Ever Gauzy is an open business management platform from Ever Co. that combines enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, human resources, applicant tracking, sales, finance, inventory, and project management. It includes employee time, activity, and productivity tracking; employee and contractor management; onboarding; candidate interviews; contacts; schedules; projects and tasks; goals and KPIs; sales pipelines; proposals; accounting, invoicing, billing, payments, income and expenses; time off; reporting; and organization, role, permission, currency, and language management. The platform also provides headless APIs, integrations, data import and export, and dashboards for business metrics.

Overview

Gauzy can run as a browser-based platform through its server and API, as an all-in-one desktop application, or as a desktop timer for employee time and activity tracking. The server includes the Gauzy API, a web interface, and SQLite support, with external PostgreSQL available; the platform can also be configured with databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, CockroachDB, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB. Its documented deployment options include Docker Compose, Kubernetes, cloud and virtual-instance configurations, and a hosted SaaS environment.

The repository is implemented with TypeScript, Node.js and NestJS, Nx/Lerna, Angular, RxJS, and database libraries including TypeORM, MikroORM, and Knex. The platform is distributed under Ever Gauzy Community Edition, Small Business, and Enterprise license arrangements, with the default license being the Community Edition license unless another agreement applies.
