replica-skill is a set of eleven MIT-licensed Claude skills for researching and rebuilding an existing app. The skills reverse-engineer public pages, screenshots, store listings and a user's own account into screens, flows, components and an inferred data model; plan the stack, database schema and API; reconstruct the design system and application; add authentication, payments and integrations; test flows with Playwright; compare the result with the original; analyze linked user reviews for complaints; rebrand the clone; create launch materials; and deploy it. The skills pass work between stages through files in a project's replica/ directory and can be installed in Claude Code as a plugin, copied into Claude's skills directory, or run by pasting a SKILL.md into a chat. Included Python utilities use the standard library and cover screenshot diffing, feature-parity scoring, review analysis, contrast checking, codebase-name cleanup and store-listing checks. The project states that it rebuilds functionality and user flows rather than source code, proprietary assets, branding, copy, content or private APIs, and that it uses public sources and the user's own account without bypassing logins, paywalls or site terms. It requires Python 3.8 or newer, has no package-install requirement, and is distributed under the MIT license.

A set of Claude skills for building your own take on an existing app. It maps screens and user flows, plans the backend, builds and tests the result, and reads user reviews to find complaints your version could address.
