Sumi.css is a minimalist, classless-first CSS framework for styling semantic HTML without JavaScript, dependencies, or a build step. Its element-based styles cover typography, forms, tables, navigation, cards, accordions, modals, progress indicators, and other common interface elements; classes and ARIA or data attributes add layouts, utilities, validation states, tooltips, and theme controls when needed. It supports automatic light and dark modes, CSS custom properties for theming, zero-specificity element styles for easy overrides, visible focus indicators, reduced-motion support, and ARIA-driven states. The distribution includes commented source and a minified production file, and is licensed under the MIT License.
