Super Productivity is an open-source task and day-planning application with sub-tasks, projects, tags, timeboxing, time tracking, timers, work summaries, and personal productivity metrics. It can import assigned tasks from Jira, Trello, GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, OpenProject, Linear, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, and other sources while keeping planning details local.

Overview

The application supports task notes, file attachments, project bookmarks, break reminders, anti-procrastination prompts, a Pomodoro timer, basic CalDAV integration, and exports for work logs and time sheets. Data can be synchronized across devices through SuperSync, Dropbox, or WebDAV; SuperSync is described as an end-to-end encrypted service that can also be self-hosted.

It is available as a web application and downloadable applications, requires no account or registration, and states that it does not collect user data. The project is free and open source, with platform support including Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, and Windows.
