Job Radar

Job Radar is a self-hosted job-monitoring tool that watches company career boards, detects new and closed postings, scores openings against a resume with an LLM, and sends alerts. It tracks companies across ATS platforms including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Workday, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud; each job receives a stable ID so new and removed postings can be identified.

Overview

Its scoring applies code-based seniority and relevance caps in addition to the model's 0–10 score and explanation. It provides daily email and desktop alerts for selected companies, a ranked weekly digest, terminal commands for scanning, alerting, recapping, and listing results, and a local web interface for searching and filtering jobs.

The repository requires Python 3.11 or later and a Mac because its scheduled jobs use launchd. It accepts any OpenAI-compatible LLM endpoint, uses Gmail App Passwords for email, and includes an installer that registers daily and weekly schedules. The project is released under the MIT license.
