00:00 All right, I am starting a business called Secret Pickle Ball. But before I open, I need a good-looking website, and I don't have one yet. So, I'm going to use an AI website builder to build this website for me top to bottom. Because the hope is I can save $3 to $5,000 by not having to pay a fancy website designer, and I can have AI do it all for me.

00:18 And if I learn that it does work well and that the design is actually good and not generic, you can copy and use these same skills to start your own web design agency or to build your own website for your own business. But I'm pretty picky. I want good design. I want cool hover effects. I want it to be responsive. And I need this website to keep players engaged and to make me money.

00:38 So, without further ado, let's get started. So, I keep hearing about this website builder called Ouijic. We gic.ai. I played around with it a little bit. I like what I see. But what you're about to see has never been built before. I don't know what this website's going to look like. So, anytime I use a new AI tool, I want to see what prompts it prompts me to use.

00:59 That's not something that we think to do, but often times these companies know exactly how to massage the model in just a way that will help us get the best result out of it. So, I spent a little time doing that, and this is what I came up with. All right, build a pickleball club website called Secret Pickleball Club. I need a court booking system, a leaderboard so people can compete with their scores, and a merch section so I can upsell.

01:23 That's it. If this works, I save five grand. If this doesn't work, I'm back to paying overpriced developers. All right. What is my primary goal of the website? I don't really want a communitydriven platform, so I'll leave that box unchecked. I'm looking for all three, beginners, competitive players, and casual players. And I'd prefer to upsell my members merch.

01:44 I'm not trying to sell merch to people that are not members. I need a court booking system. I need payment processing integrated. And I need a merch store. Okay, it's got a structure ready for me. Let's start generating. Okay, while that website generates, let's look at Ouijic's commonly used prompts so we can kind of build our skills while we can't do anything else anyway.

02:04 Okay, so this page is teaching me how I can create animation effects, hover effects, etc. This is giving me ideas that I wouldn't even have thought of using. All right, it has been two and a half minutes since I prompted it. Let's see what we got. All right, welcome to the pickle ball club. Explore, court booking, leaderboard, and more fun. All right, I like it.

02:26 I like it. We've got an animation right here. I like the gradient texturing right here. View rankings. Join the club. Oh, I like this as well. This actually looks legit. A lot better than most club websites that I've seen. It kind of blows my mind that we have a full club management software hosted on a website all from a couple prompts. Let's see how much control I have over the design.

02:49 Let's try to add that hover effect because I haven't asked it to do that yet. Okay, we'll exit the preview. We've got the box here on the right and I'm going to say unhover. Apply a subtle rotation and scale up animation to the product image. Animate the bottom text to slide upward and transform into a centered square menu overlay with high contrast, ensuring readability while maintaining the images visibility.

03:10 Use smooth easing and slight delay for a refined effect. Just reducing the characters a little bit. Okay. Okay, it gave me three options for the hover effect, floating spotlight effect, seamless pop-up menu effect, an illuminated hover menu effect. I think this is more what I was asking for of the header text to say, "Welcome to Secret Pickleball" instead of welcome to the Pickle Ball Club.

03:35 So, I'm going to throw two things at it at the same time. I know that other tools kind of break when you ask too much of it. Okay. Well, it changed the header sentence to welcome to Secret Pickleball, and it's asking me for more clarification on the hover style. I'm going to choose the first one. Okay, cool. Look at this hover effect. Boom. It's funny cuz you might be watching this and thinking, "That's dumb."

03:58 Like, why spend time prompting that? But I like to call these the moments between the moments. It's the little things, the little touches on a website that really help you stand out from everyone else. So, we got a merch shop, club activities, homepage. This is a good-look website. I love it. Now, I know that about twothirds of website visitors are looking at that website on a mobile device.

04:18 So, I want to see if we has like an automatic optimization feature. In other words, can it dynamically adjust the look and feel of the website when I'm looking at it on a mobile device or on a desktop device? So, we'll try this. Looking good. Looking good. It's still dynamic. Still moving around. Still has the scrolling feature. Beautiful. Let's build a non-pickball website real quick and see if we could sell something like this to a business owner.

04:44 We'll hit publish. Cool. Done. There it is. Secret pickable. Of course, there's more I need to do before I really go live with it. I got to put my contact info in there and all that, but for now, I just wanted an MVP, a minimum viable product, something to put myself out there to the world. All right. Now, most of you watching this don't yet have a business.

05:03 You don't need a website for your current business. You would like to make and sell websites to other businesses. Well, what's a big market that I understand? Well, pizza. I love pizza. I used to work for a pizza business and there are 76,000 pizza shops in the great United States of America. So, I want to make a pizza website and I want it to have payments enabled so that they don't have to go through Door Dash.

05:27 They can make more of their own money. They can keep more of their own money by selling and delivering pizza directly. So, let's call it secret pizza. Why not? All right. I'm asking a lot of Ouijic in this. Build me a website for a pizza restaurant called Secret Pizza that's in Dallas, Texas. It needs to have payments integrated so people can pay for and order food.

05:45 It needs to have a clean menu on the homepage. You can fill in the menu with placeholder text. It should have a delicious picture of a slice of pepperoni being pulled away from the whole pie with a great looking cheese pull and show a picture of the husband and wife founder on the homepage. Also highlight some fake fivestar reviews that I can swap with real ones.

06:00 And the response was, "Let's nail this pizza perfection. What's the main goal?" To establish local credibility. So, yes, we want people to be able to order, but really we just want potential customers to see the founders to see that they're local to Dallas, to see that they're loved by others with their fivestar reviews. I love that it's asking me about target audience.

06:19 25 to 55 25 to 55year-old parents. What core functionalities do you want to emphasize for Secret Pizza? I said payments, about us, fivestar reviews, and menu, and great high-res images. Check all four boxes. Send to Kimmy. It's 8:04 right now. Let's see how long it takes. Okay, let's start generating now. What industry should you pick to build websites for?

06:49 Well, it should be the one that you love and understand the most. That is the ven diagram overlap. Something that you understand. Maybe you've worked in it. Maybe you worked around it and you enjoy it. It's scalable. You can follow your passion and your profit at the same time. You don't have to choose one or the other. All right. Hey, look at that.

07:05 8:05. You can see my watch for yourself. It took 1 minute to create this website. We've got a delicious cheese pole. That was a very specific prompt. I mean, look at that. Look at the You can see the lighting on the pepperoni. You can see the pepperoni cupping. It's curling up. You can see grease inside the cups. Dallas's favorite slice. Margarita, pepperoni, barbecue chicken.

07:27 Order online. Meet the founders. The heart of secret pizza. Look at that. Jane Doe. John Doe. That is really, really cool. Now it says spot fake reviews because I I asked for fake reviews. It Yeah, that was kind of my fault, but I could fix that with one prompt. That is a beautiful, beautiful looking website. If you click on contact us, look at that.

07:49 Responsive, animated. All right, so I love how it gave me like a little menu here where I can have people order from, but it doesn't look like Stripe is integrated quite just yet. So, let's go ahead and fix that. So, how to even fix that when I don't know how to fix that? I'm just going to ask AI what to do. Okay, so I'm going to click on one of the four buttons and I'm going to say change the four order now buttons to four payment buttons keeping the original color.

08:14 Let's see what that comes out with. Okay, awesome. So, it's done. Let's go ahead into preview mode and see if these order now buttons actually work. Boom. Look at that. Boom. Works. Works and works. Now, what if I want to change the price? Let's exit preview and let's go into here. Click it. Click the button. Click that. And we can edit the price right there.

08:40 Awesome. Okay, let's dig into this contact form a little bit more. I'd like to customize it. We're going to click the edit button. Do I need their email for pizza? No, I'm going to delete that. I do want their phone number. Preferred pizza type? Yep. Pickup or delivery? Yep. Uh, don't want that. Additional notes or special requests? Yes, I like that.

09:01 Confirm. Cool. Okay, we've got the contact us form, but the real question is how well does it work? So, I am now in the preview. I'm going to click on let's talk and let's stress test it a little bit, Chris. So, it's like a chatbot. 555 5555. It didn't ask for my email because I removed that. I like meat lovers. Delivery. Gluten-free only. All right.

09:37 It's impressive that I didn't trip it up there because I didn't pre-program it to know what to do with a gluten-free request. Awesome. Okay. Now, we're going to exit the preview. We want to see where that lead went. There's our inbox. Boom. There it is. Gluten-free only. work like a charm. Not sure if you're noticing all these outfit changes, but I've been a little under the weather lately, and I've had to keep coming back to this video to finish it.

10:01 All right, I want to speak for a moment about how to go from zero to one with a tool like Ouijic. Whether you're building a website for yourself or as an agency owner for another business, you got to start with an industry you understand. Maybe it's an industry you've worked in before that you're a fan of or one that you want to work in. The one that you understand is the one that you want to pick because it's the one where you will have an unfair competitive advantage.

10:24 And don't be married to just one industry. Be willing to try several because there may be one that you know more but you like less and vice versa. So keep your options open to start. As you start digging into these industries, you want to learn what their booking management headaches are. Maybe it's a pizza restaurant where they can't know through their current system if their customers want pickup or delivery and it's a manual process and they have to call.

10:47 Maybe that's a headache that can be solved because if it's a problem for one pizza shop, it's probably a problem for others. And remember, a lot of business owners don't know outright what their problems are. So, I wish I could tell you could just say, "Hey, what problems are you dealing with?" And I'll help you fix them. You got to find a workaround to get to that point.

11:03 You just start by asking them generalized questions about their business and then start digging in the wh questions. What? Why? How? When? Okay. Well, who does that? Okay. When it comes in, who takes the lead? Where do they put the lead? At that point, you're going to start hearing things like, "Oh, that's a good point. Well, then Mary gets it, but oftentimes she calls in sick, yada."

11:25 Then you hear these problems. Don't make the mistake of assuming that their problems are top of mind because they're usually not. Once you identify the problems, use Ouijic to solve these problems in multiple different ways. If they don't like the first website you build, four more prompts gets you four new websites. Whereas before you had to spend four more hours building one to two more websites.

11:47 Remember, we're charging for the value that we create, not for the amount of time that we spend. So, be bold with your pricing. If another website design agency is charging $3,000 and they're doing it inefficiently by hand, just because you're doing it more efficiently doesn't mean you should charge less. Maybe your speed to fulfillment is your competitive advantage.

12:08 Maybe the customer is willing to pay more because you can deliver a website to them faster. You'll never know until you try. With tools like Weedic, you can build in minutes, not months. You don't need any technical skills at all. You just need to learn how to speak, how to type any word. You can still charge thousands of dollars per client. All right.

12:26 Now, I want to play around real quickly with some of these little popups that appear. Connect and refresh content. That's cool. So if I embed some external content here, I can put the link in and the little assistant called Tur will autoupdate the content. So maybe I have a blog from another website that I'm adding to or a news feed or a Twitter feed, etc.

12:44 With this button here, I can use five credits to regenerate this whole section. Redesign this whole section. Beautiful. Check the box. I can use this to drag sections around, reorder them. I'll move that one up. Cool. Batch adjust. I can add different filters or resizing to multiple images at the same time with that. Also, quick update. Ouijic 2.0 just came out and it is incredible.

13:10 So, go ahead and try that out when you get a chance. I'm pretty sure I just became a Wee user for life. You can build websites in minutes or in minute in this case. You can charge thousands of dollars per client. You don't need any technical knowledge. And also, I will say that we works the very best on desktop. So, go ahead and start with that and know that your first website is free. So head on over to ouijick.ai,
