Overview

The app is distributed as APK releases rather than through an official app store, with beta and stable channels and a built-in updater. It supports Android 4.3 and newer on Android TVs, TV boxes, Chromecast with Google TV, NVIDIA Shield, and compatible Fire TV devices, but is not officially supported on phones, tablets, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Apple TV, or other non-Android platforms. It does not provide video downloads, and some functions such as voice search, casting, comments, and playback at altered speeds have documented device or implementation limitations.
