degoog is a self-hosted search aggregator that queries multiple search engines and displays their results in one place. Its extension system supports custom search engines, bang-command plugins, query-triggered slot panels, and custom HTTP transports such as curl or FlareSolverr. It can expose its search service to LLMs and MCP clients through a companion MCP server, and supports community plugin and engine repositories. The project provides Docker, Podman, NixOS, and native installation methods, with optional Valkey and PostgreSQL configurations for shared caching and larger or busier instances. Extensions can run code on the server, so the project recommends setting a settings password before exposing an instance to the internet.

A self-hosted search engine that asks several search engines at once and shows all the results on one page, inspired by SearXNG but built lighter and more modular. You can add your own engines, bang commands, and plugin panels, browse a community plugin store, and it includes an MCP server so AI agents can search through it.
