Career Ops is an open-source AI job-search system that scans job portals, evaluates listings with a structured A–F rubric and 1.0–5.0 score, flags potential scams and ghost jobs, tailors CVs and application materials, tracks applications, and researches companies and contacts. It runs locally through AI coding CLIs including Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and Antigravity, and does not submit applications automatically.
