Google Drive is a cloud storage, file synchronization, and file sharing service developed by Google (Alphabet). Launched in April 2012, it provides web, desktop and mobile access to stored files, integrates with Google Workspace apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and offers paid storage tiers via Google One.

Obsidian Sync is a subscription service from Obsidian that synchronizes Obsidian vaults across supported devices through the cloud. It supports encrypted synchronization and features such as version history and selective vault settings.

FileCodeBox is a lightweight, self-hosted file-sharing tool for anonymously sharing text and files without registration. An uploader submits content and receives a passcode that another person can enter to retrieve it; uploads support drag-and-drop, paste, batch, and chunked transfer. Shared content can expire by time or retrieval count, or be retained permanently, with automatic cleanup for expired items. It supports local storage, S3, OneDrive, WebDAV, and OpenDAL, and is built with FastAPI, Vue 3, SQLite, and Docker. Dokploy is an open-source, self-hostable platform as a service for deploying and managing applications and databases on VPS instances or owned hardware. It supports deployments from Git repositories, Docker images, and Docker Compose.

OpenCloud is an open-source, self-hosted file-storage and collaboration platform developed by the Heinlein Group. It is descended from ownCloud Infinite Scale and rewritten in Go, providing file management and sharing for teams and organizations without requiring a separate database instance or schema migrations. The platform supports optional full-text search, browser-based document editing through an integrated office suite, access controls, two-factor authentication, encryption, and file versioning. It is available for on-premises operation or as a SaaS offering through selected partners, with a cloud-native architecture intended for large data volumes and growing teams.
