00:05 All right guys. This is the hyper niche directory system, and I'm gonna tell you everything that I know. About building directories and when I build a directory, I'm looking to make three to 5,000. That's on average what I make per month on my directories. And I'm gonna show you in this video the exact same steps that you can use. I want to frame this by under letting you know that there's two different types of directories you can build.

00:28 There are niche affiliate directories. They are easy to rank. Basically, you just make a directory about different affiliate products, so you're just basically grouping related products together, and it keeps you focused. You can generate an email list. You start earning commissions in one to two months and you can make recurring affiliate commissions.

00:46 The other type, and I'm gonna talk about both of these later on, is local directories. So this is what people traditionally think of when they see a directory. So a directory of, let's say lawyers or a directory of accountants or something like that. and it's easy to profit from existing businesses, so you don't even need to be. In that space in order to make something where you're actually profiting from that, there's a whole bunch of ways that you can profit.

01:09 There's seven different income streams with directories, and I'm gonna show you how to do that. So it's excellent for, lead generation and for generating passive income. So here's why the system works. First off, you're, you can deal with big commissions, depends on the niche, of course, but. typically the directories that I'm building around, often I'll go to physical products.

01:29 They're gonna have bigger commissions. and I'm gonna share some examples with you later on. It's easy to do. building a directory is not like building a blog. It's not like building a brand. there's no marketing. there's zero technical hurdles and that's different from how it was before. You can build this with AI so you can copy and paste. With AI, you can make recurring income.

01:49 There's long-term profitability, so these directories are not just gonna earn three to 5,000 a month. Now they're gonna be earning that they consistently month after month. there's multiple income streams, as I mentioned. You can build it completely faceless. So you don't need to be the brand, you don't need to be the person out there. You don't need to be.

02:06 Marketing on social media, there's no experience required. if you've never built a website before, no problem. You can do this. We've taken people through this, and they've gone on to, to be very successful, and you'll see some of those later on. and lastly, you can actually build something useful. So something that's actually useful. It's not like you're trying to get people to buy something so they can make money and, you know what's the point you actually get to do something that, is beneficial.

02:32 So how did this all started? It started by accident. this is my son, Jack, and he plays soccer. He was very good in, in Canada, and he was basically at the top of. The, the skillset where we were playing in Canada and so we actually moved to Portugal so that he could play maintainst better competition, faster speed of play, all that kind of stuff. So how does this relate?

02:55 I wanted to get him some of these little edges that, 'cause he's very dedicated and he practices a lot. And so I bought him this thing called a Blazepod. A Blazepod is a reaction trainer. it lights up and you can do a whole bunch of different things with it. It's actually very innovative and it was about four or $500, so I bought it for him. And, and then I basically posted about it and made a commission.

03:19 I was like, wow, like this, I just made like $500. and so then we put together a little directory site, and that's how this whole thing started, is because of, I found these tools for, getting good at soccer, improving your first touch. That I didn't even know that existed, even though I was coaching soccer back in Canada. So he, so this is the first directory concept.

03:44 it was basically soccer tech. And you'll see on the left here, that's him with the, the Blazepod. You see the little, pods on the ground. And there's an infinite number of exercises you can do them, do with them. and people use it actually, not just for soccer, people use it for, rehabbing, rehabilitating from injuries for basketball, for, just working out, all these things.

04:05 And it makes it fun too. And that's one of the things I like about it. I got a commission for $800. I'm like, wow. this is crazy. So we make a couple thousand from Blazepod every month, from this site. In the middle, there's the Pixellot, and this solves another problem that you don't realize that, that you have as a soccer parent. what I was doing was I was filming his game, so I would stand there with a tripod and move back and forth and back and forth.

04:28 filming the entire game for 90 minutes and. You lose, you can't quite watch it and enjoy it as well when you're doing that. So what the Pixellot does is it goes up just on a pole and it uses AI to actually record the game so the parents can just watch normally and, you get a better recording. It's not like where you you're recording and then you miss the ball and you're like, oh, whoops.

04:51 'cause you're watching the, the play. so we, I got a $300 commission from there and then I got a 400 commission from there. And, that really got me excited because those are decent commissions. And then, on the right it's a real ball. this is a rubber small rubber soccer ball. And it's based on something that they is very common in Brazil 'cause a lot of people play in the streets there.

05:13 You need a tough ball. And it's a little heavy. So it's a weighted ball and it keeps, it helps you build your first touch. And it's no re there's no surprise that, Brazilians are among some of the best footballers in the world. so my last commission from there was over $500. I realized I was onto something. There's also a ton of products on Amazon, and this was the concept to me, I just realized.

05:36 I was a soccer coach and I had no idea that there were all these kind of different products and in particular products that use Bluetooth, to track and give you metrics and all that kind of stuff. So that's why I built this, this directory. So here's the core insight about this. you're not selling your basically guiding and this is how it works. And this is different from a lot of the kind of opportunities and businesses out there that you might have seen.

06:00 So first off, the user has a problem. they go to the internet, they search for a solution, and then they find your directory. And the key point is they make an un incentivized purchase, So they're not buying that product because they're trying to earn a commission or, qualify for commission or do anything like that. They actually just want the result of that product.

06:23 And you are the one that helped. bring that discovery to them. So there's no funnels, no persuasion, you're simply curating and organizing information for people. So this is the, the first directory that we built, and then I hand it off to my son and he runs it now. so soccer training tools, and you'll see here, basically what you'll see is, there's a heading and then there's, the categories along the top.

06:46 So where it says app ball, Bluetooth enabled camera, those are all different categories. And then the, the cards there, you'll see a card for Blazepod, a card for Xseed Pro and a card for Riobol. And there's a bunch more. But basically people will come to the directory and either come through one of the articles or one of the listings, and then they'll see this, they'll buy, and we'll make commissions.

07:07 So we make commissions every day. And that's the thing with this is stuff that people actually want to buy. and that's the big difference with building a directory is this is a real project that you're building. it's something that's useful. It's something that can help people. And, I think there's a lot of value in it. And I'm gonna share with you what I know about that in this video.

07:28 So there's two developments. That have made this possible that, maybe two years ago, three years ago, it wouldn't be possible to, to do this for someone that, doesn't have experience building a website. And the first is, there's no code and computer tech required anymore. So you don't need to worry about hosting, you don't need to deal with WordPress.

07:48 I've always found WordPress has a lot of glitches and, plugin conflicts and things like that. There's no technical complications, that has become easier in the last two or three years. Second is AI. Because AI saves a lot of time, ChatGPT has made content creation easy. this is different because you can write human like listings very quickly, and can be very customizable.

08:12 That's changed. the kind of quality you get with that, a year ago even wouldn't be what you can do with it now. so these are two developments that, are opening this gap. So if you're looking at this, from that perspective, like this is a gap you're just getting into. and there's an opportunity there. So here's the three step system. First you pick a niche.

08:32 Then you hyper niche down. So you really target that niche in, and then you create the best in that little space. So who am I? my name's Andrew Murray. you've probably seen me on YouTube, or maybe you've taken one of my courses. I sell on, I've got some courses on Udemy. I have, my own courses in my own platforms. and I've been a solopreneur for over 20 years.

08:56 so I've built websites, seen a lot of things come and go. but this by far the directory business is by far the most effective thing that, that I've seen happen. as I said here, I've, this is me on stage in the background, accepting an award. So we built, multiple six figure incomes, the businesses. I made money with digital products, sales funnels, software, online directories.

09:19 A whole bunch of things. We don't just teach this stuff. We actually do this and people have praised my ability to be able to break down a complex subject and, break it down so people can implement it and move forward with it. And so that's what we've done in a lot of different things and what we do with, with directories now. So the two hurdles, technical and marketing.

09:40 and this is if you're thinking, yeah, I like this idea. I wanna build a directory that makes $5,000 a month. here's your two hurdles, the technical hurdles. What platform do I use? what actions do I need to do? How do I pick the right niche? do, how do I niche down? Is that too small? How do I get ranked? all that. All that kind of stuff. So we're gonna cover all that.

10:00 And then the next thing is a content creation. and this really is a skill that I think people don't realize. It's a skill they need to learn and develop. but prompting is a skill. So we've actually mastered that and we give you a specific prompt. And even when I think how my own prompts. For content creation have changed in the last year. they're a lot longer, a lot more detailed, a lot more specific, because I understand about the skill of prompting and how to make content that sounds human, and create content at

10:26 scale, and it requires very little time. So that's a real key that you can learn from me as well. So I just wanna talk about niching. So Amazon, you're not gonna be competing with Amazon, but. I thought it made sense because, one of the reasons they're so successful is they've been able to categorize and categorize deeply, and this is proprietary information.

10:49 They don't really let this out of the bag. but. they basically have categorized products and they have products that a user doesn't know what they want when they start their search. And that's the same thing with my experience with Blazepod. So for example, how to get Better foot footwork, but they have 16,000, over 16,000 Amazon book categories, and some of 'em are very oddly specific.

11:12 So that's how they categorize things, how they, make recommendations to you and show you things. That you might want to buy. This is very similar to Spotify. they have, an internal deep categories categorization of different musics and what's related to what and all that kind of stuff. But the reason I put this here is because Amazon's category hierarchy can go up to seven levels deep.

11:35 and an example on the left side, home and kitchen, So that's like the kind of most general of the main categories. And then it gets very specific. It goes into coffee and espresso machine parts and accessories, and then coffee machine express, accessories, and then coffee filters. And then, different types of coffee filters, but the point is, when you categorize things, you help buyers find what they're looking for, and that's what you're doing with the directory.

12:02 And so you wanna skew towards more to the right side than the left side in terms of categorization when you hyper niche down. So let's talk about the hyper niche. This is the real key, Your success depends on the focus. Broad categories will fail. Okay. Hyper specific niches win. So the goal is to curate information for a very specific audience. And, I like to summarize, use the example of Reddit for this.

12:27 there's a Reddit, subreddit called Poutine Crimes, and there's, I think close, I think over a hundred thousand people in that subreddit. So the whole Reddit is just people posting pictures. About really bad poutine and poutine. If you don't know, it's french fries with gravy and cheese curds. and that's what the whole subreddit is about, So the thing is, like hyper niche is, where it's at, okay?

12:55 And that's how kind of the internet is changing right now. so that's a tip for you. So bad niches, these are either too broad or have low profit. So AI tools, it's too broad, it's too competitive, Worse versus, AI podcast tools. that's very specific, right? So that's a different basket of tools. gardening tools is a low profit as far as I know. I haven't really looked into it, but a good niche that's specific is plunge pools.

13:22 So people that want to maybe buy a plunge pool because they, were on a podcast with Andrew Huberman, or listen to a podcast or something like that. accounting services in the us Okay. Too broad. Okay. Whereas hiking trAIls in Denver, is very specific. you're speaking to that audience there, and I want you to just think about that for a second because, if you can get into a real specific audience and cover something, there's enough people in that space that you can profit from that and then find the advertisers.

13:52 Or the products that are gonna make money that way. bars in New York City, maintain, there's no niche for that. it's just too broad and who does that anyhow. Whereas, HRV Health straps, let's say the whoop strap or something like that, and different competitors, that's something that if people are into that and they wanna buy a wearable tech that's gonna give them, health metrics, measurements they're gonna be into and they're gonna be all over that site.

14:17 So another guideline is choose a niche where you have interest in or specialized knowledge. Okay. It doesn't need to be, either of those things. generally I have a lot of different varied interests. I've got a multiple directory projects on the go myself and, but not all of 'em. I'm interested in some of, I just, a couple of 'em. I just thought were good, in terms of profitability.

14:38 But my recommendation is try to find something you have interest or specialized knowledge about. Maybe it's your career, and you're a lawyer and you build a, an, a directory around, email types of lawyers or, that sort of thing. So basically the goal here with a directory is you curate and organize information. And no one does this better than, than humans.

14:59 So here's the structure of your directory. So over on the right side, part one, the listings. So those are like the cards that we saw a little bit earlier, and those are, hyper. Targeted specific tools. so when you click through to one of those listings, it is just about that specific tool. and those are your money pages, the pages you make money with.

15:19 also there's gonna be an area where it's gonna link to the articles. So that's the blog section that's really important. Okay. and this isn't just like a general blog, this is very specific to just writing about the content that's on your. Your, your directory, but whereas the listings, you have to talk about a specific listing. Here you can look at the search queries and, write articles on things that people also ask how to use different tools.

15:48 Let's say, comparisons between different tools, roundups, and then just general industry knowledge, right? all. soccer directory. I could write, about, coaching or, a specific formation or, go into, the Blazepod versus a rocks or how to use the Blazepod or, all these different things. And that will get a lot of traffic to your site as well. so it's the way that, that my system works is you pair both of those together.

16:13 They're both really important. as I said, there's two types. Affiliate. I find this easier for people to start with if they haven't built a directory. and they're not, in a profession where they want to build a directory about. So you curate and organize different, software or physical, or even digital products. And then local businesses, you can pick a specific business and these can be really effective as well, because you can, get yourself booked, get yourself more clients, right?

16:40 if you have a tanning salon, build a directory on a tanning salon because you can basically put your. advertisement on top of everyone else's tan salon on your entire site. it's absolutely phenomenal. so really highly recommended, to do that. And that's what I'm talking about, a directory as lead gen. So this is works for local, but also works for, Affiliate directories.

17:03 So you see on the top there, there's alert bar, a special announcement, so that's gonna be sitewide. You can put it Sitewide. That's what I do on my sites. You don't need to. I find it less intrusive than a popup. but it gets opt-ins. And so all of my directories are generating leads every day because people see that, they see the offer, they go to a capture page.

17:23 I get their email address. I'm building a list, and the list is another way you can monetize your directory. The second thing is, in a specific category, you can have a banner, So this could be a category of, real estate lawyers, let's just say, and you could have one of those real estate lawyers can pay you $500 or a thousand dollars a month to be on the top of that category, Or sitewide, or, however it is that, that you wanna structure that.

17:49 and so you can sell that advertising space or you can, link it to something where you make. a profit, but definitely look at your directory as a lead generation system as well, So I want you to look at the income that you're gonna get from it, but also building that list, which is important. So why directories are a smart business model. multiple income streams.

18:08 You get email in multiple ways, through email listings. Through Google AdSense, sponsorships, ads, affiliate links. In fact, there's over seven ways that you can get email from a directory. And I go into all of 'em in my course, so you can, make sure you're monetizing it. don't forget newsletters. All right. So John Rush. So this guy, actually, got me started thinking about, about directories.

18:32 And I was using his product called Unicorn Platform, and I built a sales letter on it and he started talking about directories and then I got it. And so he's actually built several directories, about that. And, he's built several directories. So John Rush has built several directories. and one of the things about it is he says that on his average, he makes about three to 5K for each directory.

18:55 And I found that to be, to be pretty true. So it does depend on the directory, on the niche a little bit. But, smart guy and so I've taken some of the ideas from him and then adapted them to make them work for, for people. So directories have a big advantage, big for SEO and AI. So search engines and also AI, they love structured data, So they love to be able to pull things and understand what things are.

19:23 Now, directories are good because in a directory you'll have email things like let's say, opening, hours of operation. pricing information, different categories depending on what the niche is, right? And so each directory you are gonna need to define what those, categories are, but they love search engines, love structured data, and it's one of the reasons you're seeing directories rank more and more.

19:46 And you're gonna see them more and more in your search results. directories do this automatically. The interlinking. Okay, and I touched on this, a few slides back where I said all the articles, point to the, to the listings. right here. and number two, all the articles are pointing to the listings. And the listings point back to the articles. That's really important.

20:05 That's a natural structure that happens not on a blog, but on a directory. And so you're gonna have all that interlinking, all those keywords, so it's gonna help Google understand exactly what your site is about. and that's really good. So minimal effort to, to build. they're scalable, they're easy to replicate, and they're faceless. So once your directory gets up and running, once it's been built, there's not that much that you have to do.

20:32 It's not a large time commitment. You can make new listings, new articles, or you can outsource that to a va. And we've got instructions on how to do that. Directories also have resale value. So I want to talk. So this is really like a time issue, right? It's gonna save you a lot of time. Directories also have resale value. So directories are digital assets.

20:53 You can sell 'em for a profit later, just like a website or online business. And this is important. There's different websites you can, you can sell your directories on, but maintain, you're building something of value. And as you grow it, it becomes more and more valuable. It becomes more and more valuable. Rental business. So I've always got this, idea from Robert Kiyosaki, the monopoly strategy where you basically can have multiple properties.

21:21 that's how you win a monopoly. You have, houses and then hotels on, the squares where people are going by and then you just make more and more money, passively. And that's the same with directories. You can have multiple sites, So if you get one up and running, After a couple months, two, three months, you can start another directory. And, that is relatively easy to do, because there's limited marketing.

21:45 You don't need to be the public face of the business. You don't need to grow social media accounts, which is a huge time, intensive thing that, that most people just don't realize, how much time they're spending doing that. very little time to maintain and grow and could definitely be outsourced to a va. So we have three options for you in this, video.

22:05 So there's the course, this is self-paced learning, right? So I'm gonna teach you as much as I can, just from video modules, text downloadable worksheets, all that sort of stuff, you're gonna be able to, to join our community, ask questions that, that type of thing. the next option is a custom niche report. And this. I think is really special because, it takes a lot of specialized knowledge to do something like this, to look at a niche and be able to evaluate it, to know what, what needs to be done in it, and give you,

22:36 an actionable advice on moving forward with that niche. So with this option, you'd have that blueprint, which basically is research and will save you time and basically making the wrong decision, maybe in multiple places at once. That can compound and all you need to do is pick your platform and then you can go out and build it yourself, but you're gonna have that confidence.

23:01 You're building it in the right way. And then lastly is the done for you directory. so this is the full done for you directory. This is everything done for you. So we actually not only do the niche report. But we will actually like build an entire directory for you. We include the platform, we include the, the hosting, and we put the listings on the site for you.

23:24 write some articles for you, create the prompts, everything's done for you. and then you just have, an offboarding call with us where. We give you access to another course and it shows you how to just take it from there and continue to grow and monetize the directory, but at least everything's done right. the structure. everything's, built for SEO for, optimized for SEO for growth.

23:47 and the categories are done right, everything's gonna be done right? So you have that peace of mind so you can just build in that project with that peace of mind. So for me personally, I was, my wife was, chatting with, with ChatGPT one time, one day, and she got into this concept called semi-retirement or work optional. And that's where we are. and I thought this was interesting in terms of the directories because, it doesn't take a lot of work, but it is interesting building a project, So you may have money, you may,

24:13 be semi-retired, you may just. Wanna have a little bit more maybe for vacations or grandkids or whatever the case may be. and that's the situation that we're in. I'm looking at each directory as I make, as, it's not something I need to do, but, I like taking on a new project and seeing it, it work and seeing it grow and make money. And maintain, there's no public face needed.

24:37 this isn't something where you're gonna need to like, grind all day in order to do it. This is a very. unlike a lot of businesses, this is something you can build almost leisurely. and I do want to remind you that you do want to be consistent. because there's no social media grind, it's something you can just do in your spare time, which I think is a great value.

24:59 the best niches. Ultimately things that you have interest in is a great choice. And then, we'll help you niche it down and, and get something more specific. And then maintain, specialized knowledge about something. So if you have specialized knowledge about something, if you're a copywriter, make a directory on, different copywriting tools or, services or copywriters in a email area or something like that.

25:23 those are the best. It doesn't need to be those. But generally, those are predicate of success, let's say. And maintain, make something useful. that's the thing if it's gonna be useful to people, if you think, hey, someone will find this useful, then it needs to be made. So do I need to be technical? Absolutely not. if you can use Microsoft Docs or Microsoft Word or Google Docs, then, this is not something that you need to worry about.

25:48 the technical about, particularly if we're gonna be building it for you, and then you're not gonna need to be picking a platform and setting that up. then you don't need to be technical at all. Do you need to be passionate about it? Not necessarily, but it emailly helps, I, I tend to pick directory projects for myself that I'm interested in, that I'm passionate about because, then you're gonna, three or six months down the road, you're still gonna be interested in it.

26:15 so like my soccer directory, for example, or my son's soccer directory, do you need to be consistent? Yes. You absolutely need to be consistent. that's pretty important. particularly in, in the beginning stages, because Google, sometimes with a new domain, a new project, they're gonna be a little skeptical. and they may not start, showing you rank really well for the first one or two months, just as they're like evaluating you.

26:37 But then when they see, the consistency and that it's clearly got a focus, they know what your site is about because all the links, all the things are linked together. and it's on a specific topic. Then it starts to, to rank And remember, we give you the prompts that you need, So if you take one of those services, we're gonna build that prompt out for you.

26:57 so you are not gonna need anything to create content other than a prompt, and we're gonna give that to you. So honestly, this is the easiest, most reliable way to make money in 20 years that I've come across. you don't need to build a list, I do recommend you use your directory to build a list. But you can make money without that. you don't need to build a sales funnel in pretty much everything else.

27:21 You're gonna need to build a very detailed sales funnel. You're gonna need to know how to track those metrics, all that kind of stuff. You don't need to do that here. you're gonna need to market online in most cases. here you don't need to do that. You just create content. And because the content is, specific. It is gonna wreck, you're gonna get traffic.

27:40 I, I think, I think that's just a given and you don't need to pay post on Facebook or social media. and I think that's a great relief for a lot of people because to actually build a brand and build a following on social media does take a lot of time. And because of all that, I think this is the perfect business for you. So my question is, what do you have right now that's generating income?

28:03 maybe you're retired or semi-retired. but look at what you're doing online. So anything that's really bringing consistent income, and if not, I would really, encourage you to look at the directory as a platform that can do that for you. and what else out there that you're looking at that not require marketing or complexity or being public. so for all those reasons, I'm really a big fan of directories.

28:28 So how much can you make with one directory? three to five KA month is a good target for it. But I wanna play a little video, and this is a, an interview with Greg Isenberg, who's well known in the startup community, and he's interviewing John Rush, who I mentioned earlier. And, I like what Greg says in the beginning of his question as well, because it's a very lean type of business.

28:48 And, let's just play the clip and you can see for yourself, what I like about directories is you can do it yourself. Or even a like micro or tiny team. What sort of scale could some of these businesses get to? How big could some of these directories get to if someone wants to start one of these? I think the 5K is probably where you can get without being lucky or being too smart.

29:15 In my case, I would say the average director I have is there is on 5K. And I know that if I put more time, I can bring it to maybe 15 to 20 K, but I don't see directors as main projects. So I only see them as side projects. And I think as a side project where you have either, I have my main projects, but I other people have main jobs for that kind of case, I think people can expect 5K MRR on that.

29:44 And then, eventually get to the 10 K. So I would look at directories as a. As a way to fund your life if you don't live in us, that maintainst Doesn to get money outside of us. So basically he's saying, five, 5K, and he's talking about a directory as a side project because it doesn't take a lot of time. he's building, other software as well, and he says in the video, you may have a job, right?

30:07 And so directory is a side project. And so I like that as well because maintain, it's something that you don't need to spend a lot of time doing. So we have the game plan. we can get you to the 5K per month mark with your directory. but don't do this without a strategy, right? it's too important to guess and try to figure things out yourself when we've already got the, the baseline and we've been refining our system over the past six months.

30:32 this now's your time to make your move. it's like chess. You have to make a move, and decide if this is something you want to do or not. either of those decisions is fine, but just really what I want you to do is evaluate it and see if a directory is something that, that you want to move forward with. And if it is great, and if it's not and you decide you wanna do something else, something that requires more time or more social media, then more power to you, do that.

30:55 Make a choice, and decide what you want to do. So I wanted to share some testimonials. These are some people that, we've, we've helped, so the Hyper Niche Authority Blueprint, and Michael Cooper, he built a directory site in the home fitness, equipment niche. and he had actually struggled with affiliate sites for years. and this is, so he's actually making good money here.

31:16 So within three months, he was rank for hundreds of long tail keywords. By month six, the site was generating 3,750 in monthly affiliate commissions from Amazon and direct programs all without any active link building. and that's exactly what I'm talking about. A couple more testimonials here. Sarah Johnson. pet Niche Directory Owner. the blueprint, changed how I approach affiliate sites.

31:41 my pet supplies directory gets organic traffic from day one with minimal content. And when, pet niche, it's more niche down than that. I just put these as more kind of broad to protect, they're hyper niche. let's say, David Chen, he was skeptical about the less content approach, but it works. he ranks for keywords he couldn't touch with his old blog, over 4,000 a month.

32:02 Emily, the structure made all the difference. Google's understood what my site was about, and I started ranking for terms I never even targeted directly. that's called LSI or Latent Semantic indexing. And, she's almost at the 2000, per month. Mark and James Wilson. After three fAIled affiliate sites, this approach finally clicked, but Blueprint provided exactly what I need to make a site that actually earns, 3,400 a month for, for James.

32:29 And that's, that's tech accessories. So maintain, it's more niched down than that. But, I just wanted to give a range or like a kind of, starting point. So three keys. Be consistent. always two, pick a good niche that's targeted for you and then just take action. and here's the engine behind the income, why directories win. Just a little recap, multiple streams of income.

32:51 There's over seven different ways to earn. You're gonna learn how to do that. Scalable and low effort. once you set it up, a directory does not require a lot of time, and you can scale it up either that directory or you can add multiple directories, which is really cool. as I said, SEO and the AI advantage, as more people are using AI driven search, like generative engine optimization, directories play well in this space, a lot better than blogs.

33:16 And so that's why you definitely wanna. I want to, keep that in mind and a sellable digital asset. the directory has resale value. and that's important too. you have this asset that you can grow and, and earn money from. And a lot of the ways you make money, you can make recurring income, as we talked about with some of the, the local directories. if you know me, if you've been in one of my courses, And basically, I'm here for whatever you need.

33:43 what I want to do is help you build something you're proud of and you can enjoy. And I'm here to support you every step of the way. some final thoughts. this has a really high income potential, for the directories. It's scalable. You don't need to be a public persona. you don't need to be, have your face anywhere on the internet. there's no tech required.

34:02 It can be built in your spare time. there's very few businesses where you can earn this kind of money and build it in your spare time. five care. 5K per month is the initial target. it's great for lead generation, can all be outsourced to a va. and that's, interesting as well. build something you're actually interested in. That's an opportunity and there's no marketing required.

34:24 So your project is waiting for you. let me know how best we can get you started. So let's get started. All right. I hope that you got a lot of value out of this presentation. I know I put a lot of insights into this that, is very valuable and hopefully we'll be working together soon.
