Low-friction digital liability-waiver SaaS for activity organizers
A web app lets an organizer create an event, upload an existing waiver PDF or use a generic template, generate a shareable link, and collect digital signatures from recipients without requiring recipients to create accounts. Organizers can view signed copies and receive email alerts.

Problem: Organizers currently send PDF waivers that recipients must print, sign, transport, and return. Forms get lost, parents experience friction, organizers lack a reliable record of signatures, and organizations may either accept participants without waivers or take on liability.
For: Church activity leaders, especially LDS ward and stake organizers running youth activities, conferences, lake days, camps, and service projects. The product could later serve gyms, trampoline parks, tours, and other event organizers.
Examples
- LDS youth activities, youth conferences, stake conferences, lake days, girls camps, campouts, and service projects: the app is intended to replace printed or emailed permission slips with a phone-based signing link.
