course, nice with workout to keep muscle. Yeah. Yeah. You understand? But I heard it from him the first time like years ago, but I never actually tried it until maybe Yeah. Beginning of this year. It's It's very nice. It's very nice. One meal a day. You don't need you don't need more. You don't need more. Uh and then I put it towards the end of the day.
01:08:10 So I don't snack stuff at night because man before I was the big snacker at night. I wake up, open up fridge, big fridge, take milk. [laughter] It's crazy. It's crazy. Eat something. Yeah. Omad. Omad. Omad. Exactly. You need Omad. Omad [sighs] [clears throat] currently sleeping four hours working two jobs but I eat very healthy no fast food 500 migram that's good that's good that's good yeah of course try try to fix sleep uh but your name is fit in crypto and let's see your profile your profile picture is of some
01:08:54 muscle or what is it I I see a small thing on the screen there uh but yeah whatever works for you For me, sleeping 4 hours, man, I would tell the boss to f himself a bit because I'm not coming. I mean, I uh I I need I need more sleep. Yeah. In terms of best things to do for healthy long health longevity, having a social cycle apparently has recently shown to be a best.
01:09:20 Okay, double check. Does this chat work a social circle? because uh I don't know for me you know I mean yes family good a bit of friends good but I don't have this you know desire to to like social circle in real life I I don't have that desire I I don't want to have big like real life social circle I don't know I don't like it like I mean it's not like I don't like it but you know it's a I mean it's it's not a big uh thing for me some people oh no I I want many f I don't know like it's uh maybe it's good maybe it's
01:10:01 good but maybe not I don't know [laughter] honestly when you're when you're like a teenager you have all kinds of bros it's so easy because everyone is teenager kind of university it's easy but then I don't know if the interests are different if if uh values outlook on life is different uh you know it's why why Why? Why? Why? Uh the best uh place of uh acquaintance/friend is workouts.
01:10:29 I mean, when you have someone on the same level is good. But I don't know. I I feel that uh I get a lot of social here with you guys. I mean, believe it or not, maybe that's why I do it every day. Come here, speak in front of the camera, and I'm being social alone in the room. We're social. Are we're social now, guys? Right. Please confirm. [laughter] Are you guys there?
01:10:55 For eight years, I'm speaking in the void. [laughter] [snorts] But that's the thing, guys. In crypto, it's not about the money. It's about the the friendships, you know. Yes, money comes and goes, but the friendships. Guzman is here for how many years? Maybe I spent more time here with Guzman than with any friends. I mean, how many hours we spent together, Guzman?
01:11:24 Can you count? It's You're here basically every day. [laughter] Also, Matt Sme, Chuck, Chuck Strickland, it's Will, James Bedford. There are so many of you guys that are here every day, man. Every day. Every day. It's amazing. I'm blessed. I'm blessed. No kind of real world friend has been every day. [laughter] Yeah. Dimos. Dynamus. Danimus also. and [snorts] many others.
01:11:53 Sorry, I'm sorry if I don't mention everyone, but yeah, years here. Exactly. Exactly. Exactly. I don't think I've spent so much time with anyone else, guys. Um, so yeah, guys, that's it. Let's leave it at this emotional note. It's fantastic. It's fantastic. Fantastic time. It's uh great. Straight in the field. This stream became very Yeah. Very feeling.
01:12:18 Very feeling. Oh, Oleg. Oleg, how many years? like it's got to be 10 years or something. Alleg I remember from 2018 soon 10 years soon 10 years. Holy crap. Guys, listen. Thank you very much. Good good good chat. Good chat. U fantastic. Uh uh see you all tomorrow. Same place, same time. Have a good day. Enjoy your Tuesday. Tuesday in it. And goodbye guys. Goodbye. Goodbye. Bye.
