Tool Open source
omarchy-apple-dev is an open-source toolchain for building and deploying iOS apps from Omarchy Linux on x86_64 or Apple Silicon PCs, without macOS or an installed copy of Xcode. It supports Swift, SwiftUI, and Flutter projects, using Swift, xtool, pymobiledevice3, Linux replacements for selected Xcode tools, and an iOS SDK extracted from Apple's Xcode distribution. Apps can be built and installed on a physical iPhone over USB; free Apple IDs are sufficient for device installs, while TestFlight and App Store distribution require a paid Apple Developer account and App Store Connect credentials.
The repository includes scripts for installing the toolchain, pairing and launching apps with LLDB, adapting Xcode projects for xtool, signing and packaging applications as IPAs, validating bundles offline, and uploading builds to App Store Connect. Flutter support is limited to release builds, with no debug, hot reload, or simulator support. It is licensed under the MIT license.
