KCC (Kindle Comic Converter)

KCC is a cross-platform comic and manga converter for Kindle, Kobo, reMarkable, and other E Ink readers. It processes image folders, comic archives such as CBZ and EPUB, and PDFs, then resizes pages to device profiles, crops margins and page numbers, adjusts contrast and black levels, supports manga and webtoon layouts, and detects or splits two-page spreads. It can produce MOBI/AZW3, EPUB/KEPUB, CBZ, PDF, or image-folder output, with GUI and command-line tools for Windows, macOS, and Linux. The project also includes processing intended to reduce the rainbow effect on Kaleido 3 displays using a 2D discrete Fourier transform. KCC is released under the ISC license and is maintained in the ciromattia/kcc GitHub repository.
