Kept is a self-hosted notes app modeled after Google Keep. It supports text notes, checklists, images, drawings, links, attachments, labels, colors, pinned notes, search and filters, reminders, offline editing with synchronization, real-time collaboration, and Google Keep Takeout import. It includes local accounts, optional two-factor authentication, user management, database backups and restore, and native iOS and Android apps that connect to a Kept server. The web application uses an Angular frontend, a Node/Express backend, and SQLite storage, and can be deployed with Docker Compose or hosted through Railway.
