AI product
Singularity is an Agentic Development Environment from Meteor Factory for building and maintaining software with AI agents. It combines a code editor, terminal, Git, ticket board, and agent orchestration in a desktop application, with support for features, bug fixes, refactoring, and multiple projects.
Work is organized into atomic tickets with a limited scope, dedicated context, and isolated Git worktrees. Relevant skills, conventions, and files are injected into each ticket; agents can work in parallel, while users inspect changes and review integrations. The application also includes Git branches, graphs, stash, hooks, review tools, native macOS completion or failure notifications, and a DevOps profile that can detect failed CI pipelines, create repair tickets, and relaunch deployments. It supports Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and Gemini, according to the site.
The free application includes agents, projects, worktrees, language servers, and the Notes plugin without a subscription. A paid Singularity Licence enables marketplace plugins, including the Pipelines CI/CD plugin, after a trial period. The product is described as privacy-first and self-hostable: code, tickets, and contexts remain on the user's machine, while only API calls to language models leave it. It is available for macOS and Windows, with Linux packages also published.
