The sector showing critical weakness is the KOSPI (South Korea's market, an AI/tech proxy): it has broken down off its pattern and lost the 200 EMA on the daily. Its breakdown bleeds into the NASDAQ and then into crypto, so broader market risk is live — but whether the recent bounce was the complacency bounce (with more downside ahead) or just consolidation is still unresolved and needs monitoring.

00:02 It's been a while, but hopefully we are fully fully back and ready to continue with the stream. So, smash the like button. In today's video, we'll be having a look at what we spoke about actually in the previous week, which was one particular sector, which showed certain signs of risk. And we said if that chart pattern plays out towards the downside and we start to see signs of a breakdown, it could lead to a little bit of a scare within the trady markets, which will bleed into crypto.
00:27 Pretty much that's exactly what we've seen happen. The question is, will we see continuation towards the downside or is the worst over? And what exactly am I talking about? It's specifically the Cosby right over here. The Cosby, not Bill Cosby, but the Cosby, which is a South Korean stock market over there, which started to break down off of this pattern.
00:47 I'll I'll remind you uh this is made up uh part of the AI sector and we know the AI and tech sector has been the majority of what's been pushing the markets towards the upside bringing that bid right the majority of the S&P 500's actually moving down to 52 week lows where you only have a couple which is part of the tech sector holding things up. So the fact that this has started to break down losing the 200 EMA over here on the daily time frame of course is not a healthy sign and if it continues to oscillate around
01:15 this region you can expect continued weakness towards the downside. Now the two stocks that make up the majority of that is going to be Samsung which you can see is pretty much exactly the same thing breaking down coming into this 200 EMA and the other one is going to be SKHEX with a very very similar chart pattern. We were long off of the bounce over here.
01:35 Looking for that complacency bounce. And we got it. We said with that complacency bounce, move your stops to break even, take partial profits, and be cautious. If this trend line begins to break, which it did, you could be looking at further draw down, and that's going to affect the NASDAQ, which is what we saw yesterday. And if the NASDAQ goes down, you're going to see crypto go down with it.
01:56 And that's pretty much exactly what's happened, right? So, it's going to be one to watch. If this is the complacency bounce and I'll remind you, go and pull up the Wall Street cheat sheet and the psychology of a trader going through those cycles. You'll know that, you know, you move through all those different phases of thrill into euphoria and then you lead into a blowoff top.
02:16 And if that is the blowoff top, that's the question that we're still trying to answer. The next step is the complacency bounce. Was this the complacency bounce? If it is and this is going to bleed all the way through and we're going to go through extreme periods of uh pain, depression, fear, denial, etc. Well, that is going to most likely uh start to affect a lot of the individual um you know chips with within that sector.
02:39 And here we can have a look at one is Micron Technology. It's been one of the best performers and you can see that overnight trading is down right. So for the most part this is still holding up. We have a long position on this as well. Same story. Risk management 101 is the most important point. You got to move your stops to break even. You got to manage your risk.
02:57 You got to take profits over there. There's no need to have a winning position turning into a massively losing position, right? So, just be aware of that. Be cautious of that. If MU start to come down and take out these lows, the red line is still the line in the sand. 8.85. If you take out that level, this thing will fall through very quickly. And that's where we start to see a whole lot of fear coming back into the market.
03:17 And we're also long on Intel, right? We've had a big move up. profits have been taken along the way. Of course, in an ideal world, you start to bounce over here, put in another higher low, and this thing can continue its trajectory. But we need to ask ourselves exactly the same question, right? Which is was this the euphoria into a complacency bounce, right?
03:35 Or is this just simply consolidation, resetting before high prices, right? I don't have the crystal ball answer for that yet. We need to monitor and keep a close eye on this, right? Caterpillar is another one that I'm going to uh quickly identify over here because I'm going to make a move with this trade. For those of you that know, we've been waiting patiently for this thing to take off and it hasn't.
03:57 So, I'm going to be reallocating Caterpillar uh the position over there into Nike, right? The reason why is I think that Nike's had obviously a massive sell off over here. you've come into the bottom of this zone, bouncing off of the falling wedge formation and I think it's inevitable that at some point you're going to get a sizable relief rally bounce over here even though it might lead into a lower high and obviously a continued bleed but I think that um it presents a good rebound trade option right so what you can
04:28 do is of course you can monitor this on the lower time frame if you are wanting to take the same trade and you can pull the trigger effectively um either now or if you want the confirmation you need to wait to be clearing back above this level over here which is going to be about 37. All right, so those are the levels that I'm going to be waiting for over there.
04:45 These are some of the trades that I'm looking at. Let's have a quick overview and look at what's happening as well on the NASDAQ which you can see has come down. So QQQ dropping off quite significantly over there and we just measure out um in relationship to some of these key fibs off of the most recent low. Let's measure out that high over there. So it's not the end of the world.
05:05 Anything that comes back down over here, as long as it's holding above 731, that's going to be the area of interest. Right now, you're sitting at 740. You might catch that 200 EMA support on the hourly, but anything within that vicinity, 730, 740, if you start to find a bit of a high low forming over here, some demand coming back in. Maybe the South Korean stock market isn't falling to pieces and it starts to rebound over there, taking this up with it.
05:30 Then these trades are going to be okay. I will remind you I am still long over here on um of course QQQ3 which is just a 3x leverage bet and it's still higher high highs and high lows. We haven't yet gone on QQQ3 specifically into new alltime highs yet uh but it's still very very very close. Right. So that's the one trade. The other one that we had on the table is MAG X.
05:49 Uh this one over here that still looks strong. It's broken out. Everything looks fine. We'll look at the MAGS trade to show you the risk-to-reward setup that we were initially looking at. And it's this one over here, right? So no need to change anything. We'll continue to monitor this, but again, use the canary and the coal mine with the Cosby as something to not become uh complacent on the bullish bias if you are long and strong and you in profit on these trades specifically.
06:17 So, um again, another thing that's brewing behind the scenes is the DXY. Uh ultimately, this is looking like a breakout, right? So it's sometimes when you see these uh long-term ranges which this has been retrade back above the range for a second time. So here was the first time which failed second time looking like this. This is where you sometimes get those vertical explosions and I think it's something noteworthy to consider alongside the uh Cosby being the canary in the coal mine.
06:43 Right? The reason that we look at the cost is because if that comes down, it's it's a sign that's telling us there's a chance that we're going to start to see a lot of the other chips falling to pieces within the US market and that fear spreading, right? And if that fear spreads, it could take the rest of the markets down. So, um, these are the trades that we have.
07:01 Let's just let that load up. Some of the individual trades, Apple, we still long way in profit. Fcoin, we're still in profit. We're holding that. uh McDonald's short trade. We took partial profits and rotated that into I can't remember what but it was something else. Um and we are still in profit on that. Right. So holding those trades over there. We can look at the rest of the grid trades.
07:20 Everything in profit except for Robin Hood um and QQQ is down only 1% right 1.38%. So these are the trades that we've taken on two bit. All of them are linked in the description below. So, if you want to go look at the parameters or you might want to copy this trade, um you can do so over there, right? Link in the description below. 10% signup deposit bonus.
07:42 They're giving you like 30K. If you deposit 300K, you'll get literal $30,000 that you can utilize towards these trades, right? So, um just to give you an update, no changes over here. The best performers actually still remain the energy sector. Bloom Energy up decently over there. And let's maybe let's check out um oil and Bloom Energy, right? So, Bloom Energy holding up.
08:03 No need to worry. High highs, high lows. Um, of course, at this point, manage the risk. I'm going to move the stops to break even. Take partial profits over there as well because we're already about 50% of the way through the trade idea. And then we can look at oil. Um, looks strong, right? So, oil still to me in my opinion is going to be at least testing at some point into this 118 to 120.
08:26 And then the real question is what happens then? Does it start to break out and hold above this consolidating and pushing up much higher? Right? It's possible. I see there's questions about the Palanteer trade. Look guys, I know because I've been off. I was in Singapore just for those of you that maybe live under a rock and you don't know. I was in Singapore for the token 2049 conference.
08:46 So, I didn't do a YouTube video on Thursday and Friday because I was um super busy with events and meetings and things like that. And then unfortunately, I got super sick. I still am sick. I'm surprised I can do this this video today, but that's why I missed yesterday. So, I'm not going to be able to go through all of the requests and updates today.
09:04 I'm just trying to give you the main thing. Um, as long as my voice holds up over here. All right. So, Palanteer looks good, right? The question about Palunteer, all of this looks good. Horizontal range breakout, it's holding up. If you're lucky enough to get a throwback into 189, uh, you know, great. You can you can add into that position and expect it to move up to about 270.
09:24 So, I'm still holding this, of course, at this point. Let's move stops to break even. Um, and yeah, partial profits. Maybe I'll take about like 15 20% off of this trade. Uh, and we'll we'll let this one continue to run. All right. Um, a a quick look at SanDisk as well because, uh, I know a lot of you were long on SanDisk at some point. So, it looks very similar, right?
09:45 Very, very, very similar. Uh, uh, this whole liquidity area has been taken, right? So, if you look over here, this trend has been broken. Uh, stops are going to start to get triggered all along the way. you may do a full retrace uh back down into this 1,226. So, these are the important charts to be looking at over here to see what happens next with the stock market.
10:03 Moving on into crypto. Let's just quickly do a refresh to see what the long to short ratio is. Hopefully, this loads up. Uh all right, there we go. So, we got the market actually going pretty short over here. This is very very different to yesterday. This time where we had about a 4% positive skew and consequently you got the uh long liquidation, right?
10:21 So, let's see what those liquidations look like over the 24 hours. Big, right? 689 million of the 817 million were longs getting taken out. You might get a short-term bounce off of this one. And I'll show you as well why that's the case. So if you look at the uh hourly wick lows that have occurred over the past couple of hours, I think that's pretty much where you can now put your call that a swing failure pattern on low time frame ranges like the hourlies and stop losses go below those candles and you basically if you
10:51 come back below that level um ultimately you're going you're going a lot deeper. Uh otherwise that can allow for a bounce. There is a possibility with this to create the short squeeze because there's untapped liquidity on the upside uh which I'll show you in a moment on Bitcoin and uh that's just based off of multiple daily wicks into exactly the same level.
11:13 Whenever you see that that's going to be liquidity right for the taking which means as per the poll I guess I'm kind of giving uh my answer over here is Bitcoin local top in or not yet? Vote over there if you haven't already. 38% of you say it's in. It is possible. Um, and then we got 31% of you saying too soon to tell. And then I clicked on this one.
11:32 Uh, 29% no, it's not in yet. 92K first. I believe 92K is still on the table, right? I think that you could still jump um up into these highs over here because you can see all these candles right next to each other over here is a sign for liquidity right for the taking. 1 2 3 four candles over there. Um, you might spike up first one more time. That's 88 to about $92,000 for now on the daily chart.
11:56 Effectively, as long as you're holding up above the pink box, you could trade it from here to here. Right. Right. And then obviously steps along the way mid-range, you can take some profits. All right. Okay. Let's look at USDT dominance attempting to hold the mid-range. Looking at it on the on the uh 5day time frame. Stocastic RSI finally turning up over here.
12:18 Holding the 200 EMA. It's one thing that I'm being wary of. Um, as you can see over here, uh, this is a big move up with high highs and high lows compressing with in the form of a sell-off into, of course, the apex of a falling wedge, which is theoretically a bullish chart pattern paired up with some support over here. It's not there's no trigger on this yet.
12:39 Remember, if you were to trade this as a breakout trade like that and you're expecting something like that, it's only confirmed if you start to break with confirmation candle closes outside of that down slipping trend line, which we haven't done yet. Right. So, this is a a picture that we painting for, I guess, later on into the end of the year if it were to play out now.
13:01 Of course, all the bulls out there are obviously going to be hoping that doesn't happen. And you're going to be looking for something like this acceptance to be gained below and this to break down bringing a flood of new money into the market. All right, so that's Bitcoin over there. Bitcoin testing perfectly into the EMAs. That's the 50 EMA. It's holding on.
13:15 We have the RSI attempting to hold over here exactly at the 50 level as well, which is significant, but needs to break this down sloping trend line. We've seen a bit of a reset on the fear and greed index, but it's only just gone from greed into um almost neutral territory. We haven't tested any levels of fear yet. So in an ideal world, you you probably make one more move up over there into that 92k region, take that liquidity, and then you do the deeper drop into the low70s, which should bring this into fear, and that
13:45 would be a macro reset, which is very much what we're speaking about the prior week, right? So you can see the confluence is still there. Uh the confluence is still all sitting within this region. Anchored VWAP 50% level 72,483. That's the zone. Of course, this fib will be slightly adjusted if you do make that move up um a little bit higher one more time.
14:09 It will look something like that. Then you're looking at maybe a sweep of this low just below 75K, right? So, it's a it's a moving target. Um of course, liquidity on the downside's already been taken. The upside now has a little bit more 102.3 million, right? So, we'll keep an eye on that. Pump. Let's have a look at pump. So, this is what I'm talking about.
14:27 If you go into the hourlys, um, this wick low over here is going to be significant, right? You've come almost perfectly into the golden pocket, this would be, look, you don't really want to go any lower than that. So, if you if you're still long on pump, um, you basically looking at this as a retest zone, right? Previous tops, previous tops, previous tops, flipped into support, flipped into support.
14:49 You basically need this area over here to hold the support, bounce price out of here. Um and uh then we'll have confirmation that well if bit if bitcoin does move to 92k off of that bounce over there this would be a super sizable trade and you can start to target uh to the top of the range. Remember if we go over here on the uh for pumpf fun. There we go.
15:10 There's been a lot of fut pump um uh you know on the timeline on Twitter but you'd still be looking for that move up over here to the previous highs before more meaningful pullback. Right. So I think this is a very significant area over here. All right. Amazing. Uh let me know in the comments what else. I I'll try my best to go through some comments over here.
15:28 Yeah, you guys say tons of of smoke in um from Indonesia. Yes, exactly. But that's not the reason. I think it's a lot of crowded people and stuff at these events bringing things from all over the world. And we know crypto people are very dodgy. So, who knows what sort of things they get up to uh while they move from the lady boys in Thailand on their way to the conference in Singapore, right?
15:52 We we never know what stuff they're bringing down there. Okay, amazing. Uh let's go guys. Let me know in the comments. Let me know in the comments what else. Google, Amazon. Let's have a quick look at those as well because that we were gi we gave those as individual trades as well. Um so let's take a look. Okay, Amazon. All right, Amazon still long and strong.
16:13 I haven't changed anything on this position. I'm still holding everything. Mostly just looking at the US uh indices for for guidance over there. But if the US indices are fine, I'm expecting these will hold up. So, I'm still holding the Amazon long and then the Google long is literally it's right here in the zone, right? Perfectly situated in the spot.
16:31 By the way, if you are looking to um trade, you know, the stock related things and you don't have a brokerage account, I do want to remind you that you can still be farming your points on variational, right? So, I need to make quick mention of that because uh time is running out. Variational going to be doing their airdrop. You know, I'm not I'm not encouraging you that you sign up now.
16:52 So, you could sign up now and you can still uh farm points. Uh but it's definitely a call to action for those of you that did sign up on variational omni previously. Um you know, maximize this final leg over here. If you have trades and stuff that you want to take, I definitely say look to take some of these over here because you can push your points up a whole lot more.
17:11 Right? So, the link is below. There's variational. Uh remember if you haven't used that code omni dupes do it because they're going to give you 15% extra points. Obviously a personal arrangement that we did for you. All right. Um okay amazing. How's Salana looking? All right. Also a big sell off over here. But you know theoretically if this is going to be if if you're getting strong continuation over here it's just higher highs and high lows right.
17:35 So you can see uh low higher low. You know theoretically that could be it. What what if we start to rip out of here? This is why this is going to be strong in validations. Pretty much anything you're looking at today's low. The low that occurred earlier on today, that's going to be the low. All right. I see a lot of a lot of people are angry with the Indonesian government.
17:55 For the people for the people in Asia, it's h you know it, right? It creates so much like smog and haze and things like that. Absolutely crazy. Worst air quality ever. Worse than Dubai. I came back here. I couldn't wait to breathe. I stuck my head out the airplane. uh breathing in that that dust and sand. It's was fresh fresh compared to Singapore. Um all right.
18:16 Uh cool. Yes, use you can use a VPN, right? Variational not available for us. Anytime you see things like that, a VPN, not always, but most of the time will solve the problem for you. All right, guys. Look, let's save the rest of the things for tomorrow. I really want to try and uh recover my voice. I need like another day or so. Um, so I think we've covered the most important parts just to show face over here.
18:43 Let's leave it at that. I do appreciate all of you guys. Follow me on X. There's a link in the description below over here to my X account or my Instagram. It's easier for me to uh there you go. Chat to you in typed form, right? So just go over there. I'll try and communicate over there as well uh to to keep you guys up to date with everything. Appreciate all of you and I'll see you on the next one. Have a good day and cheers for now, guys.
