ttfx

ttfx is a dependency-free Rust command-line tool that applies terminal text animations to piped input and distributes them as a single static binary. It is a parity-exact port of the Python TerminalTextEffects project, preserving its effects, animation engine, command-line interface, cursor behavior, options, and implementation quirks rather than introducing new artwork. Users select effects such as decrypt, beams, matrix, or a random effect with commands such as `cat banner.txt | ttfx beams`; the project documents 37 effects and byte-identical output to the Python original for the same input and seed. The port and original are MIT licensed.
