Mindwtr

Mindwtr is a free, open-source, local-first task and idea management app built around the Getting Things Done (GTD) workflow. It captures tasks, ideas, and worries in an Inbox through desktop hotkeys, mobile widgets, share sheets, or voice input; guides users through sorting items into scheduled tasks, next actions, waiting-for items, projects, and Someday/Maybe; and provides Focus and guided weekly-review views. It supports projects with sections, areas, and manual task ordering, and is available for desktop, mobile, and web use. Data is stored on the device by default, with optional synchronization through iCloud, Dropbox, shared folders, a user-owned server, or WebDAV; the project states that it requires no account or subscription.
