Coolify is an open-source, self-hostable platform as a service for managing servers, applications, and databases on users' own hardware. It deploys static sites, full-stack applications, databases, and one-click services on VPSs, bare-metal machines, Raspberry Pis, and other servers, using an SSH connection rather than requiring a vendor-managed cloud environment.
It uses Docker to build and deploy applications and supports Git-based deployments, preview deployments, SSL, backups, monitoring, multi-server setups, Cloudflare Tunnels, and an API. The project's configurations remain on the user's servers, so running resources can continue to be managed without Coolify, although its automations are lost.
Coolify can be installed with a shell script and is also offered as a paid cloud version for users who do not want to self-host the Coolify server. The repository describes it as an alternative to Heroku, Netlify, and Vercel.
