I built and publicly launched the app and activated a Meta ad, but I did not find a paying customer during the stream because checkout was still stuck in Stripe sandbox mode. The ad generated landing-page views before I paused it to avoid wasting money.

00:00 All right, I'm gonna start. I'm gonna I'm live streaming. I'm doing this. I'm live streaming to X, Facebook, and YouTube right now. And I'm going to vibe code an app live and try to find paying customers live without leveraging my audience. Okay? So, anyone in the world that has access to a $20 a month vibe coding app should and could be able to do exactly what I'm about to do and show you no holds barred.
00:25 So, I'm going live to keep myself honest and I'm going to remind you guys what I'm doing every, you know, 5 10 minutes uh because there's going to be people joining at any given time. I didn't announce this. This is very impulsive. I'm home alone. I got my dog right here. I got my Celsius. I'm just going to start live streaming. Um so, I'm going to give it like a few minutes for some people to filter in here because right now I'm literally talking to myself.
00:51 And if you're joining, depending on where you're joining from, I don't know if you're going to start from the beginning, from the moment you join. I don't know. So, we got five people in here now. Um, let me just make sure real quick that I'm good on all four channels or three channels and then I'm just going to get right into it. I'm going to share my screen.
01:09 I'm going to prompt it and I'm gonna I'm just going to do this. So, give me just a second. All right. And why don't you tell me in the chat where you're from and I'll see if I can come up with a fun fact about your area because I'm a geography nerd. So, give me just a second. And let's see. If you're just now joining us, I am going to be vibe coding an app live that I actually have an idea for.
01:48 This is something that I'm not just doing for the purposes of this video. This is something that I would normally do on any given Tuesday just by myself. And I thought, why not live stream it? Um, so that's what I'm doing. Let me add a thumbnail to YouTube real quick. Just making sure that everything's working correctly. Save. Okay, I'm good on YouTube.
02:12 I'm good on X. I'm good on Facebook. So, let me give me just a sec, guys. Let me know in the chat where you're at and uh then I'm going to get started. Give me just a sec. Let's see how many people we got in here. I can't tell. I can't see. Either there's only five people in here or I can't see. But there's got to be more than five, right? Okay. Save.
03:03 Okay. We're on X. We're on Facebook. I got 22 people just watching on Facebook. What's up, guys? Um, Idaho, Allan, Les, you're not far from me. I'll tell you that. I don't want to dox myself, but you're not far. Iowa, Boston, welcome my Facebook people. 25 on Facebook. How many we got? We got 121 on X and then YouTube. Um, 16, I think. So, we'll see.
03:31 We'll see how big this gets, but this is probably going to take a while. Um, you can watch the recording later. I'm going to, uh, vibe code an app. So, if you don't know what vibe coding means, it means using natural language like I'm using as I'm speaking right now to code an app without any coding knowledge. I don't have a computer science degree.
03:47 I don't know what HTML stands for or means. I can't make a website if it's not using something like Wix or Squarespace. I have no coding experience, but you don't need you don't need it anymore, right? You can do whatever you want. So, thank you AI. Um, here's my idea for the app. And I'd love to hear in the comments if you think this is a decent idea or if you'd use it.
04:08 Um, so I uh I have a leadership position in my church. I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And every now and then we do fun activities with the youth. We have like 60 or 70 youth in our in our congregation, also called a ward. And when we do an activity, we need everyone to sign liability waiverss. So we are not liable if in case something bad happens.
04:31 Oh, this is a pain because we're sending out PDFs. They have to fill it out. Sometimes they have to print it, sign it, bring it to the activity. It gets lost, you know, on the floor of your truck. And if a kid doesn't bring it to an activity, we usually don't turn them away because we don't want to. So, either we take a risk or we put a bunch of people through a bunch of friction and it's just annoying.
04:54 So, do solutions for this exist yet? Kind of. Um, there are waiver tools, liability waiver tools in DocYsine and e- signature tools, but they're all cumbersome and none of them are niched down enough for this use case. So, I'm going to build a solution to a problem that I actually have today and I will be my own customer. But that's not good enough for this video.
05:14 I want to find a paying customer by the end of this video if at all possible. Not from one of the people watching this, although that'd be great. I would love your money, but I specifically don't want to use or leverage my audience to find a paying customer because I want this video to be as realistic and approachable as possible to as many people as possible.
05:31 So, I'm going to use some other tactics that I know to try to find customers. And I'm going to share my screen. You're going to watch my prompts. You're going to watch everything I do. Uh Facebook ads, Reddit, whatever it takes. Um I'm just going to build this live and hopefully it's entertaining uh and engaging. So, let me let me get a a quick look into how many people are watching this.
05:51 Uh, I'm doing this through Riverside and the counts aren't up updating. So, I don't really know how many people are watching this. Um, but let's see. Doesn't really matter because I'm going to do this whether anyone's watching or not. So, let's get going. Let me So, I told you the idea, the problem that I'm solving. Okay. I need to think of some names.
06:15 So, I was thinking of names with the word waiver in it. Okay. I like domain names that are dotcoms preferably, notai.net.online is cool because it's kind of a newer uh tldd ending. Um, but I prefer so waiver this, waiver that. I don't want more than like three or four syllables, simple, whatever. And so I'm going to share my screen and sign into my NameCheep account real quickly because that is what I use to buy domain names.
06:47 And I'm going to buy the domain name for this business right here in front of you. And I'm going to do it quickly so no one takes it from me. So let me share my screen. Share screen. Here we go. Uh I'm on NameCheep. This is what I'm buying. Onlywavers.com. Done. Onlywavers.com. It's a $12 domain name, four syllables, easy to spell, easy to remember.
07:20 Does it pigeon hole me into only one thing? Yeah, kind of. Um, but it is what it is. So, that's what we're going to go with. Um, okay. Onlywavers.com. There we are. I'm going to go here and this is my replet account. So, Replet is one of several vibe coding tools. An AI tool built on top of an LLM, large language model like uh OpenAI's ChatgBT or Grock or Gemini or Claude.
07:54 Those are the big four. So, I believe Replet is built on top of Claude and it enables you to more easily build websites and apps and whatever. So, they just came out with a new um what's it called? A new product called uh Replet Agent 4. And it's really, really good. And I'm going to use that to build this app. But before I do that, I want to get a killer prompt to give to Replet so I can save myself some headache down the line.
08:23 So, I'm going to kind of stop talking uh through every little thing that I'm doing because it's just going to distract me from doing the actual thing. So, every now and then, I'll look at your comments and if you have any questions, I'll answer them. But other than that, I'm just going to kind of be working. I'm just going to work and you're going to be here watching me.
08:42 And if I'm doing something interesting or unique, I'll talk through it. But other than that, uh here's what I'm gonna do. So, I've got my Claude account pulled up right here. Let me just make sure that you guys can see it in the other windows. All right. Um, here I go. So, the only thing in this chat is I want a vibe coded tool. Help me think through it.
09:06 It didn't even give me a good name. And then I said, "What about only waiverss.com?" And it's like, "That's too similar to Only Fans." And I'm like, "You're overthinking it. That's a non-issue." So, I bought it. Um, I'm using Fable 5, which is their strongest model. It's also their most expensive model, but I'm a token maxer at my core. Aka, I don't care about like being efficient with token usage.
09:25 Uh, this is the most innovative product the world has ever seen, as in artificial intelligence, and I want to get the most out of it, even if it means uh overkill, even if it means like the equivalent of driving a Ferrari to the grocery store. Okay, that's what I'm going to do here. So, I'm going to use Fable 5. So, here's my prompt. I'm going to zoom in because it might be hard for you guys to see all this.
12:43 All right. So, let me do a couple more things and I'll talk through my um my logic here. So, Okay, here's my prompt to create a prompt. Now, don't overthink your prompt. A lot of people are like, "You got to garbage in, garbage out. You got to have the best prompt ever." Don't overthink it. Any prompt is better than no prompt. And if coming up with the perfect prompt is enough friction to prevent you from actually doing the thing, then just tell it whatever.
14:03 Okay? I don't actually usually do this for Replet. I usually just tell Replet something like this. But this is just one step further to ensure that I have less back and forth with Replet because the last mile in vibe coding is the hardest part. Okay. Picture building a house. We had this house built 10 years ago and you know, we got all the way down to the drywall and the paint and everything.
14:26 And then that the last little bit of making all the changes and stuff took just about as long as everything up until that point. Okay, the last mile is a real thing. And in in logistics, delivery, electricity, whatever it is, the literal last mile is the hardest part. The hardest part to figure out, right? That's why Amazon owns, you know, who knows how many thousands of delivery vehicles.
14:46 It's hard. It's no different with um with vibe coding. It's hard to find that perfectly finished product. And so a good prompt will make it less hard hopefully. So here's what I'm thinking. It needs to be a SAS from day one. So I'm telling Replet I'm not just building this for myself, although I am. Um I'm building this to resell. Uh someone tells the app the name and date of an event in mind mind.
15:12 Okay. that person has the option if they want to upload a PDF someone uh of the actual waiver for the app to emulate. If certain fields have to be there as required by the organization the person represent a link will generate that can be sent to any number of people. When people get the link they will add the name of the person or people that need to be on the waiver.
15:37 Maybe an adult or maybe an adult signing for kids. And all the link recipient has to do is add a name and tap to sign. Dead see simple. And then the link sender will have signed digital copies from each person in their admin login. The recipient doesn't need a login, but the person in charge of the event does. If the person sending the link doesn't have a waiver PDF to upload, then the app will provide a generic but protective one.
15:57 It will use a Stripe API for payment and only costs $13 per year to use. One plan, no free plan. Keep it simple. The confirmation deals have links back to the product for viral for marketing. Use Send Grid for the emails. let people get all the way up to generating the link before they have to pay, but also don't hide the pricing page or anything. So, I don't want to be a bait and switch.
16:32 I don't want people to think it's free, then have to pay to send it, but I also want to remove all the friction of getting them to make the link. And then, you know, it's the uh what's it called? The sunk cost fallacy. They've invested five minutes into making the link, typing in the name of the event. Really, more like two minutes. Um, and so once I've done that, like, oh, it's $13 per year.
16:51 Oh, I might make it like $20 lifetime as well. Uh, or $15 lifetime. Um, I don't want to waste the time and the effort that I just put into this, even if it's only two minutes. So, I'm going to go ahead and pay. But, I do like that idea to make it uh $17 for a lifetime. All right. Um, okay. Another important thing, I'm not just telling it it's for Replet, but it's for Replet agent 4.
17:30 Okay, because Claude knows how these tools talk to each other. And Replet agent 4 is built on top of Claude. So, we're kind of using the same tool here. Uh, I could use cloud code to build this, but as soon as you start talking about like a terminal and all that stuff, like you lost me. It's Cloud Code is not too technical, but for me, it's technical enough for me to not want to use it.
17:53 Okay, so tell your prompt the name of the app that you're using to vibe code. There's a pro tip right there. So, let's go. Let's do this. I should have told it definitively that this is called um only waiverss, but I didn't. So, I'm going to go look at the comments, see if I have any questions here, and let's see. Oh, chat 60. Okay, public chat. Here we go.
18:24 Baltimore. All right, I'm just going to get caught up real quick while my claw um output generates. So, what's up, Florida? Have I done live before, Matt? Maybe like once or twice. Not very often. Salina. Okay. Fastest growing city in the country. PG. Pleasant Grove. Ryan, I hear you. Slovakia. There we go. Houston, Nebraska, San Anton. Okay. England.
18:49 Love it. Uh, GHL you can leverage. Yes, you can vibe code in GHL as well. Um, I'm just used to Replet. So, Edmonton, Canada. All right. 71 people on YouTube. Okay. Uh, I used chose Claude because I think Claude's the best. I I use Chad GPT religiously for years and then I switched to Claude and I prefer it, but lots of people feel differently. So, all right.
19:17 Any other question? All right, let me get everyone caught up, up to speed. We got a couple hundred at least people in here now across all the platforms. I'm live streaming on Facebook X, uh, YouTube, and I think that's it. What I'm doing is I came up with an idea to solve a problem that I have, which is sending out liability waiverss to parents that are frictionless and easy.
19:37 Uh I'm solving that for myself and turning it into an app um without any coding knowledge or background that I can sell live, hopefully get my first paying customer on the course of this video. But I only have so much time and my kids come home from school. Look, I'm already hedging. But I'm going to do the best I can and if I don't finish it today, then I will go live again to actually find the customers.
19:56 I will not do anything off camera on this one. So um all right let's go to the output here replet agent prompt waiver signing SAS um okay add in that it's called what's it called only waiverss Okay, let's see what it says before the prompt. 13 year verse 17 lifetime means everyone picks lifetime. You're selling whatever. I don't care, dude. I know what I'm doing.
20:50 Okay. I mean, in a sense I do. In a sense, I don't. But that's fine. My bet is that people need this for onetime use and we're we have subscription fatigue. So, I'd rather get $17 than $0 from them. And whatever. Uh if a month from now I decide to do away with a $17 lifetime, I'll do away with it. And people who already got it, they'll be grandfathering.
21:11 I'm not going to take it away from them, but they're going to be rewarded for trusting me early. So, tap design is worthless without an audit trail IP address. Okay, this is a whole product. So, it's in there. Perfect. See, if I would have prompted Replet, Replet may not have added the actual legal stuff that makes this legally binding, but Claude Nu minor language.
21:36 That's good. PDF emulation hardest to build. Okay. Sign PDF generate link expiration so dead links don't pile up. When it finishes, test the definition of done checklist. Use stripe test mode until the signer flow is bulletproof. Um, okay. Added a branding section. Okay. So, I don't know why it's not pulling up, but we're going to pull this up in Google uh in Google Drive and change my screen.
22:09 Here it is. Uh, I'm just going to control copy. Then, let's go back over to Replet. And it's actually quite inefficient for me to change screens. It's going to take like five seconds sometimes. So, we're going to go to replet. Um, I'm going to paste in the prompt right there. I'm going to zoom in so you guys can see better. Uh, then we're going to go Cloud Fable 5 default.
22:39 Perfect. Um, plan. Okay. And I think it's using agent 4 by default, but just to be sure. Okay, here we go. Use agent 4 for this. Go. So, while we're waiting for prompt outputs and replet and cloud to do stuff, I'm going to hit the comments and if you guys have questions about what I'm doing or anything, u I will get to them. Uh I I will give preference to the comments about what I'm actually doing because that's the most relevant.
23:10 But if we run out of comments, then I will get to the other stuff. So Maryland, uh, waiverss r us. I didn't check for that. Um, not a bad idea, but I don't want dashes in my domain names. And that might it would look like waivers Russ, which is just kind of weird. Like when all spelled out removing friction are concerned about a false connection of the app name to the other modubious only product.
23:34 David, it's funny you say that because that was Claude's issue. It's like, do you really want a, you know, a gymnastics center telling people to use only waivers? And it's like, "Yeah, I do." Because a they're not going to be telling people to use it. It's just going to be like a QR code. It's it's going to be the name of the product. It's not going to be front and center like consumerf facing.
23:53 B I don't know if it's just me. Maybe I'm too polyiana, but I don't think of the other only blank business when I hear only waivers. I never would have thought of that, but that was the first thing Claude said. So, it's probably more common than I think. But it's important to remember that you need to build a product for an audience of one. Okay? Because solving a problem for one person, aka you, is much better than solving a problem that you think that some people have.
24:20 Period. Now, some like millions of people have all kinds of problems. So, if you just guess, oh, that person has a problem. Yeah, you're going to be right. Probably thousands or millions of people have that problem and there's a solution to be had for that. But one person, even a sample size of one that is actually experiencing and living through a problem that's you, that's also the same person building the problem is so much more valuable than you building it for other people based on a problem that either they
24:45 really do have or that you think they have. Okay? Because I know this problem inside and out. I've been uh on both ends of this problem. I've been asking parents to sign waivers for years. And I've been the parent that's supposed to be signing waivers for years. And here's the big secret with this lake day activity that we did last Saturday. My wife filled out the waiverss for my kid and if she didn't, I wouldn't have even done it because there's no follow-up.
25:07 Like we put him in a drawer or a filing cabinet or we shred him and so I'm I'm over here like what's the point, right? I'm not going to deny a kid if he doesn't have a way. So it's like but that is a liability and I don't want to cause a liability to any organization especially in my church. So this is a problem that needs solving and I know it inside and out from both sides of the table.
25:25 Um all right. Uh here we go. So this is building my app right now. Brought in the API contract critical path to getting the front-end build started. While this is happening, I'm not going to rest on my laurels here. Pun intended. If you know, you know, I'm going to start seeing if I can make ads for this before it's even done. Because what do I always say?
25:52 Sell it before you have it. And so I'm going to change my screen again and I'm going to go back to cloud a different cloud window because just yesterday I installed the Facebook ads MCP. Let me explain MCPS model context protocol. I don't know what that means at all but I can explain what an MCP does. Okay, so imagine all the magic of chat GPT or cloud inside any tool you use on a regular basis.
26:18 For instance, I use Mercury for my banking and I can go into chat GPT or Claude and connect Mercury. Just link it together. That's it. That's an MCP. But really, I'm just tying them together. And then I go, "Hey Claude, where is my spending out of control?" And it's going to go look in my Mercury account because I gave it that permission. And I can give it readon permissions, write permissions if I want it to start sending wires for me.
26:45 I don't. And Claude would say, "Your Chipotle habit's out of control. Uh, you're spending $16 a day at Chipotle. You need to get that fixed or whatever." Or, "Your uh, anthropic uh, addiction is out of control. You're giving me way too much money." And so, MCPs are incredible. I got a quote to make an email automation for my beehive newsletter. It was a $10,000 quote, and it's a it's a pretty complex automation.
27:10 It's something that I could do myself, but I'm not great at, and it would take a few hours, and I didn't want to. I got a $10,000 quote and then I'm like, hm, I wonder if the MCP could do it. So, I connected Beehive to Claude and I said, "Make this email automation based on first principles of nurture sequences." And I just explained kind of what I wanted it to look like and it was done, right?
27:29 It's like vibe coding and and and automation in a completely different product uh but within cloud or within chat GPD. It is absolutely magical. So, Facebook ads has an official MCP, which is a game changer because uh Facebook ads are kind of hard to set up if you've never done it before. There's like what's a campaign, an ad set, an ad? What's the difference between that?
27:50 Do I want Facebook to choose my audience? Do I want to choose it? Do I want on the right side of the screen Facebook reels? I didn't even know that existed. Instagram reels? You don't need to know any of that stuff because the best expert in the world at Facebook ads aka AI, the most expensive person that you could ever hire is now 20 bucks a month, right?
28:09 You don't need to hire an agency. So I am going to say and you don't usually need to tell it to use X Y or Z MCP, but I do just to make sure that it does it. So if you look at connectors, these are the MCPS that I've connected to cloud. Beehive, Choros, which is my watch. It's like a Garmin. Fathom which is an AI note taker. Facebook ads. Function health where my blood draws go.
28:31 Go high level. Gmail. Google calendar. Google Drive. Gusto for payroll. Higsfield for AI content. Kubber for net worth tracker. Mercury bank account. Plaude for this pendant that I'm wearing under my shirt that records everything. Robin Hood. Uh we all know what Robin Hood is. Stripe. Type form. Zapier yada yada yada. Okay. So, I'm going to say, you know what?
28:55 What am I doing? What am I doing? It would be better to go into here and do it in the same chat window. Why wouldn't I? Okay. Let's say 25 to 60. Okay, let's see. So, now I'm going to go to Google. I'm going to type in um LDS liability waiver uh PDF and it has the permission and medical release form. I'm gonna go I'm gonna share my other screen. There it is.
30:29 Okay. So, share different screen right here. 2017 in the title. So, this is what uh I'm asking parents to fill out. So, I'm going to download that and I'm going to go back to Claude share a different screen yet again and go here. Okay. So, uh Facebook could find the people for this app, right? In fact, Facebook will do a better job at finding paying customers for this app than I will.
31:09 But Facebook doesn't know that I want to test this audience first. It's very important to me. Uh it doesn't like Facebook has AI. They know way more about this stuff than I'll ever know, but it's not in my head. It doesn't know what I want, right? And it doesn't know that like my knowledge base is based around this problem. And so I'm I'm trying to skip the line a little bit.
31:32 Um, I can probably convert other types of people like, you know, the owner of the gym, gymnastics gym or the trampoline park. I can probably convert them cheaper or easier. There might be more of those type of people, but it's not my problem. So, I want to start with the audience that's closest in line with the problem that I'm experiencing and trying to solve with this product.
31:51 Um, so I've never used the Facebook Ads MCP before. This is my first time. It might blow up in my face, but we'll see. Um, now while that is generating, let's go back to Replet. Um, okay. Writing the API contract. Okay. I don't know what any of this stuff means means, but that's okay. Um, we're just let it keep going. That's fine. Let's go back to Claude.
32:22 Okay. Copyrighted by intellectual reserve. You can't ship a clone of it in the product. I'm not trying to do that. Use it as a blueprint for what an LDS friendly template needs to collect. Oh, interesting. Meta killed religion-based detail targeting. There's no uh BYU LDS living. Yep, let's do that. Cool. Okay. Campaign will be created, paused, so nothing spends until you review.
32:49 And I'm going to go ahead and open up meta ads library in um another window just so I can check in on things uh myself. Meta ads manager I meant. Um all right. So, I'm going to share a different screen just because I don't I don't know if it's going to show something that's like personally identifiable. So, I'm just going to do that. I should actually tell Claude and Replet, hey, I'm live streaming this, so before you like show anything sensitive, please keep that in mind.
33:32 That'd be interesting. All right. While this is generating, um I'm gonna go look at the questions, see if there's anything new. Uh okay, uh if you don't need replet, like you can do this with claude and with claude code. Um it's in my experience, I could be wrong, it's just a little more complex. And you know, Claude is more the everything app whereas Replet is built for vibe coding things period.
34:00 Um, even though Ripple is built on top of Claude, it's more niched down and it's more user friendly for those that are technically challenged such as uh myself. So, Tom, love it. You get it. It's the app. So, let me get everyone caught up to speed. I'm vibe coding an app that will help people um send out liability waivers frictionlessly and help the recipients of these waivers sign them frictionlessly.
34:25 That's it. Onlywavers.com. And the website's not even live yet, but we're building it. Um, okay. Do Yes, Poppy, you are right. It will literally have $0 MR monthly recurring revenue because there's no monthly plan. Okay. I This isn't the type of product that most customers would pay for monthly in my opinion. Even me as someone who would be an active user of this product.
34:47 We don't send out waiverss every month. Maybe a few times a year, once a quarter, give or take. So, to me, the the yearly plan at such a low price point seems much more palatable. And I'm a I'm in favor of pricing your thing lower than you think it needs to be because I don't want the price to get in the way of the the success or failure of the the product, right?
35:12 I want to remove that variable. If I try to vibe code and sell an app, there's a thousand different reasons why it can fail, right? It could be poor design, could be a glitch, could be a bug there, no demand, it can't find the demand, can't find the right audience, whatever. But if I price it like at a stupidly, ridiculously low price and then it fails, then at least I'll know it wasn't too expensive because I wouldn't have really gone lower than that.
35:34 So, if it doesn't work at that price, it doesn't work at any price. Does that make sense? You can always increase the price later. I don't recommend you do that to people that are already paying, right? You need to reward the people that sign up early. Um, so raise the price for new people that haven't heard of you yet. This actually would be a good premium product.
35:54 send your first template for free and then it's, you know, $10 a year, $20 a year thereafter or pay per um send or you could do like pay per recipient because some people might send this to a thousand people, others three, bunch of different ways you could price this, but in my experience, people want to know what they owe. They want to know what they're paying, right?
36:14 So if we charged it on like you know charge per document signed and someone sends it out to a 100 people maybe 100 fill it out maybe four that's price unpredictability equals friction equals confusion equals churn they're out they don't like it they want to know they want to know what it's going to cost right so and that is like a first principle that's true across all industries um even pay $1 per use like not a bad idea it could work for But is that $1 per send?
36:45 $1 per person who received the link, who clicked the link, who signed the link? You just don't know. Um, thanks for the feedback. Uh, Shereice present. Um, okay. Let me go. I'm on a very boring screen right now, so I'm going to go back to I'm looking at Claude right now, and it might be like displaying API keys, so I don't want to show that, but it's creating campaign.
37:09 It's creating an adset right now. This is This is pretty dang cool. Um, so let's look at Replet. Oh, Replet's ready. Okay, so it's been like I don't know 10 minutes since we started Replet. Sign waivers. Zero friction. Mobile first waiver signing for events, gyms, and tours. No apps, no accounts, just a link and a signature. Start for free. View pricing.
37:31 Um, everything is free until you generate a share link. Okay, you didn't need to say that. You don't need to advertise that. Um, okay. So, create an event, share the link, collect signatures. I like that. Designed for the real world, insanely fast, league binding, yada yada yada. We're going to go ahead and publish it just because we can. Um, and then I'm going to go ahead and connect my uh my domain name.
38:01 So, let's see this. I'm going to change my screen again just in case it shows something sensitive and then I'll change it back. So, uh uh I'm going to go well, let's just go back here. I just bought this domain name on this live stream. You guys saw me. It's like one of the first things I did. Click this only waiverss. I don't really like using entry.
38:34 And I'm going to change my screen again because it might show like my username and stuff, but just know that this is like Plaid. It's like an easy integrator for um domain names. So, it wants my namecheep account. I'm going to go to manual setup because that is um that's a lot like that's just what I'm used to. So, I am gonna go to NameCheep here. And you guys go ahead and ask questions if you have them.
39:04 Um, gonna go to the domain list. I am not sharing all of my screens right now because there is sensitive stuff going on, but ask qu ask ask away and I will get to it ASAP as possible. That is a Michael Scott quote. So, um, I'm just connecting my domain name right now. Um, so a record is going to be that add new record a at that. Okay. And then text at that.
39:53 And guys, tell me where you're where you're from. Where are you watching from right now? I would love to hear that. CNAME is that we go and then that. Okay. Came clerk. Okay. Another C name. This is supposed to be the most boring thing ever, but I'm almost done. Came that. Okay. Another C name. Okay, almost done. Okay. So, let me make sure I have everything here.
41:32 Okay, I'm sharing my screen. Back to Replet. You're all set. Only waiverss will be successfully connected. Done. Okay, only waiverss. Now, like I really don't like this. We've got to make this public. Um, so invite. Right now it's invite only. We got to make it public. Okay. Thankfully, it's anonymizing my keys right here. Um, we're going to hit publish because the default for replet, even when you click publish, is for it to be a private URL.
42:04 Um, so we're fixing that right here. It says you got to do it like twice. It's kind of kind of weird, kind of annoying, but we're working with what we got. So, let's go back to Claude and see where we're at. And while we do that, I'm gonna look at the um at the comments. So, do Facebook ads need to be manually approved before they run by someone at Meta?
42:24 Um I don't think like if you have an established Facebook account, I don't think a human approves them anymore. It's just like their AI or their algorithm or whatever. I think if it's a brand new account, either their AI or a human does need to approve them. In my experience, they're usually approved within minutes, like 20 or less minutes. Um, so question here.
42:46 If I was a parent who used your waiver and then I was sued by another parent and there was a gap in the waiver or a clever lawyer had found a loophole, do you have indemnity insurance for that? I do not. I do not. Uh, maybe I will at some point, but if I were to fret about insurance when I start a business, I would never start a business. Um, I just can't I can't do that.
43:07 So, if insurance is relevant in the starting of a business, then you get insurance. But if you get it on day one, uh as like logical and smart as that sounds, um a you don't you don't really know what you're insuring yet or what you need to insure. Uh b a lot of insurers don't know what to do with you yet because you're just kind of existing in theory.
43:26 And c that friction is probably enough to get you to not actually launch the thing. So, if I'm opening a trampoline park, a physical retail location, you better believe by the time those doors open, I'm going to have ironcloud insurance. Uh, but that's kind of an extreme example. With almost any other business, I'm not going to have insurance until I know it's a thing.
43:46 I have revenue. It seems that I need insurance. Um, I just, yeah, that's kind of how I look at it. So, all right, I'm looking at the questions. Would you consider sharing updates with us as this moves forward? I love to follow this. Absolutely. I am building an app that helps people frictionlessly sign waiverss. Um, and you know what? If you guys I'm just remembering right here on my shared screen that I do have an affiliate link.
44:15 So, if you want to use Replet, I'm putting it in the chat. I don't know if it appears on all the platforms, but you're welcome to use that link and that would be great. I get 20 bucks. Um, Los Angeles, Netherlands, Connecticut, Michigan, Brooklyn, Buxy, Tiny Town, Ohio, New Hampshire, Truella. Okay, that Carbon County, Brownsville, I know where that is by the border.
44:34 Um, postcard side hustle. Awesome. TK owner member. Awesome. Welcome. Thank you, Shereice. Memphis, New Mexico. Oh, yeah. Michigan companion, Kyler. Kyler's a bomb. We got another video coming out soon here. Um, okay. All right. Let's go back here. Republish. It's now public. Let's see this. All right. The site isn't working for me yet. It takes a little time.
45:00 Um, but I'm going to go back to publishing SEO rating healthy. It shows that it's public. Connect Stripe. Uh, I'm going to do that. And Replet already has my Stripe API. Um, I I'm actually quite paranoid that it's going to display that. So, I'm going to share a different screen. Share my cloud screen. Uh, while I check that out. So, Replet is suggesting tasks.
45:32 Send waiver copies and organizer alerts by email. Confirm the whole signing flow works on a real phone before launch. Make sure paid customers can generate links after Stripe is connected. Those are the three action items it's getting me giving me right now. And it's quite crazy to me that we're already to the point where we're like testing this. We're like live testing this and I've been building this for about good 20 minutes.
45:52 Um let me see. I'm also going to need to add um what's it called? Uh Google Analytics so I can see how many clicks are coming through here. Stripe is connected. That's it. That's it. So that's it. I didn't it didn't display anything sensitive. I didn't need to change my screen, but it already had my API key. If you didn't already have that, you would literally just Google Stripe API key, create a free Stripe account, go into your settings, API key, generate, copy, paste.
46:24 That's it. I don't even know what API stands for. Actually, it's like application program interface or something, but I know that it's how technology or software tools talk to each other, right? And it's a really long key. Uh, okay. Stripe is connected. I can now accept payments. The website is not live yet. Um I guess like the domain name, it's not live on the domain name yet, but on the replet site it is live.
46:47 Um so now I'm going to send waiver copies and organizer alerts by email. Uh I use Send Grid for this stuff. So you've got companies like Mailchimp or Beehive, which are like public facing newsletter companies. And then you've got companies like Mail Gun and Send Grid, which is like the plumbing or the infrastructure for uh emails, really transactional emails.
47:11 So like order confirmation, your Amazon package was delivered. That's a transactional email. And companies like Send Grid power that. And I already have a Send Grid account and my API key is already connected to Replet. So it's just what I know. U it's kind of a commodity. I don't know if it's good or bad. It just works. So So it's waiting for input.
47:29 send waiver copies and organizer alerts by email. Um, it just needs to request the send grid credentials from me. So, I'm going to share my uh what's it called? My replet screen so you can see how simple this is. And boom. There's my API key. It's anonymized. It's already in replet. I'm just going to click next. And then what email do I want this to come from?
47:56 I want it to come from Hey Chris at co-founders. I don't even need to tell you because it's anonymized, but whatever. hy. Okay, this is like this is working really fast. Now text. Um, if we want like text reminders, we would want a Twilio API key. Twilio is basically the send grid for phone stuff. I think I already have that connected, but I don't want to mess with that.
48:33 That's like too much friction. We don't need email and text notifications. That would be good to have, but not at launch day. It's just too much friction, right? Remove friction. Remove friction. Remove friction. Put it on a shirt. Tattoo it on your forehead. Right? In any business, you want to remove friction to getting the money and add friction to losing the money.
48:50 Okay? That's why, and you know, you want to do this within some bounds so you're not a scummy marketer. That's why when you go to cancel a SAS product, it's like, are you sure you want to cancel? Are you sure? Do you want 50% off? Like, they're adding friction to losing money, right? And it's smart, but it's annoying. And you got to like just don't be too annoying with it.
49:10 Okay? Again, if you have any questions about what I'm doing, go ahead and ask. Everything is wired up correctly. The signing route sends emails in the background. Um, so let's see. Okay, let's go back to Claude because remember Claude was working on Facebook ads uh this entire time, which is just magical. It's just magical. Um, >> here we go. It's done.
49:40 It's already done. Like it like Guys, one prompt. Look at this. Okay, it's just like it didn't need any input from me here. It's like, "Hey, FYI, don't want to get sued. FYI, you can't target people based on religion as of four years ago. Uh, what ad account?" I told it and it created it. It's done $20 a day. Uh, CBO is campaign budget optimization.
50:05 It just means like from what level of the ads are you going to be spending money? And this is like the highest level from the campaign level. um traffic objective hard capping targeted advantage plus audience expansion turned off. So your 25 to 60 male US settings are actual limits since the whole point is a narrow creative match audience. So basically uh Claude told Facebook ads, "Hey, I know you think your AI is really smart and it is.
50:30 I'll admit it is, but we don't want to use it yet." Okay. Ad set optimizes for landing page views, so you pay for people who actually load the site. I stopped before creating the ad itself on purpose. The ad needs a destination URL that resolves and a Facebook page to run under. Onlywavers.com isn't live yet and I wasn't going to guess whether this runs under one of your existing pages or new only waiverss page.
50:50 When the site is up, tell me the page and I'll finish it. Add copy. You created it as a targeting meta camp. You plan the youth conference. You've booked the camp and now you're chasing 40 parents for permission slips the night before the track. This is so This is so good. This is so accurate. Only waiverss fixes this. Create your event. Text one link to the Word group chat and every parent signs from their phone in 30 seconds.
51:10 You see every signature in one place, $13 a year. And I'll tell you what, if you're selling to an audience of my religion, Church of Jesus Christ, Latter Day Saints, you kind of got to be cheap. We're cheap. We're just cheap. Okay? Hardest place in the world to start a business along I-15 in northern and central and southern Utah and all of Utah. So 13 bucks a year, that's what we're starting at.
51:29 Uh words like ward, stake, track, mutual youth conference mean nothing to general population. Everything you're buyer wasted impressions on nonLDS men will click nothing. and Meta's delivery system will learn from who clicks and narrow itself. The form is barely a waiver. It's mostly a data collection form. Allergies, medications, yada yada yada. Your V1 collects a name in a signature.
51:50 Sila Chase. Okay. If LDS organizers are the wedge, the replet prompt needs one addition. Organizers can toggle on. Okay. And then I'm going to screenshot the homepage um of only waiverss. Okay. Why isn't this working? There we go. And uh have drag it in here. Okay. All right. Uh, make a new prompt for me to add to all this to replet. Remember, I'm talking like an idiot because it doesn't matter.
53:14 AI knows what it means. Make LDS specific language on the homepage. Add the medical stuff and make it clean and frictionless. LOL. Don't let Replet tell people it's free, but they have to get to the end first. The CTA should just be make and send a waiver in four clicks or whatever is true. Um, maybe even add a hero image of a youth conference or something to drive home the point.
53:46 Remember this app, and this is going to be a thing. This is a real thing, okay? I'm not just doing this for the purpose of this video. This app doesn't have to stay this only. Like I would like to sell to more people than you know 3% of the US population. We can change the app, the website, the branding with with one or two prompts. It's not that hard.
54:09 So this isn't forever. This this this isn't permanent. Uh make and send a waiver in four clicks, yada yada yada. I add in an instruction forcing the agent to count the real click path and adjust the number to whatever is actually true. Cool. I wonder if it did that because I said or whatever is true because I don't want to lie, but I also don't know how many clicks it's going to be.
54:30 A CTA that lies by one click is worse than a boring one. We can't generate a believable photo of youth conference scraping one is licensed one yada yada yada. Okay, cool. It's making an illustration instead. Fine. Um, all right. There's the reprompt. I just I'm going to use that word. That sounds smart. Uh, we're going to go back to Replet and apply changes, send grid secrets, restart API, yada yada yada.
55:00 Now, Replet doesn't really like it. Really, none of the vibe coding apps like it when you're um like telling it to do multiple things at once. But if you see these boxes up here on the left, there was just two and it disappeared. That's replet doing things concurrently, the same time, right? Send grid API over here, Stripe API over here, user interface over here, user experience over here.
55:19 That saves time. Okay, now I'm going to paste in this prompt from Claude and then I'm going to open publishing and it's on autoscale. That means if I go viral then everything will be fine. It won't the app won't shut down. Uh production data is connected. You don't have to do anything with that. Um SEO rating healthy. Don't care about that right now.
55:44 Um adjust settings public back. Uh, we're going to hit republish. Solid v2 spec. Okay, now my website is still not live. Maybe because I need to publish again, but um, that's where we're at. So now I'm going to go back into the meta ads library. Give me just a minute to get through my sensitive stuff and I'll swap my screen over. And would you look at that?
56:14 Okay. So, uh, give me just a sec. August 7th. That's not it. Oh, there it is. Okay. Okay. So, this is it. Let me All right. Here's Facebook Ads Manager. only waiverss LDS event organizers US. Um, this was made in cloud. This is I've never I've never touched this. Okay. Uh, and it's not live yet, but there it is. We're going to go Let's go back here.
56:59 Hold on. So, go to campaigns. Uh, we're going to go edit. We click edit so we can see kind of what it did. So, as promised, it's got a nice name in there. $20 a day is what it said. Um, campaign budget, CBO, remember auction, we're looking for traffic. We could have it optimized for conversions, but we don't have a pixel for that yet. A pixel just tells Meta that, you know, it's doing what it's supposed to be doing.
57:28 Um, and when you set up Facebook ads, guys, Meta is just going to be screaming at you, "Use our AI. Use our AI. Use our AI." And yes, that's a sales pitch, but also they want your ads to work because if they don't work, then you'll stop spending money with meta. So, their AI does work, but it's not like it's a blanket statement. They work all the time for everything and always just use their AI, never use their brain.
57:48 That is absolutely not the case. So, um 25 to 60, location, United States, men. Um, now we could do men and women because there's plenty of female leaders that send out these as well. Um, so I might change that. But let's see the detailed targeting. It's not, it didn't target people by like BYU or anything, but um, what it is doing is it's doing that in the copy of the ad itself, right?
58:19 Speaking to things that, um, only they would know. So, all right, let's go back to comments. I want to see um, what you guys are asking. Okay. So, will I do another live on the same subject? Yes, I will. Um, thank you guys for introducing yourselves. Um, can you guys see my comments? Because I'm live streaming from software called uh Riverside and it's pushing out to all the other social media platforms, but I don't know if it's the comments are two-way.
59:00 So, I just commented. Let me know if you can see that. Uh, yes, this will be available to watch after. Um, business targeted towards golf course. Okay. I'm I'm trying to focus on the um questions based around this. Remove friction tattooed on your forehead. Yep. Oh, and I see this A921. Why mail only? Don't moms usually handle waiverss? Yes, moms are the ones primarily receiving them, but men are the ones primarily sending them.
59:28 And I say primarily maybe 70% of the time, 60% of the time, which is why I just touched on that before I saw your comment. Frankfurt, Germany, love it. Um, Replet plan am I using? I think 20 bucks a month, whichever one that would is. And thank you guys for saying yes, that you can see my comment. So, let's go back into Replet and let me um see how this is going.
59:49 Uh, agent go. Okay. debt database validated, approved and publish. I don't know if you guys know my colleague friend Kevin, but he just got to my house. He works with me. He's on my content team. I'm going to go answer the door. Let him in. I'll be right back in 10 seconds. >> All right. So, it's getting kind of hot in my house. Let me adjust my thermostat.
01:00:29 And let's put this at 75. How about that? Okay, we're publishing. Here we go. Um, it looks like it's still on it's still hosted on the Replet domain. So, I'm going to open domains. Uh, I don't know where where did it go, dude. I I added my whole I added my whole domain here. I don't know why it's not on there. Um, so I'm actually surprised we haven't had more hangups yet cuz it's just going to happen.
01:01:06 Um, I'm going to open domains. I don't know why it's not there. Type in my domain name again. Checking next. Okay, there it is. Cool. I just need to do it again. NameCheep Manage. Uh 54 minutes ago. I just love how everything's working all at the same time here. Um all right. Go back here. Overview. Um, apply changes. Talk about removing friction. Like that's kind of been the theme of this video.
01:01:58 Replet is removing friction by hiding all this stuff. 15 actions. Like you can read it if you want, but guess what? Most people using Replet don't know what any of these things mean, myself included. They don't want to confuse people. They don't want to give them more information than they need to. So they hide it. They remove the friction. Uh and a year from now, Replet will probably look even more simplified than this, right?
01:02:17 Um so we go to domains, open domains. Still loading. Um let's see this. What else do I need to do? Okay. Now, I need to make um I need to make the creative, aka the you know what the ad actually looks like to the general public. So, I'm going to do that with this bad boy right here. And I got this microphone. It's a DJI Mic 3, I believe. Bought it on Amazon.
01:02:58 And I'm going to show you how easy it is to actually make Facebook ads. How about that? I've got a receiver here and a transmitter here. And I've got an iPhone 17 right here. And so I'm just going to You know what? Let me stop sharing my screen so you can see more of this. Okay, I'm plugging that in. Okay, you can see that little icon, which means it should be working.
01:03:35 I'm gonna talking to this. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. You see the mic's bouncing. So then I'm just going to open the camera app right here. That's it. I'm going to go to video front facing. Okay, there we go. Look at this freaking guy right here. And let me just kind of think of what my script could be. If I wanted to get Claude to make a script for me and then put it on teleprompter app, I use this app.
01:03:59 It's literally called Teleprompter, okay? It's 20 bucks a year. Um, I would just take the script, paste it into Teleprompter app, and then it would look like this. And I would just hit record and then read the script as I'm filming. But this is stupid simple. It's only going to be 15 seconds or so, and I probably won't even need to edit it because the goal will be to take this in one take.
01:04:21 So, um, let me just think what I'm going to say. You always want to speak to the problem that they're having and speak to the audience so I know that I'm talking to them. Um, so let me see. I'm just going to riff on this, right? I'm just going to riff. So if you are a 20 to 50 year old Dang it, you know what I did? I forgot to put this on. So that wouldn't be loud enough.
01:04:55 Okay. And you don't need this. It honestly will probably make little to no difference on the outcome of the ad. Um, but audio is important. So, if I have it right here within arms reach, I'm going to use it. If you are 20 to 50 years old and an active member of the LDS church here in the United States, as I am, you've probably experienced this problem.
01:05:16 You've got a word activity, youth conference, state conference, lake day, and you need to send liability waiverss. But those things are a pain and they're cumbersome. You got to print them, sign them, give them to the bishop member. He's going to lose it. You don't bring it. Your kid doesn't swim. Maybe he does, but then the church is liable. I fixed all that.
01:05:30 Onlywavers.com. $13 a year. Few clicks, you've got a waiver. Send it out to everyone you know, and it's fully compliant. Use it right here. Onlywaiversavers.com. All right. So, I stumbled over my words. It was 30 seconds exactly, but we're going to yolo it, okay? Because done is better than perfect. There it is. an active member of the LDS church here in the United States as I am.
01:05:56 >> There it is. Okay. Not faking this. I'm just going to hit uh >> AirPlay or uh AirDrop. I'm going to airdrop it to my computer. I'm not going to edit it. I'm not going to add captions. I'm not going to add a thumbnail. I'm not going to remove pauses. Uh I'm just going to airdrop it and we're going to yolo it. So, how long did it take you to feel comfortable on camera?
01:06:16 Well, Matt, I've been sending like selfie videos like those to friends and family through text messages since I've had an iPhone, like for their birthday, to be silly, whatever. Not like every day. But, um, so to me, it's just doing that, right? I'm just in my room, an introvert by himself. That's kind of how it feels for me. So, when I first started like publishing videos, short form videos, um I felt comfortable right away, probably because I was just sending videos to friends and family and that warmed me up to it.
01:06:45 Um, okay. So, builders are genderless. Um, all right. Now, I'm going to see if Claude can do this. So, let me share my screen again. We're going back to the ads. Share screen. So, I'm just going to save some time and if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. But, um, I'm just going to upload it right here and maybe it works. I don't know what API permissions it has through the cloud MCP, but we're about to find out.
01:07:29 So, I would have liked for that video to be um shorter. I have better luck with 15 to 20 second videos, but at least I'm speaking directly to the audience. So, what that means is if I'm a 72y old woman who's not an active member of the LDS church, I'm going to swipe away from that so hard, which is perfect for me, right? And then YouTube's going to learn, oh, don't show it to 72-y old women that are members of the LDS church because all the 33 year old men in Provo, Utah who are members of the LDS church are clicking
01:08:03 the heck out of this. We're going to show it to a lot more people like that. So, Facebook's going to figure out pretty pretty quickly. The video works for the ad. 31 seconds. Perfect for reals. No public URL. I can't push it to them directly. Um, open ads manager. Go to media library. upload to your phone. Okay. So, I can't read the file specs, but I can't watch it.
01:08:35 I'm going to push back a little bit and say read the transcript. I'll add it to meta myself. So, I'm going to go let's see. I don't remember how to get to the MetaMdia library. So, I just Googled Meta Media Library. Um, and we're going to wait for that to pull up. Um, oh, look at this. Look at this freaking thing right here. You see my URL? Onlywavers.com.
01:09:12 There it is. We're live, baby. We're live. It's working. Okay. Uh, don't like that view pricing. Well, it hasn't made the changes that I I told it to make, but um, okay. So, I Googled Meta Media Library and then I just clicked create a folder and it's loading that right now. I'm gonna close my NameCheep tab because, okay, because I already fixed the domain.
01:09:42 We're going to go to ads manager. Top left, media library. Okay, I'm going to I'm going to poke around in this while I share my replet screen. I'm all over the place. Prevent stripe web hook. Sure. Catch broken stripe payments before they reach customers. Sure. Look at all these blue things on the left. They're running concurrently. Let organize view their plan and manage bling from the b dashboard.
01:10:13 Sure. It's doing things that uh it just thinks I need and I do, which is really nice. Um so go back here and it shows it's not live on the domain, but we're going to refresh. There it is. Boom. And let's go ahead and click republish because why not? Um okay, let me go find the meta uh media library that is um there we go. All tools, media, control, find media.
01:10:42 There it is. Okay. Go back to meta. I got that authentication app. Look at my phone. Thankfully, these time out every few minutes. So, boom. just got hacked. Just kidding. While that loads, we're going to Matt, I agree it is insane that that is live already. Uh, we're going to go back to Replet media library. Um, I shouldn't have gone back to Replet.
01:11:26 Let me go back to meta. Okay, media library. And we're going to create a folder called only waiverss. Go into the folder. Cool. Cool. Cool. Cool. Add images and videos right there. Okay. Now I can add that video or Claude can add that video to any campaign within that account. Um, speaking of Claude, it's still working to get that uh transcript from my video.
01:12:04 Remember, if Claude says it can't do something, it doesn't mean it can't do it. It just probably means it doesn't want to spend credits doing that thing because it doesn't think it's necessary. It wants you to find the easier way because Anthropic, aka the owner of Claude, wants to save money. So, push back. Push back. Like, what do you have to what do you have to lose by pushing back?
01:12:22 People pleaser. Not against AI. Um, okay. So, it's still trying to get the audio from the video because I want Claude to tell me if that's a good video or not. If it's not, I'm gonna push it anyway because I don't want to take another one. If it is, great. Um, okay. So, website's live and meta media library video is uploaded. It's right there. Cool.
01:12:45 Uh, so now once Claude is done trying to transcribe the video, um, it can go add it to my campaign. So now stripe is just or replet is just pushing all these changes that needs to be pushed. Um all three services running yada yada yada. Um and you can see once I swap over here, go back to replet. Um that I've got three things running at once. Stop dev and production from fighting over the same web hook.
01:13:20 Don't know what that means. Catch broken stripe payments. Cool. Let organizers view their plan and manage billing. It's billing all those at the same time. Okay. And the website is publishing at the same time. You guys watched me buy this domain name good hour ago or so. It's already live. Um I'm curious to see if anyone watching this can actually go try to make a a contract yet or if we're too early for that.
01:13:53 But um it's so interesting what Claude is doing. It's installing tools to uh transcribe that video. He's like, "Oh gosh, he's right. I can I can transcribe. I just didn't want to." We're going on like five minutes from this. Um definitely would have been easier for me to uh just tell it what I said, but whatever. Um all right, let me go back to the questions.
01:14:22 See if there's anything here. Oh yeah, by the way guys, someone in the comments just reminded me of this. Um, I gave you guys my Replet affiliate link just because I have it and I guess you get 20 bucks off if you use it. So it's a, you know, scratch each other back situation. Um, all right. So create an account. I vibe coded a family fun family tool app to advertise.
01:14:46 Should I hire family influencers or use Higsfield to post and then run meta ads to vest? I would do what I'm doing and take real videos um not using Higsfield and run meta ads on those. Um short form channels for using 4hour window um don't want your family in the ad. I see that we're going to pitch you a concept for your channel. Uh hey Chris at co-founders.com when I tried to do it on only waiverss it said checkout failed.
01:15:12 Good to know. Thank you. Um any other questions about this? I'm going to keep going. We're not done here. Um, there's clearly still work to be done. So, I'm going to go ahead and ask Replet. Um, actually, I don't need to ask Replet. I'm in the wrong I'm in the wrong screen. Let me swap that over. Um, let's just go look at it. Look, look at the preview.
01:15:52 Okay, there it is. Okay. Every permission slip signed before the activity starts. Built forward ward and stake activity leaders. Create your event. Text one link to the group chat and every parent signs from their phone in seconds. No app, no account. It's for parents, no chasing. Make it send a waiver around four clicks. Set up your first event before you pay $13 a year when you're ready to send.
01:16:12 Look at that. Send link. Cool. Watch the list fill up. Youth conference track. Girls camp. Camp out. Service projects. Design for the real world. Touch signatures. Um, view pricing. Lifetime yearly. I love that. That looks great. Subscribe yearly. What happens? Okay. Check out failed. Checkout failed. That's one of the what one of the commenters said.
01:16:33 So, what happens uh when an error happens, which will always happen. I um I just screenshot it and I'm going to drag it over to Replet. Seems the checkout links aren't working. I need to be able to accept payments for this ASAP. Get on it, please. Always say please and thank you to your AI. Okay? because once they're embodied, we don't want them to come kill us.
01:17:09 That's just the fact of the matter. Okay. I should say we want them to be a little less likely that they'll come kill us because they probably will anyway. Um, okay. So, Claude was not able to read it. Uh, I pulled the audio, but the transcription model has to download from a server, yada yada yada. Um, all right. I'm just going to tell Claude what I said.
01:18:10 Okay, I just told Claude what I said. Um, okay. Um, Replet is working on three different things at once. And here's what I'm going to do. This will be good. This will be good learning. I'm going to go to analytics.google.com. Okay. And I'm going to share my screen. And I'm going to go to admin. I'm going to go up here. I'm going to go create account and I'm going to call it only waiverss.
01:18:49 Okay. Let me zoom in. Okay. Go to next. I'm going go central time. You got to have Google Analytics. Okay. Uh Chicago time. Cool. Industry, business, small. Next. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Why not check the boxes? Yes. And then we're going to call it web. This is not an app. Uh and then we're going to put in the domain onlywavers.com. And then stream name is the same.
01:19:29 Enhanced measurement. Absolutely. Create and continue. Now, it's going to give us this. We're going to copy that. Okay. And then we're going to go back to Replet and change my screen. Please add Google Analytics. Give it my tag. And it's got that queued up, but it's in the queue because it doesn't want to confuse itself. So, checkout fix is live. Publishing will put it on your real site.
01:20:05 Let's try it. Okay. Uh, I click pay and it's making me it's making me sign in. I don't like that. Um, let's just go through the flow. Make and send a waiver in four clicks. Okay, I got to fix that. Okay, we're swapping from Stripe Sandbox mode to Stripe real mode so we can actually accept payments. All right. So, I'm going to take this prompt, which is I don't know, probably good enough, but I'm going to give it to Claude.
01:21:49 Uh, and I'm like I'm going to tattle on it. Okay. Well, Claude's already working on this, so scratch that. I'm going to let Claude stay in the mindset of making the ads. Um, and I'm going to go back to Replet and just give it give it this prompt. Okay. Okay. Finish stripe sandbox. Okay, we'll click republish. I click republish like it's going out of style.
01:22:16 Um I don't know if if Replet like charges you extra when you hit publish or not. Probably does. Whatever. I'm just excited to make all the updates go live. So this is a very key update here though. I don't want people to have to create an account to generate the link. That's that's important. Um, now I'm very excited to see if the checkout link actually works.
01:22:41 Um, because it should. And it's not in sandbox mode anymore. So, theoretically, I could get my first customer. And if one of you become my first customer, that doesn't count because that means I'm leveraging my audience to get my first custler customer. And if you guys are late to join me, that's the whole point of this. I'm using Facebook ads because I'm using skills that anyone with a few hours to kill on YouTube.
01:22:58 I have a YouTube video that talks about Facebook ads, by the way, that anyone could use to make Facebook ads. So, let me I'm going to link that YouTube video. I do a full tutorial called Facebook Ads for Beginners Complete Guide. Uh, and I'm going to link that right now. So, bookmark that. Um, all right. We've got our Google Analytics stuff. Um, I asked Replet to do two things at once.
01:23:31 Google Analytics is in now. Lid's on every page on the site. And just for funsies, um, we're gonna go I'm gonna go to Google Analytics and see if I can see you guys on the site. Only waiverss. Only waiverss. Uh, this is just so cool how fast all this is. Um, so I don't see anyone on the site right now, so I don't know if the tag is not quite live yet.
01:24:02 Usually it's it's quite immediate but okay okay okay okay you guys are hearing me share a different screen analytics boom two people on the site someone in Hardun India and someone in Council Bluffs Iowa okay quite the historic city three people on the site you guys are a little freaked out okay that's in DFW close to me anyway that gets a little boring so let's go back to uh Replet pay first, account second.
01:24:40 Let me check what our login system supports. Republish. Um, and then let's go to the website and then let's just see if I can check out like as a as a customer. So, refresh. Refresh. Make and send a waiver. Okay, that hasn't updated yet. Um, I should probably do some FAQs, but I'm not going to concern myself with that now. Um, when I click this, it doesn't take me back to the homepage.
01:25:06 So, I got to fix that. Sign in. Get started. Okay. It is really like pounding that home. Um, okay. Let's go see where Claude's at with its ads. Uh, redundant video and copy is a real problem. Your video carries the pitch. The text carries the specifics. The video skips. New copy. Okay, I kind of like that. I don't want to take another video, but that is better.
01:25:51 Oh, that's the primary text. That's not the script. Um, okay. So, I guess it's just going to switch the primary text, the headline, and the description in the ad to better match what I say in the video, which means I don't have to take another video. That's great. Um, okay. Ad set Upload the video. Tell me the Facebook page runs under. Okay. Video is now in meta.
01:26:46 Make the daily budget 200 instead of 20 because I want results as soon as possible. I can pause it or turn it off at any time. Push it live ASAP. Turn on closed captions. Um, okay. Let's go check in on Replet. We're pushing some changes. Actually, instead of replet, let me um me get to some comments here. So, hopefully you guys have some good questions.
01:27:25 Okay. David, yes, you do need to get off your chair and make something. You got this, bro. In fact, you can stay on your chair and make something. I'm on my chair, but just make something. Um, thank you, Sharice, and anyone else that's catching people up to speed. Um, somebody Oh, we got people partnering up in here. Okay, it says my domain name is still available to buy.
01:27:52 Well, that's outdated because I own it. Um, okay. So, is my last podcast not on YouTube yet? Usually my audio podcast are come out first and then they come out on YouTube a day or two or a week later. Um, I'm assuming Pork Bun is a place to buy uh domain names, but it's taken. It's gone. It's mine. So, is there an issue publishing your artifact? So now, thanks to the fact that this is an agent, an AI agent, aka an AI that will go out and do stuff for you, Replet agent 4 in this case, it found an issue and it's going to
01:28:34 fix it for me with an agent. Um, and I click that twice. So, um, let's see what we've got going over here. Over here, it's fixing web hooks or something over here. Um, it's generating some images based on my prompt. Um, yeah. And then over here, this is like the main build. So, this is already going to be fixed. Um, click republish. Approve and publish.
01:29:32 Okay, Claude is basically asking for permissions to do some heavy lifting in my Meta Ads Manager account. Uh, and I said yes. Technical constraints. Ads update entity. Okay, conversation's getting a little long, so it's compacting it. Okay, the full guest flow works end to end. That's what Replet's telling me. Draft event Stripe checkout web hook activates the link, stores the pending account, and the clerk invitation email went out.
01:30:14 Now checking the user interface, it looks right. Verifying the account claim step that a user signing up with the payment email inherits the plan and event. Um, okay. Let's look at the preview. Okay, look at that. It fixed it. And look, even that is fixed. I didn't even ask that. It fixed itself. I when I click the logo, it goes back to the homepage.
01:30:38 Make and send a waiver in four clicks. Uh, Tre. I went on Tre as a 16-year-old. It changed my life. It was awesome. When is it? Let's look at the calendar. Okay. October 14th. Cool. Generate my link. Oh, you got to pay. Let's do the yearly plan. Oh. Oh, my screen went away. And it actually happened on purpose because I was afraid that Oops. I got to open replicate again.
01:31:17 That replet was going to show my home address. So, I closed it real quick, but let me go back into there. Um, preview. Make and send a waiver. Okay. Generate my link. Pay $13 a year. I just got to make sure everything's good before I share my screen again. The rep or the stripe page is loading, loading, loading. Might have a hang up here. Okay. Ads.
01:31:58 Get add videos. Yeah, my Stripe page is not loading. Um, so Replet is busy right now fixing these other problems, but I'm just going to put it in the queue. I got a lot of work for you today for you to do today. Um, I went through the sign up flow. Uh, I went through the sign up flow and work rate until I clicked on the $13 link to pay. Stripe screen got stuck loading here.
01:32:46 Um, okay. now. Okay. Okay. If I go to the public website, which anyone in the world can see now, and I go through the signup flow, there it is. Pick a date. And then I'm going to stop sharing my screen in case it shows my address. Generate my link. Pay 13 a year. I just want to see if this same glitch happened. And it did not. Um, and it's not showing my address either.
01:33:23 So, I'm going to change my screen back over here. So, this is what happened. It worked fine in the real world. Now, it says sandbox, but this is on the internet and it looks like it's going to let me pay. Um, but it also says it's a sandbox. So, I don't want my address to autofill. So, I'm going to change back over to Replet. Um, and try to actually pay myself so I can see if this works.
01:34:04 Even has Apple Pay. How cool is that? Okay, it's accepting my card. Put in my zip. Okay. Subscribe. Your card was declined. Your request was in test mode but used on a non-est card. Okay, that's fine. This is very fixable. It's still in test mode for some reason. Um um so it kind of makes me want to cancel this request to fix the UI on the signup flow because I think in the real world it works.
01:34:44 So um remove Stripe test mode so I can actually accept payments testandbox mode. Okay, so Oh, this is cool. Look at this. We're going to go back to Google Analytics. See where you guys are at right now. How about that? 13 active users right now. Um, and then we can even go by like we could look at locations here, right? Council Bluffs, Pleasant Grove, PG, Escandido, Flugerville, my Texas folks, Grant, Valkcaria, Ashurn, Nashville, Chicago.
01:35:49 What? What's up? What's up in Council Bluffs? Four people. What? Of course, my Utah folks. Riby. Okay, I know where that is. Riby Idaho. Um, and we got some some UK folks. Welcome. All right, let's see what Okay, it says my video is missing from the ad account. Oh, okay. The API has no caption toggle, so I have to do that myself. A pixel with a purchase event on the Stripe success page is a 15minute replet prompt.
01:36:56 Okay, I do need a pixel. Now, a pixel is how my Facebook ad can optimize for conversions, right? Because the person that clicks on ads is completely different from the person that buys things from ads or the person that adds stuff to their cart is not necessarily the person that buys from ads. So, with the pixel, you basically get your website to talk back to Facebook and say, "Hey, that person that you sent, they actually purchased, right?
01:37:21 Can you find more people just like that? And it will. So, it's important. Um, all right. It can't find it. yada yada yada. Wrong library. Uh, open the video in that folder. Copy the URL. I can do that. Facebook page is currenter office. Um, give me the prompt to give to replet to get what I need for the pixel. Um, and then we're going to go back to meta ads manager.
01:38:01 Share a different screen. Okay. And then over here, we're going to go to here. Media library. That's loading. Okay. Media library only waiverss video. Here we go. Where is it? Okay. How the crap am I supposed to get the URL? Maybe I'll just do that. Okay. So, I got to change my screen again because I don't know what it's about to show. So, I'm going to go back to Replet um and just hang out there.
01:38:59 Ask me a question. Let me fix this. Um, okay. This is taking a bit. Taking a good minute. We'll hit publish. I'm going to go back to meta. Um, okay. I think I figured it out. I think I uploaded the video to the wrong place. Okay, I found it. It looks like Facebook uh glitched out on me because I added it to the right place, but it wasn't the right place.
01:40:18 So, I'm going to add media, add video, do the same thing all over again. Image 3879. All right. Okay. So, I really think Meta just glitched out and it I uploaded the video to the wrong ad account. because you can see all these other videos here uploaded within, you know, this year. This is my active uh Meta Ads Manager account. So, it's actually uploading to the right place.
01:41:05 Finished. Cool. Um it's going to be there right at the top, I imagine. And then I'm going to go tell Claude. Go find it now. Oh, these are images. There it is. Cool. Okay. So, how cool is this? Um, what Claude spit out. So, I could just say replet, you know, give me a pixel for meta. Um, but I had Claude, you know, make an overkill of a prompt for me.
01:41:38 And there's a lot going on here. Uh, I don't know what it means, but it looks cool and it looks like a lot. So, let's go give it to Replet. Copy. Paste. Boom. Okay. And it looks like all of my tasks are done. Let's go ahead and hit republish. Um, nothing's broken. Okay. One publish attempt caught my work mid change. So, me over here saying hit publish, hit publish, hit publish.
01:42:08 Actually, don't don't do that because I I broke my own thing. Um, uh, okay. So, I need to go generate um different API keys. I thought I was just going to use the one I already have in Replet, but it's not. So, I'm going to open that in a different page because I definitely don't want y'all to see that. Um I'm going to create uh secret key powering integration.
01:42:44 I'm going to use my Touch ID to validate my identity. Okay. And I'm going to stop sharing my screen for a minute so I can put this API key in here. And I just told uh replet give me the field to enter my real stripe API key. Okay. So to do that, you're going to go to settings and then secrets um and then new secret and then key All right. Sorry for the the uh the downtime here, but it's just taking a second.
01:44:36 New secret. All right. So, it wants me to republish. Prove and publish. All right. Do we have any questions from anyone while I keep building this? Because we're about to push this ad live. preferably questions relating to what I'm building right now just because I'm kind of a onetrack mind. Um, I do not do this very often, but I want to. If you guys like this, I'll do this a lot more often.
01:45:54 Uh, Chris's next app, a tool that automatically blurs proprietary info while streaming. That's actually a really good idea. Put on some lowfi. It's a good Let me see if you guys can hear that. I'm not doing lowfi, but uh putting on some music. Give me just a sec. All right, put a one in the chat if you can hear this music. I'm gonna close the door because my wife just got home.
01:46:39 All right. Can you guys hear that? Oh, good point, David. I don't want to copy your story. That's a great point. Dang it. What a bummer, man. You're a smart man, David. Um, all right. I stopped the music, but good call. Um, okay. I'm in Replet now. It's hit some other error that I've got to fix. Fix with agent. Um, just settings. Okay, hit me with your questions uh if you can, guys.
01:47:31 I'm going to go ahead and put in my Stripe API key. Okay. Um, let's go check on Claude. It's looking for my video. If someone could catch people up to speed in the chat, that would be amazing. I'm vod coding an app called onlywavers.com so people can quickly send out liability waiverss to parents and others. Um, so right now Claude is asking for permissions to fetch videos um in my Facebook ads account or to create an ad.
01:48:36 And I think it found it because now it's making an ad. This is so cool, guys. This is so freaking cool. like just I'm using like PhD level experts that would cost thousands of dollars an hour multiple at the same time a coding expert an ads expert copywriting expert for like well 200 bucks a month right 250 a month most of that is clawed but all right guys it's live it's freaking live all three levels active campaign 200 a day ad set active ad active yourself a video under the current office page.
01:49:12 Learn more. Okay, it's going into the meta review queue first. So, we've got like a live ad and the business isn't even live yet. That's how you should do it. Sell it before you have it, guys. I've been saying this. Come on. Wonky cost yada yada yada. Captions. Okay, I can do that myself. Pixel. Oh, I still need that. At $200 a day, you'll roughly get one to 200 landing page views a day.
01:49:36 You need about 15 sales a day just to break even on ad spend. Uh, which almost no cold trap. That's okay. That's okay. Lose money on year one revenue. Year one, dude. Come on. Day one, week one. Your real bet is each buyer ward is 20 plus other units watching. That is my bet. Referral referral footer and every signed waiver email a lifetime value past year one.
01:49:57 If you're judging this on week one rorowaz, you'll kill a campaign that might be working. Um, okay. We still have to give replet our our what's it called? Our agent or our pixel prompt. Um, right now Replet is fixing an issue for me. Um, the merge left a duplicated line in the billing code. Fixing. Okay, I'm going to swap back over to the replet screen.
01:50:44 I don't know why it's calling this agent go. That's cool. You toggle between design and build. I've never done this before. Okay. Um, okay. We're going to go back to build. Uh, okay. Finish Stripe Sandbox setup. Open publishing. Are my strike keys good now? Probably not. Guys, I'm so ignorant. I I don't know the difference between a uh look at this a publishable key, a secret key.
01:51:56 I don't know what the difference is. Um I guess it needs both of them, but I only saw a place to put in one. So we're just we're working through it. That's what you got to do. Um so right here, Stripe API key, but there's only one field, so don't want to click that. Confirm the live site is accepting real cards after republish. So, I'm going to go to my site in a different window and I'm going to do this.
01:52:39 I'm just filling it out. Generate my link. $13 a year. I don't think it's going to work yet, but it's telling me to check it. So, I'm going to I'm going to check it. card. Cool. Password. I know you can't see this, but that's okay. Um, subscribe. Okay, still in sandbox mode. still in sandbox mode. Tell me what stripe key you still need for me based on what you see in my settings.
01:53:29 Um, all right. I'm looking at the comments now. Ryan, sample image. Okay, we're going to look at this. Okay. All right. Thanks for the image, Ryan. Looks cool. There's just kind of I like this could be a good ad, like a Facebook ad. I don't know if that's what you meant or if you meant putting it on the homepage, but I I am curious to use that as a Facebook ad.
01:54:04 Um, I don't know why Okay. So, I'm gonna I'm gonna have Replet get to work on the pixel stuff and then I'm going to ask Claude how to fix the Stripe API key stuff. So, let me copy that. Okay. I'm going to work on Stripe for now. do this. Okay, we're going to go back to Claude. Okay, so I asked Claude, um, having issues in Replet with the Stripe API key.
01:56:02 It wants both secret and publishable, but I only see a field for one of those. Still in sandbox mode. What and where to add which key in Replet to make this finally work? The secret key is the only one that's truly required. The publishable key only matters if the code uses stripe.js on the front end. Okay. Okay. So, I need the secret key. And I've been using the the publishable one.
01:56:38 All right. All right. So, I'm instripe create secret key and I have it. Okay. So, now I'm going to go back into replet and I'm going to add it. But not I'm not going to show you. Not going to show you uh for obvious reasons. So, I'm going to click edit. Okay. Live. and I need to know if I leave this checked or not. test. This is the last mile I was talking about, guys.
01:57:45 FK live. Leave it on. So I'm saying the one I generated starts with SK live. Put that here. Then I'm going to screenshot over this. Use replet to check. Yes. Paste it there. Okay. I got a stripe secret key. Okay. So, go back here. I'm going to go back to replet. Paste that in. Edit. That's okay. Okay, I didn't name it right. Okay, so now I'm going to share my replet screen.
01:58:53 Um, endpoints behave correctly with no pixel configured. Site works identically. Nothing fires. Then I'll ask you for the pixel ID. Okay, check my stripe key. Now we good. So um replet still needs my pixel ID. So I'm going to get that from um from Claude. What's my Facebook pixel ID? Now, keep in mind, you can use uh one Facebook like meta ads pixel um across multiple different campaigns, right?
01:59:46 You got a this kind of app, a tree business, like it doesn't need to be one pixel for one website. Um that's something that I used to think was the case and it's not the case. All right, any questions in the chat? Let's see. Uh uh uh uh if you guys have questions about any acronyms I use, uh just let me know. Man, we got a lot of questions here. Um looks like the the uh the numbers are staying pretty steady in here.
02:00:19 So hopefully there's something helpful in here. Um so let's see what Claude says. Okay, Claude gave me my um pixel ID. We're going to paste that in meta pixel ID secret in replet. Um I'm going to stop sharing my screen so you can't see that. Um let's see. overview adjust settings and it's called meta pixel ID. Boom. Okay. So, I got to hit submit. Um, publish.
02:01:23 So, I put in the stripe key, I put in the metapixel ID, and then I hit publish. So, surely we're not done. There's going to be something else that breaks, but we should be pretty dang close. Meanwhile, Meta is approving my ad. It might even be approved by now. I don't even know. So, I'd love your feedback in here. Is it better if I like would you rather watch my screen even if nothing's really going on?
02:01:48 Would you rather rather I stop sharing screen my screen if nothing's really going on? Um, just let me know what you think. All right, we're back in Replet. We're publishing. Make ad tracking survive ad blockers by reporting purchases from the server. That's cool. Wouldn't have thought to ask you that. Uh, okay. Look at this. Look at all these check marks.
02:02:10 Pixel is set up and live in the preview. Base pixel code. View content. Initiate checkout. Purchase on the success page. Event ID. Green green green green checkboxes. Republish. Done. After it's live, say the word and all. Confirm. Live card mode is on. I've also added an option optional task. Sending purchase events from the server so ad blockers can't hide your sales from meta.
02:02:30 Worth doing before you spend real ad budget. Genius. Genius. I don't want to click that while it's publishing because I don't want to screw up again. Um but yeah, um let's wait for this to publish and then we're going to go to the website and see um if we can like check out as as a customer here and pages is okay. Publishing. Publishing. Okay. Done.
02:03:18 Publishing your app. While we go test it, um we're going to click start on this. All right. So, we're published. So now I'm going to onlywavers.com. And before I do, I'm going to see if anyone gave me feedback. Um, I'd like to see both screens. Back and forth is good. Okay, cool, cool, cool. Um, all right. I'm going to onlywavers.com as a user. And let me just share this.
02:03:43 I'm going to click on make and send a waiver in four clicks. Type in anything. Go to the calendar, type in any date, generate my link, and then I'm not going to click on this yet. I'm going to stop sharing my screen because I don't want it to autofill my address. So, I'll just walk you through what I'm doing. Pay $13 a year. Clicking that. Loading. Stripe pages.
02:04:05 Open. So far so good. Putting in my email. Putting in my card information. Fingerprint ID. Putting in my zip code. Uh, don't want you to save my information for a faster checkout. Clicking subscribe. Gosh dang it. Still doesn't work. Why doesn't it work? All right, back to Replet to give him a piece of my mind. Um, I can't even find my tab here. Turn.
02:04:44 Let me share my screen. Live card mode on. Still not working. And I know the key is good. If I do all caps, it's going to know that I'm serious. All right. So, I need to ask Claude what my Meta C API access token is. Maybe it knows, maybe it doesn't. Okay, asking Claude that. Now, um I'm also going to look in my meta ads library and see if this ad is approved yet, if it's live.
02:05:35 If it is, we've got a good problem on our hands. a good problem to have and that is people are clicking on a website that doesn't fully work yet. But that's okay. All right. So, I got to do a couple more steps to get the the uh CAPI access token. Ignore that task for now. We're going to push that through. Okay. I found the problem. It's not your key.
02:06:34 I checked the project settings. The keys you entered never got saved. That's not true. There's no live Stripe connection on the file, which is why the site that's not true. Open the publishing page. Look for the Stripe payment section and choose connect. Okay. Where? I don't see that. Okay. Maybe it's over here. Okay. Okay. Got to go integrations. Look for Stripe.
02:07:23 Click enable. Oh my goodness. Cancel. Cancel task. Click publish. Okay, this is the publish pane. In that pane, find the Stripe/Payment section. Click the option to connect your Livestripe account. Okay. Am I just an idiot? Anyone in the chat, come on, help me out here. Where the freak is the Stripe section that it wants me to activate? Domains, logs, where is like, what is it talking about?
02:09:14 I've never had this problem. Maybe it's Okay, thank you for the URL. Stripe app marketplace gave me this page. Install app. Okay, live mode. That's my Stripe account. That's what we're talking about. Gosh dang it. Come on, man. I've never had this issue. I've got a literal headache. Okay. Um, okay. I should I should be good. I better freaking be good, man.
02:10:26 What a rigomearroll. Okay, done. Check. Oh, you better work. Don't Don't tell me it works again and then have it not actually work. All right, what do we got? Okay, I still have to freaking publish. Okay, I 91% sure that it works now. I haven't even had time to stand up and pee. What? I've been grinding this for what, two hours now? Two hours and 11 minutes.
02:11:29 And I've only stood up to let my friend in. My kids will be home from school soon. Um, okay. It's publishing. It's publishing. We're waiting. We're waiting. Um, I'm gonna ask Claude, "Is my ad approved and live yet?" Okay, now I guess I could check myself. Boom. Approved and live. Active at every level. Delivery active. That means review pass and meta serving it right now.
02:12:11 Learning phase runs 3 to seven days. It doesn't take that long, guys. It you know it it's always it depends. But now I'm going to go to the meta ad library and just Google it. Meta ad library. And I'm going to go see if the world can see my ad because sure it's approved but does it appear there yet? And maybe there's a delay. There shouldn't be. So, this is one of my favorite websites in the world.
02:12:34 You can see anyone's ad. Uh, we're going to go all ads. We're going to go the Kerner office. Okay, there it is. And it shows nothing is active. But I bet you anything that is outdated, we're going to check by going to my actual Meta Business Suite. And we're going to go to ads manager campaigns. I'm going to share my screen. You guys are going to like this.
02:13:11 You're going to like this. I hate having to switch my screen. I am such a complainer today. Um I just it's so inefficient. I have to click click click. Look at this. Only waiverss right there. Adsets right there. It's learning ads right there. There it is, guys. And instead of last 30 days, we're going to do today so we can see if it has any impressions yet.
02:13:44 Aka, has anyone seen it yet? August 18th. Loading. Loading. Um, impressions. No impressions yet, but that will change within minutes. I can almost guarantee it. We're going to look. We're going to click edit. Kerner office Instagram page. There it is. And let's do exactly what Claude suggested. And let's go um to display link. So that's where it's sending people.
02:14:19 Um there's Yep, there it is. We could say, "Hey, I want to AB test five different descriptions, headlines, and primary text." I think I'll do that actually. Learn more. Um, pixel languages creative testing 25 to 60. Um, attribution model standard $200 a day. Now, I think I want that website event, right? Yeah. Why would that not be checked? Um, definitely want that.
02:15:25 So, here's a problem with making changes to your ad once it's live. Sometimes it has to get reapproved and it could take minutes to hours for that to happen. So, you want to avoid that as much as possible. Um, okay. So, I I'm going to go up here to my ad and we're going to go here, add preview. Edit media. Edit video. There we go. Okay. Uh, captions.
02:16:12 Boom. Generate automatically. That's it. I could add a call to action sticker. Uh, nah, I don't need that. Review captions. There they are. Saved video. You could edit them because if it if it You know what? Actually, Claude told me to make sure. LDS right there. It says it right. Uh, saved a video. Okay, save. So, we've made two changes. We've made sure that the pixel is tracking website events and we um we added captions.
02:16:50 Now we hit publish. Okay. So, we're going to go back to Claude and say um we're going to chastise Claude. I just want to make sure that checking the box was the right thing. Okay, events manager, check your pixel. I'm gonna say you go do that and we'll see if it can. Man, we're Yeah, we're getting hot and heavy in here. All right, let's go check on Replet.
02:18:01 Um Oh, that's Replet was published. So, let's go to the website. I'm going to stop sharing my screen because I'm going to go to the website. Refresh it just in case. Make and send a waiver. yada yada yada. generate my link. Opens $13 per year. Click on that. Opening the Stripe page successfully. It still shows it's in the agent go sandbox. So, I don't think it's going to work.
02:18:33 Drag that over to replet. Um. Ah, it failed. Of course. Oh, that was all caps, but it wasn't supposed to be. So, I just yelled at Replet because I'm an ungrateful little brat and I said, "Still in sandbox. I publish then refresh my site and no dice. Fix it ASAP." Um, so that's really annoying. Um, but what's not annoying is that my ad is live. Okay, I'm very very happy about that.
02:19:32 And if we go back into the ads manager, it shows my new ad is in review. Oh, but I've got landing page views. Holy crap, guys. Oh my gosh. I spent $44 in the first like 10 minutes. Oh man. And people can't even buy. Yikes. I'm spending a$137 per landing page view. Uh, hey, that's okay. This is Hey, sell it before you have it. That's the trade-off. That's the trade-off you make.
02:20:09 I wouldn't have it any other way. Hey, at least I'm failing live, right? Um, uh, to I'm looking at the chat right now. I'm not using GHL to vibe code because I'm just used to Replet. GHL vibe coding is great. Great. I think it's built on Claude as well. I'm just a creature of habit like all of us are. I use GHL for 12 to 15 other things. Their vibe coding feature is like a month or three old, so I'm just not in the habit yet.
02:20:36 Um I Kyler, I've been going for two hours and 20 minutes and 52 seconds. Um I it was $20 a day in ad spend, but I changed it to 200. Um so for now it's in review. And the thing is is that $44 is probably Yeah. uh delayed. So, for now, I'm going to pause my ad. Okay, I did the hard part. I built it. I'm gonna pause it. Okay, for now, so I don't burn money.
02:21:08 And this is Replet's fault. Just kidding. I checked again after you published. This is what Replet is saying. Um, the site really is on the sandbox. never got attached in your replet workspace. Click on the integrations tab. Gosh, dude. I was just trying to do this. Okay. And you didn't let me. You said that's the wrong place. View all integrations.
02:21:38 Let me finish reading first. Stripe. Click manage. You'll see two sections. Stripe API keys. Expand the live. Okay. Okay, I'm going to duplicate this window so I could still do that. Integrations. View all integrations. Stripe. Enable. Configure under connectors. Where is connectors? Manage connection. Okay. Test connection healthy. Live account is not connected.
02:22:42 Okay. So, I'm going to change my screen. Oh my gosh. which is a pain in and of itself. Share a different screen. Stripe. Okay, here's where I'm at. I clicked manage connection under Stripe. Claim sandbox. It opened a new window into Stripe. Okay, the kerner office. I'm claiming my sandbox. Okay, I'm clicking continue. Okay, now I'm looking at a fake Stripe account.
02:23:33 Okay, activate your live Stripe account. You can see this, right? Okay, got it. Done. Install Replet app on your live Stripe account. So, it's showing me like the approval page that you guys saw earlier. Taking it's just one click. Okay. Okay. Replet integrated payments is already installed on agent go sandbox. Oh my goodness. Get started. Toggle the drop down on the top right.
02:25:21 Oh, okay. That is not intuitive. Like, granted, I should have just read the instructions better. I'm going to share my screen. Okay, this is what it showed me when I clicked on that last step. You got to click this. There's all my Stripe accounts. Here's the one I want on. Refreshes the page automatically. already installed. Live mode. Continue. Oh, this better work.
02:25:58 App installed successfully. That is the first time I've seen that. Okay, so it stopped sharing my screen. We should be good. Now I got to publish. Oh my gosh, I have so many tabs open right now. I can't even find where Replo went. Publishing republish. Oh, what a rigama roll. Um, all right. I got a little distracted with my email, but I'm going to share my screen.
02:27:04 How many times have I said that today? All right, this should work. Let me close a bunch of these screens. Boom, boom, boom. Let's see where everyone's calling in from right now. Chicago, Council Bluffs, Denver, Bluffdale, Utah, Phoenix, A Los Angeles, Ashland, Brady, Washington, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta. All you guys are on my site right now.
02:27:44 Bay Lake, Florida, Arlington, Texas, who stole the Cowboys from Dallas, Texas. Bentonville, Arkansas, home of Walmart, Austin. Most people are in Austin. That's the That's the most popular city right now. So, that's pretty cool. Um, all right, we're published. I'm going to ask Replet at the same time that I go check myself. Okay. Blah blah blah. Generate my link.
02:28:25 $13 a year. I don't know. Oh, I don't know if that's going to work. Oh my gosh, it didn't freaking work for me. I'm so annoyed. Manage connection. Live account. Publishable key. Secret key. Open Stripe. Live account. if the rep. Okay, I'm I'm going to dashboard.star.com Funny story, I went and got a DEXA scan this morning, which is like a full body scan to get your body fat.
02:30:24 It was not good. And on the way home, I got a slice of pizza from the racetrack gas station. So, yeah. Um, that's how my day is going so far. How about yours? Um, all right. I'm just waiting for for Replet to figure this out. I wonder how much it has cost me to build this so far. I think I'm guessing Replet just needs to fix something on their side.
02:31:26 This should be very simple like this is not rocket science here. Um, but that's okay. Hey, that's why we're doing this live. The edited version of this video will be significantly shorter, less than an hour, but the live version will still be public and so you guys can see it. I watched him build that. It didn't take that long. And that's fine. It's okay.
02:31:53 Um, all right. Let's see. Okay. Here we go. bug is fixed. Verified in the workspace. One last republish and your live site will finally switch to real. Your keys were good and you connected everything correctly on your end. The app's code was grabbing the first stripe connection it found, which is always the practice sandbox. My apologies. Okay, I'm going to hit republish again.
02:32:23 And it says your 13 and $17 plans need to be created in Livestripe account otherwise real customers hit an error at checkout. Okay. So, I'm going to confirm live mode is ready and then I'm going to click start and uh I'm going to go check and see how much money I've spent on my Facebook ad. Okay, it looks like it's actually paused. Um $45, but I'll just change the screen so you guys can see.
02:32:50 I've only paid 71 cents per landing page click. So, let's say theoretically I have a 3% conversion rate. Then it's going to take 33 clicks uh at 71 cents each to get a customer. And that would cost about $23. So, I'd be spending 23 to either get $17 one time or $13 a year. But hey, I going into this I said I'm pricing this really really low and that's okay.
02:33:16 And Facebook is not the only way you can acquire customers. And theoretically, uh, word of mouth, I get a customer, I pay to acquire them on Facebook ads, they tell one person, they tell one person, they tell four people, whatever. My cost per acquisition is going to be lower than what shows here on the surface. And there's also going to be people that convert that are not tracked.
02:33:40 Um, so a lot of the people that I was seeing right here on Google Analytics come are were coming from Facebook ads. So, I'm going to add um UTM parameters to my ads to make sure that I can see in Google Analytics where the clicks are coming from. Um, okay. That little chime that you probably just heard means I should be done um publishing. I'm like afraid to check at this point.
02:34:25 Oh, okay. We're good. We're good because look at this. Um, I refreshed. Oh, dang it. We're not good. I spoke too soon. Look, I refresh and it doesn't show. Well, it didn't before and then it does. So, what the heck? All right. Make and send a waiver. generate my link $13 a year. Okay. Okay. I clicked $13 a year and it said could not start payment because payments aren't fully.
02:34:52 So I think we need to make the the link. Okay. Uh I think that Stripe problem is solved. But um now we need to make the the Stripe payment links. Live mode is on. Now connect your real Stripe account. Let me verify checkout actually works end to end with a quick test. I don't think it does. We're going to go to preview. We can do it right in here. blah blah generate link.
02:35:15 Pay 13. It's kind of stuck in a loading, but it did this before. Okay. Everything's checked out on the real site. Lifetime payments created in that your live stripe account. Okay. So, it says in my stripe dashboard. If I go to products, I can see these. Make a small real purchase yourself. Okay. So, I'm going to go back to tools, hit republish, and then in the meantime, for redundancy, I'm going to go into my Stripe account.
02:35:54 Let's see. Products, product catalog. Gentlemen, sisters, brothers. Look at this. We're going to go. Here's my Stripe account. I'm zoomed way in. Two new Stripe products created by the API by Replet today. Updated today 13 per year $17. So those have been created. Um so let's go back here. Um, once this is published, we're going to go try to check out ourselves.
02:36:44 Oop, I'm all caps. All right. So, now I'm going to go try to check out myself. Your store is fully open for business. Live payments, live products, and ad tracking all running on onlywavers.com. When sales start coming in, you'll see them in your dashboard. We'll see about that. Okay. I'm gonna test this for myself and I'm gonna even share my screen as I do so.
02:37:06 So, I'm gonna wait for this to finish publishing. Still waiting. Oh, I also need to add like a a contact us form to the homepage because if people aren't able to check out, they got to reach me somehow, right? So, okay, it's published. Refresh. Refresh. Refresh. Make and send a waiver. Generate my link. $13 per year. Load time is a little long. It does.
02:37:45 No, it no longer says sandbox. This entire time it said sandbox. You can see the last four on my card. Whatever. Subscribe. Here we go. 13 per year. Come on. Are we in business? Come on, baby. Come on. Come on. Why is it taking so long? Oh, so it still needs to make my link. Of course, it's confirming my payment and it's supposedly making a the whole thing we're actually doing here, a link for this form.
02:38:28 We don't even know if the product works yet. Okay, so boom, gentlemen, sisters, brothers. So, this shows like it's broken. It's stuck. But when I go in my Stripe account and I I'm trying to see I I'm going to zoom way in so you can't see when I go to my Stripe account. Change. Look at transactions. $13. Chris K succeeded. I just got paid. How lame would it be if I counted that as my first customer?
02:39:13 Don't worry, I'm not that lame. But it works. It works. My website works. Does the product work? I don't know yet. Um, believe it or not, that's actually less important because we can fix that. But if we can't accept money, we can't fix that. So, I'm going to screenshot that. We're going to go back to Replet and I'm going to change my screen over there.
02:39:42 and share screen. Um Okay, I kind of asked it to do a few things at once, which I I shouldn't do, but I'm impatient. So, I told her to fix this. I told her to make sure that link generation actually works because it might but we just didn't get that far and to add a contact us form. Um, so now honestly a real payment that leaves the buyer hanging is the top priority.
02:40:52 It leaves the payment. So, I'm going to ask Claude if um if my pixel's firing. And I went to go ask it, but I'm looking at Claude and it proactively told me that it is. Okay. I just told Claude that I've had um 60 plus landing page visits from the Facebook ad. go see if the pixel is good and everything is working. I also paid the $13 myself and it worked.
02:42:05 Do you see that conversion in the pixel? Um, okay. So, it's working on everything. It's doing a bunch of stuff. And for those of you just that weren't here since the beginning, I'm actually going to use this myself. Like I need this for what I do at in my congregation. I need this tool and I will be using it and I'll sure I'll find all kinds of bugs that I'll need to fix.
02:42:49 Um, all right. So Claude is cooking. Replet is cooking. Claude is overloaded right now, which is is pretty common. Let me go look at the comments. How about that? Terms of privacy have no links back to the homepage. Um, I'll fix that. Thank you. Thank you, David. Appreciate you guys. Um, lot of new messages here. I'm trying to catch up. Quite diabolical and says quite a bit regarding this whole thing.
02:43:42 That's how I build things. Okay, that's that's how I build things for better or worse. Um, I launch before I'm ready. I sell it before I'm ha I have it. And if someone pays and it doesn't work yet, I refund them. Okay? Like when I started my first real business, it was an iPhone repair store. I did not know how to fix iPhones. I had fixed one, like one repair on one phone.
02:44:03 That was all my experience. I taught myself on my customers phones. And if I screwed it up, then I had to buy him a new phone. But I launched so much faster that way that I netted out way ahead. Okay? And I don't have a bunch of enemies in Tuscaloosa, Alabama because they had to wait a little extra for their phone because I was learning on it. Like that is how you launch things.
02:44:22 You don't wait until they're perfect or ready. Um so just over here to know customers. So you're here to know how to get customers and traffic. I'm showing that I'm showing that at the same time. Um I am making a tool that makes and sends liability waiverss easily and frictionlessly. So Replet is working on fixing all that. Um, I'm still on the confirming payment screen.
02:44:54 So, let's see what else we got going on here. Claude is figuring out if everything's good. Claude's taking forever. Man, Claude is way overloaded right now. All right, let me go. Thank you, Custom Phil. Welcome from Ghana or you know, hi in Ghana. Let's see. Um, thank you Ryan for the summary. I'm reading your feedback. Thank you, Ryan. I I'm curious how tall you guys think I am, by the way, because every time I see someone in person that watches the podcast, the first thing they say is that I'm not the height that
02:46:15 they thought I would be. So, why don't you go ahead and guess in the comments how tall I am. Replet is still going. Oh, man. We're just waiting. waiting on Replet, waiting on Claude, which is really the same thing. Um, just waiting here. Um, I might need to come back here. and finish this up because my kids are going home from school and I try to log off when that happens.
02:47:06 Um, and Claude like I think this is just peak usage time for Claude. So you can see here Claude is just taking forever. Reboot's taking forever. Um, and I've been going for almost three hours straight. So, let's say, oh man, I wish I could give you an exact time, but I can't. So, let's say this. If you if you really want to see me finish this, then go to tkopod.com.
02:47:46 Put in your email. Yeah, this will be good. Put in your email subscribe for free. And you can unsubscribe when this is all over, but I need a way to notify you. Uh, and then I will make a segment in my newsletter and send an email only to people that have subscribed from this second onward. Okay? And I will send you a time and give you some notice where I'm going to go live again and I will not work on this until I go live again so we can get our first customer.
02:48:09 Um, it might be later tonight, might be tomorrow, the next day, I don't know yet, but I will notify you. So, tkopod.com and you'll see a field at the very top to put in your email. Put in your email and I will send you a notification. Hey, at this time I will go live and here's the link of where I'll be going live and then I will wrap this up. Find a paying customer and then we'll do it.
02:48:30 So f Okay, 5'11, 6 foot, 5'8, 61, 5'9, 5. Brutal. 5'9, 61, 62, 510. Um, I am 6'2 and a half, so we call it 63, but my camera points down at me, so I think it makes me look shorter than I am. But uh, all right, guys. This was a lot of fun. I appreciate you. Um, I wish Replet wasn't taking so long. It's still going. Claude's still going. But tkopod.com, subscribe. I'll send an email and we'll finish this up. We'll get a paying customer. Come hecker high water. Uh, we'll see you guys later.
